Abstract

The lack of integrated and easily accessible knowledge-sharing platforms within organizations, especially in the banking industry, has led to challenges in preserving institutional expertise and supporting effective employee training. S-Know (Smart Knowledge) is a web-based knowledge management system developed to address this issue by facilitating the storage, management, and distribution of organizational information. It offers features such as learning paths, learning modules, quizzes, and discussion forums to promote structured collaboration and self-directed learning among employees. The content is designed using a microlearning approach to ensure better comprehension and relevance to new staff training. The development of S-Know followed the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC), encompassing stages of knowledge capture, system design, implementation, and evaluation, each tailored to align with real organizational needs. Technically, S-Know leverages the Laravel framework for scalability and flexibility, with black box testing used to evaluate system functionality against user requirements. Test results and user interviews confirmed that all core features performed effectively and supported the intended goals. Overall, S-Know shows strong potential as a strategic and adaptive platform for knowledge management that can enhance human resource development and support sustainable organizational knowledge. To further support its growth and long-term value, future development may focus on encouraging greater user participation in knowledge sharing and improving accessibility, especially through integration with mobile platforms.

Abstract

The ongoing Israel–Palestine conflict has contributed to the rise of consumer boycott movements directed at products associated with Israel. These reactions are prominently articulated on social media platforms and indicate changing patterns in consumer attitudes and behavior. This research seeks to analyze and classify public sentiment in Indonesia regarding the boycott issue by employing Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques in combination with Machine Learning methods, specifically Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The dataset comprises user-generated comments obtained from TikTok and Instagram between October 2023 and September 2024 through web scraping procedures. The data were subsequently subjected to manual annotation, text preprocessing, and feature extraction using the TF-IDF weighting scheme. The dataset was partitioned into 80% training data and 20% testing data, and model performance was assessed using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. Experimental results indicate that the SVM model outperformed Naïve Bayes on the training set, achieving an accuracy of 81% and demonstrating stronger generalization in detecting positive sentiment. In contrast, the Naïve Bayes classifier attained an accuracy of 78%, showing consistent performance and superior capability in identifying negative sentiment. These results underscore the significance of selecting classification algorithms that are well suited to the distributional characteristics of sentiment data derived from social media.Keywords: Text Classification; Support Vector Machine; Naïve Bayes; Boycott; Consumer BehaviorAbstrakKonflik Israel–Palestina yang terus berlangsung telah mendorong munculnya gerakan boikot konsumen terhadap produk-produk yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan Israel. Respons tersebut banyak diekspresikan melalui platform media sosial dan mencerminkan perubahan pola sikap serta perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengklasifikasikan sentimen masyarakat Indonesia terhadap isu boikot tersebut dengan menerapkan teknik Natural Language Processing (NLP) yang dikombinasikan dengan metode Machine Learning (ML), yaitu Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Dataset penelitian terdiri atas komentar pengguna yang dikumpulkan dari platform TikTok dan Instagram selama periode Oktober 2023 hingga September 2024 melalui teknik web scraping. Data selanjutnya melalui proses anotasi manual, praproses teks, serta ekstraksi fitur menggunakan skema pembobotan TF-IDF. Dataset dibagi menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data uji, dengan kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan metrik accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model SVM menghasilkan performa yang lebih unggul pada data latih dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 81% serta memiliki kemampuan generalisasi yang lebih baik dalam mendeteksi sentimen positif. Sementara itu, algoritma Naïve Bayes mencapai akurasi sebesar 78% dan menunjukkan kinerja yang konsisten serta lebih efektif dalam mengidentifikasi sentimen negatif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan algoritma klasifikasi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik distribusi data sentimen yang bersumber dari media sosial.

Abstract

Stunting is a problem of malnutrition caused by providing food that does not meet nutritional needs. It also reflects stunted growth due to poor nutrition and poor health before and after birth. Based on service in Neglasari Village, the main problem was identified: the lack of public understanding about stunting and related information. Even though the stunting rate in Neglasari Village is relatively low, it is essential to create awareness and preventive efforts. Therefore, this service aims to educate the people of Neglasari Village, Salawu District, and Tasikmalaya Regency regarding stunting. The method applied in this service is counseling for one month at every Posyandu in Neglasari Village. The service team provides education in collaboration with village officials and community health centers to conduct outreach related to stunting in Neglasari Village. Based on the results of the service implementation, it can be concluded that there is still a lack of public awareness regarding nutritional aspects, economic factors, exclusive breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and genetic factors of parents in Neglasari Village. It is hoped that implementing this service activity will be an effort to reduce stunting rates in Indonesia.   Abstrak Stunting merupakan masalah kurang gizi yang disebabkan oleh pemberian makanan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi. Hal ini juga mencerminkan pertumbuhan terhambat akibat gizi buruk dan kesehatan yang kurang baik pada periode sebelum dan sesudah kelahiran. Berdasarkan pengabdian di Desa Neglasari, teridentifikasi permasalahan utama yakni kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang stunting serta kekurangan informasi terkait. Meskipun angka stunting di Desa Neglasari terbilang rendah, penting untuk menciptakan kesadaran dan upaya pencegahan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat Desa Neglasari, Kecamatan Salawu, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, terkait stunting. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan selama satu bulan di setiap Posyandu di Desa Neglasari. Kelompok KKN Desa Neglasari memberikan edukasi bekerja sama dengan perangkat desa dan puskesmas untuk pelaksanaan penyuluhan berkaitan dengan stunting di Desa Neglasari. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian dapat diambil simpulan bahwa masih kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat mengenai aspek gizi, faktor ekonomi, pemberian ASI eksklusif, pemberian MPASI, dan faktor genetik dari orang tua di Desa Neglasari. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan angka stunting di Indonesia.   Kata Kunci: Anak; edukasi masyarakat; stunting

Abstract

Neglasari Village is one of the villages in Salawu District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java. Neglasari Village is one of those who are still experiencing stunting cases. A community service program in the form of Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) contained in this article aims to find out stunting data, as well as stunting prevention, by going through several health literacy as outlined in the work program that has been carried out. Creating a work program related to health literacy will educate the public about the importance of knowing about stunting, and the program will raise public awareness about stunting. This community service was conducted through observations and interviews with several parties in Neglasari Village. The results found that 34 children were stunted, and the number had decreased to 20 people who had passed stunting. Therefore, the data obtained decreased by 58 percent for those who passed stunting, and the remaining 41.2 percent were still stunted. This is because educational activities are related to preventing stunting in the community and routine activities from posyandu in Neglasari Village.   Abstrak Desa Neglasari merupakan salah satu desa yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Desa Neglasari menjadi salah satu yang masih mengalami kasus stunting. Program pengabdian dalam bentuk Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dimuat dalam tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui data stunting, serta pencegahan stunting dengan melalui beberapa literasi kesehatan yang dituangkan dalam program kerja yang telah dilakukan. Dibuatnya program kerja yang berkaitan dengan literasi kesehatan untuk mengedukasi kepada masyarakat mengingat bahwa pentingnya memiliki pengetahuan mengenai stunting, serta dengan program tersebut akan memberikan kesadaran pada masyarakata mengenai stunting. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada beberapa pihak Desa Neglasari. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa terdapat 34 orang anak yang mengalami stunting dan telah menurunnya angka tersebut menjadi 20 orang yang telah lolos stunting. Maka dari itu, data yang didapat mengalami penurunan sebanyak 58 persen bagi yang lolos stunting dan tersisa 41.2 persen masih stunting. Hal tersebut karena adanya kegiatan edukasi terkait cegah stunting kepada Masyarakat dan adanya kegiatan rutin dari posyandu di Desa Neglasari.   Kata Kunci: edukasi; program literasi; pencegahan stunting

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem informasi manajemen akademik yang dapat diakses secara optimal melalui perangkat mobile. Sistem akademik berbasis web yang ada saat ini mengalami kendala responsivitas dan pengalaman pengguna yang kurang memuaskan ketika diakses dari perangkat mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem manajemen akademik mahasiswa berbasis mobile multiplatform menggunakan Flutter. Metodologi penelitian meliputi studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem dengan pendekatan modular tiga lapisan, implementasi menggunakan Flutter SDK dan Dart, serta pengujian black-box testing. Arsitektur sistem mencakup Flutter client, API gateway, layanan backend modular, database PostgreSQL, dan responsive. Hasil implementasi menghasilkan aplikasi dengan fitur autentikasi pengguna, jadwal kuliah interaktif, media sosial mikro, direktori kontak, informasi nilai dan transkrip yang berjalan optimal pada Android dan iOS. Pengujian komprehensif menunjukkan semua fitur berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa blueprint sistem akademik mobile multiplatform yang dapat mengurangi kompleksitas pengembangan dibandingkan pendekatan native terpisah, sekaligus membuktikan efektivitas Flutter dalam menghasilkan aplikasi dengan performa mendekati native untuk sektor pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.
