Abstract

Learners Characteristics is part of the area of learning technology . The purpose from learning technology are solving learning problems. In the face of a learning problem students are competencies required of teachers . This research is background characteristics of students when learning in the classroom , including learning difficulty in the use of conjunctions or conjunctive in narrative texts. In this case it requires the handling of teachers in order to increase learners in study. This research was conducted in class VI ( six ) elementary school Sukahurip 01 Subdistrict of Cigedug regency of Garut with a total of 33 study subjects indicated learners learning difficulty. This research is purpose to find a teaching model to provide learning services for students with learning difficulty in the use of conjunctions or conjunctive in narrative texts. This research was conducted to determine : a. the role of multimedia to students' learning difficulty in using of conjunctions or conjunctive in narrative texts in elementary school of Sukahurip 01 Subdistrict of Cigedug. b .Know the role of multimedia for learning difficulty in using of conjunctions in narrative texts can improve student achievements in elementary school of sukahurip 01 the districts of Cigedug. The research method using action research through qualitative descriptive method . Descriptive qualitative method is a method used to know the diagnostic model and service that are used to cope with student' learning difficulty. The results of this researchs are a. Implementation of diagnosis of learning difficulty are data collection , data processing , identifications the factors cause learning difficulty in the use of conjunctions in narrative texts b . model of service learning is implemented through three stages are questionnaire , pretest and posttest.

Abstract

Learning in 3-dimensional virtual environments has been widely used as a complement to traditional learning. Multi User Virtual Learning Environment in 3 Dimensions (3DMUVLE) provides many benefits and can support lifelong learning. In its implementation, this learning has not supported personal learning. This study aims to build a 3DMUVLE with personalized materials based on students' models. The system development model uses the Linear Sequence model by integrating MOODLE, SLOODLE and OPENSIM. Student's model in this research is Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and determination of type uses fuzzy logic. The results of this study are 16 types of students and each type consists of 3 levels: low, medium and high. Each level has a specific learning material. The implication of this research is the level of MBTI type so that the learning material is more specific.

Abstract

This study developed a learning model to improve students’ early reading skills in Indonesia. The model is based on social cognitive learning theory and is implemented using interactive multimedia. The research method uses Design-Based Research (DBR) and the subjects are 195 first and second graders of an elementary school in Bandung, West Java. The findings of the study show that social cognitive learning can be integrated and implemented through interactive multimedia and that interactive-multimedia-assisted social cognitive model (IMAS Model) can improve early reading skills. Students’ average early reading skill scores were measured using Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) instrument before and after intervention to see the effectiveness of the model. Pre-test – post-test results comparison showed that students’ average early reading scores increased after learning using IMAS Model. Students’ average scores of reading letters, reading syllables, reading words, reading sentences, and reading comprehension skills at pre-test were 78.06, 67.06, 60.92, 55.21, and 44.95, respectively. These scores respectively increased to 92.71, 92.45, 88.58, 74.60, and 87.08 at post-test, indicating that IMAS Model is effective to increase early reading skills.

Abstract

The development of smart city operation room of Makassar possesses several equally important stages which are equally important. There are four stages of development that are 1) data center construction, 2) camera distribution around the city , 3) wall room monitoring construction, and 4) smart operation room architecture construction. Since the time and cost are limited, it forces the project manager to be able to manage and  control the  priority in  conducting the  project. There are several usable criteria to determine the priority in conducting the project development through criteria consideration of the entire project stages. Project priority optimization system aims at making every single project activity effective including its evaluation process. It also exposes a ranking illustration of foremost project priority by providing cost preference of the entire development stages. Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision-Making is used to illustrate the project priority rank and further to determine the alternative optimal option in conducting the project. This enforces particular project to  allocate its  cost to  the  project  with  a higher level of cost necessity. The company, therefore, enables to make effective funding for the entire project based on the level of importance and time achievement and subsequently it promotes  accessible  technology integration.  The  conducted experiment suggests that the first construction of the project is data center construction followed by wall room construction and  CCTV  distribution. This  is  relevant  with  optimization value result of data center 0,405 higher than A2 0,42 for wall room construction and A3 CCTV distribution 0,24.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of student understanding of the personality and social competence of teachers. Personality competence is part of teacher competence that must be known by prospective teacher students. This study uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 173 PGSD students in the fourth semester. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 20% of the students did not understand the competence of teachers, especially the personality competencies that prospective teachers must possess to become teachers in the future. Personal competence is a competency that must be possessed by every teacher. Personality competencies do not just appear, but must be instilled since the teacher is still a teacher candidate at a teacher training college.

Abstract

Kepuasan siswa  merupakan target akhir dari sebuah proses pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, yang ditandai sikap siswa yang memperlihatkan rasa senang karena adanya kesesuaian antara apa yang diharapkan dan dibutuhkan dengan kenyataan yang diterima. Pada hakikatnya, penelitian ini mengkaji tentang besaran pengaruh mutu layanan guru dan biaya pribadi pada SMP Swasta Se-Kota Tasikmalaya, maka dari itu siswa sebagai objek penelitiannya yang merasakan langsung kondisi dari kepuasan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengatahui besaran pengaruh mutu layanan guru dan biaya pribadi  terhadap kepuasan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis deskriptif dengan korelasional dan regresi.Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Swasta Se-Kota Tasikmalaya.Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa mutu layanan guru pada SMP Swasta Se-Kota Tasikmalaya dalam kategori sangat tinggi, biaya pribadi pada SMP Swasta Se-Kota Tasikmalaya dalam kategori tinggi, kepuasan siswa pada SMP Swasta Se-Kota Tasikmalaya dalam kategori tinggi, serta terdapat pengaruh dari mutu layanan guru terhadap kepuasan siswa dalam kategori sedang dan terdapat pengaruh dari biaya pribadi terhadap kepuasan siswa dalam kategori rendah. Kemudian pengaruh dari mutu layanan guru dan biaya pribadi terhadap kepuasan siswa dalam kategori sedang.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, beberapa hal yang perlu direkomendasikan dalam upaya mencapai kepuasan siswa.Mutu layanan guru yang selalu cepat tanggap dalam menangani siswa harus dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan, Biaya pribadi disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa khususnya pada sekolah berasrama (boarding school) untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari.Kepuasan siswa merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan bagi lembaga pendidikan, karena keberhasilan lembaga persekolahan dapat dilihat dari sudut dan tingkat kepuasan dari pelanggannya. Student satisfaction is the ultimate target of a process of teaching and learning activities, which characterized the attitude of students who show a sense of pleasure because of the suitability between what is expected and required by the accepted reality. In essence, this research examines the amount of  influence between quality of service of teachers in junior high and personal cost of private school in Tasikmalaya, therefore the student as an object of research that directly sense the conditions of satisfaction. The purpose of research is knowing the amount of influence the quality of service of teachers and the personal cost to the satisfaction of the students. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach through a survey with a descriptive correlational analysis and regression.Data taken by using the questionnaire. The population in this study are students of private junior high school  in Tasikmalaya. Samples taken from this study using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. As a results of this study found that the quality of service of teachers in the Private Junior high School entire Tasikmalaya are very high category, personal cost is high catagory, students satisfaction are the high category, and there are significant of the quality of service of teachers to student satisfaction in the medium category, and there is the influence of the personal cost to the satisfaction of the students in the low category. Then the effect of teacher quality service and personal expenses for student satisfaction in the medium category. Based on these results, a few things need to be recommended in order to achieve student satisfaction. Teacher quality service that is always responsive in dealing with students should be maintained and enhanced, personalized fee appropriated to the needs of students, especially at boarding school (boarding school) to fulfill the daily needs. Student satisfaction must be concerned for educational institutions, because of the success of institutional schooling can be viewed from the one point of view and the level of satisfaction of its customers.

Abstract

Early childhood is the right time to start practicing body movements, one of which is through sports. In this modern era, technology is growing every minute, including in the world of sports science and technology. This study aims to build a website-based E-Coaching training media as a medium for children to practice independently. The multimedia development uses waterfall method, which consists of six stages, namely the stages of 1) Requirements, 2) Design, 3) Implementation, 4) Testing, and 5) Maintenance. In the multimedia development process, researchers conducted a validation from the experts to test the teaching materials and the media. The training media that was built was implemented for two children who were the objects of Judo practice research. Based on the research results, the use of E-Coaching training media can improve children's skills in making Judo techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication competency needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) based on teachers' perspectives and the communication abilities of the students themselves. A survey method with a quantitative approach was used, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 41 teachers and 20 ASD students from Special Schools (SLB) in West Java. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 23, with descriptive analysis techniques and reliability tests to ensure the validity of the instruments. The research results reveal that students with ASD need improvements in both receptive and expressive communication competencies, particularly in understanding multi-step instructions, recognizing visual symbols, and responding to non-verbal cues and complex questions. Furthermore, challenges were found in initiating conversations and using more specific vocabulary in social interactions. This study emphasizes the importance of developing more structured and individualized teaching strategies to enhance the communication competencies of students with ASD.

Abstract

Korupsi di Indonesia terjadi di seluruh sektor pembangunan sehingga menghambat  penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya yang komprehensif dalam penanganan dan pencegahannya. Penelitian ini membahas pengarusutamaan antikorupsi di perguruan tinggi sebagai bagian dari upaya komprehensif melawan korupsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mensintesis implementasi, output, dan efektivitas pengarusutamaan antikorupsi di perguruan tinggi melalui implementasi Pendidikan Antikorupsi (PAK). Dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis 20 jurnal terpilih dari tahun 2019-2024, yang relevan dengan pendidikan antikorupsi di pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengarusutamaan antikorupsi di perguruan tinggi akan efektif melalui Pendidikan Antikorupsi yang terdiri dari internalisasi nilai antikorupsi melalui integrasi dalam kurikulum dan pembangunan integritas ekosistem di perguruan tinggi.  Pengukuran efektivitas pengarusutamaan antikorupsi dilakukan dengan mengukur output dari kedua unsur pendidikan antikorupsi yaitu integrasi PAK pada kurikulum dan penguatan integritas ekosistem perguruan tinggi.
