Abstract

Malang memiliki banyak produk unggulan yang diproduksi oleh UMKM, mulai dari makanan, minuman bahkan sampai dengan kerajinan tangan (crafting). Mengingat semakin pesatnya perpindahan informasi melalui media digital dan pengguna digital serta berdasar dari data kualitatif dan kuantitatif diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Kabupaten Malang cukup banyak pelaku UMKM dengan berbagai permasalahannya yang belum mampu untuk melaksanakan system pemasaran menggunakan digital marketing dengan efektif. Tujuan kegiatan ini karena: Pertama, mereka belum menguasi pemasaran berbasis digital dengan efektif sehingga belum memanfaatkan digital marketing secara maksimal. Kedua, tanpa memiliki kompetensi ini (penguasaan digital marketing), maka akan menyulitkan para pelaku UMKM di Malang bersaing dalam perdagangan. Adapun UMKM yang dijadikan objek pelatihan adalah UMKM Perum GPA Ngijo, Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pendampingan yang digunakan adalah teknik pendampingan terarah yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Hasil positif dan memuaskan dari pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital ini merupakan langkah awal yang dilakukan team pengabdian dalam membantu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah untuk meningkatkan frekuensi penjualan.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a virtual exhibition media that is valid and feasible to use as entrepreneurship and technopreneurship education to students. The background of the research is the application of technopreneurship learning which is still not optimally implemented in universities. Based on observations, there is student interest in learning entrepreneurship and new innovations. This research includes development research with ADDIE stages. The test subjects of this research were 100 students of the Department of Management with snowball sampling technique. Data collection instruments include observation, questionnaire, documentation. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data with quantitative descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The overall validation results from media experts and material experts obtained an average score of 95.5% with the criteria "very valid and very good to use". The results of student responses reached an average of 90% with the criteria "very good to use". This proves that there is a positive response in using virtual exhibition for entrepreneurship and technopreneurship education media.

Abstract

Businesses managed by Muslim women entrepreneurs have become an interesting phenomenon in the global economic landscape. This research aims to understand in depth the factors that contribute to the success and sustainability of businesses managed by Muslim women entrepreneurs, using an Islamic perspective as the basis for analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multiple case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 15 Muslim women entrepreneurs who have businesses that have been running for at least 5 years and are considered successful in their respective industries. Data analysis was carried out using thematic methods, identifying key themes that emerged from the interview data. The research results reveal that the business success factors of Muslim women entrepreneurs include: (1) Integrity and Islamic Business Ethics: Successful Muslim women entrepreneurs demonstrate a strong commitment to the values of honesty, justice and transparency in running their business. (2) Business Knowledge and Competence: The ability to manage finances, marketing and business operations is an important factor in achieving success. (3) Networking and Collaboration: Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners contributes to business growth and sustainability. (4) Innovation and Adaptation: The ability to innovate and adapt to market changes is key in facing competition. (5) Devotion and Spirituality: Devotion and the practice of Islamic spirituality provide motivation and strength in facing business challenges. This research provides valuable insight into the factors that contribute to the success and sustainability of businesses managed by Muslim women entrepreneurs. These findings have important implications for Muslim entrepreneurs, policy makers and academics in developing strategies and programs that support business growth and sustainability based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Ecoprint merupakan salah satu teknik pewarnaan kain yang saat ini sedang trend dikalangan pelaku usaha busana dan pengrajin tekstil. Dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alami yang mudah diperoleh dan ramah lingkungan, maka ecoprint ini menjadi salah satu peluang usaha busana. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di lapas perempuan Malang, dimana kesediaan SDM berlimpah di lokasi. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, perlu berbagai kegiatan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan warga binaan yang sekaligus dapat menghasilkan produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan tim yaitu memberikan edukasi terkait pengenalan batik ecoprint. Peserta mengikuti sesi penyampaian materi hingga selesai. Materi harus dipahami sebagai dasar atau wawasan untuk praktik baik membuat batik ecoprint yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah praktik pembuatan batik menggunakan teknik ecoprint. Pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan, seluruh peserta melaksanakan praktik langsung bersama dengan tenaga ahli yang mendampingi para peserta. Program ini memberikan dampak positif diantaranya, bagi warga binaan untuk menambah keterampilan yang dapat mereka manfaatkan setelah membaur kembali di lingkungan masyarakat. dampak lainnya kegiatan ini yaitu bentuk pelestarian terhadap lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan dasar batik yang ramah lingkungan. Kata kunci— Batik, Ecoprint, Industri hijau, Warga binaan Abstract Ecoprint is one of the fabrics dyeing techniques that is currently trending among fashion businesses and textile craftsmen. By utilizing natural materials that are easily obtained and environmentally friendly, this eco-print becomes one of the fashion business opportunities. This activity was carried out in Malang women's prison, where human resources were abundant. Based on the needs analysis, various activities are needed to improve the skills of fostered citizens who can, at the same time, produce products that have high economic value. The activities carried out by the team are providing education related to the introduction of ecoprint batik. Participants attended the material delivery session to completion. The material must be understood as a basis or insight for good practices (best practice) in making excellent and correct ecoprint batik. The next activity is the practice of making batik using ecoprint techniques. During the implementation of the activity, all participants carry out direct practice together with experts accompanying the participants. This program has a positive impact, among others, for fostered residents to increase skills they can use after reintegrating into the community. Another impact of this activity is a form of preservation of the environment by utilizing basic materials of environmentally friendly batik. Keywords—Batik, Ecoprint, Green industry, Fostered citizens

Abstract

The purpose of this service program is to provide knowledge and skills related to processing waste, especially paper/inorganic waste into products that have a sale value. Participants in this program are 20 fostered residents from Class 1 prisons in Malang. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by providing guidance, in the form of providing material, demonstrations to direct practice. As a result of this training activity, participants can develop products such as vases, tissue boxes, bags, etc. from the rolls of paper they make. The participants were very enthusiastic in implementing the program, because this program is in line with previous programs related to waste management as a zero waste lifestyle education.

Abstract

Industri UMKM yang menjamur memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia. Namun terjadinya wabah Covid-19 dua tahun lalu ternyata memberikan dampak negatif terhadap berjalannya UMKM dimana kebanyakan konsumen kehilangan daya belinya, sehingga para pelaku UMKM diharuskan bisa beradaptasi dengan keadaan yang ada, disinilah akhirnya peran digital dibutuhkan. Di era society 5.0 ini, hampir seluruh Masyarakat dari segala usia menggunakan smartphone dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, melihat peluang ini banyak pelaku UMKM yang melakukan peralihan pemasaran produknya ke pemasaran digital atau yang biasa disebut dengan digital marketing karena dirasa lebih efektif. Namun sayangnya masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum menggunakan platform digital untuk pemasarannya, salah satunya adalah UMKM pengrajin batik yang ada di Cungking Banyuwangi yang disayangkan melihat Batik merupakan salah satu produk khas Indonesia yang cukup menjanjikan apabila bisa mencapai target pasar yang lebih luas. Sehingga, pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pengoptimalan promosi pada penjualan di platform media digital seperti penguatan melalui social media sehingga UMKM sasaran memiliki keahlian dalam pembuatan konten dan penguatan branding pada e-commerce dan media sosial. Tahapan yang dilaksanakan penelitian ini meliputi tahapan persiapan hingga pelaksanaan kegiatan. Adapun Output dalam penelitian ini adalah kemaksimalan UMKM dalam melakukan penjualan digital sehingga bisa meraup target yang lebih besar. Setelah melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini, pelaku UMKM di Lingkungan Cungking, Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Provinsi Jawa Timur mendapatkan insight baru mengenai bagaimana pengelolaan media social mereka supaya dapat bekerja dengan lebih optimal dan maksimal dengan digital marketing, dengan kegiatan ini, para pelaku UMKM akhirnya juga dapat melakukan pembuatan konten secara mandiri dan penyebarluaskan konten di social media dengan lebih efektif.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the supports for the Indonesian economy as well as a major foreign exchange contributor to the country. However, the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 caused the contribution of tourism to GDP to fall by 56%, namely to only 2.2% of the total economy. According to one online travel service platform in Indonesia, the cities of Bandung, Yogyakarta and Bali are areas that are frequently visited by tourists in Indonesia for domestic and foreign tourists. However, there is one area in East Java which is currently famous for its tourist destination, namely Banyuwangi Regency. Banyuwangi Regency is an area that has very broad tourism potential. However, unfortunately the number of tourists which experienced a decline until the Covid-19 period was over has not yet recovered to the number of visits before the pandemic. Several efforts have been made by Banyuwangi tourism managers in order to increase visits by local and foreign tourists. Several strategies implemented are still not able to increase the number of tourist arrivals in Banyuwangi. This research will focus on conducting exploration and existence as a marketing effort, especially on social media to provide a sustainable tourism impact in Banyuwangi district. A qualitative approach was taken to tourism visitors, tourism business people and tourism managers in Banyuwangi over the past year. Promotion via social media has been proven to be able to provide effective results in attracting tourist visits. Online promotion and maintenance of offline tourism facilities and infrastructure must be able to be carried out to produce sustainable and attractive tourism in the future. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide benefits in sustainable tourism development for the development of tourist cities, especially regarding the tourism sector in Banyuwangi.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has resulted in a transformation in the educational paradigm, forcing educators to reformulate their learning models. In this context, technology integration becomes imperative, encouraging teachers to utilize technological tools in the learning process. Despite the abundance of free online learning resources, it remains crucial to align them with real classroom dynamics. In response to this change, an innovative workshop was held at SMK Islam Batu, with the main objective of strengthening educators' competencies in the utilization of technology in learning, particularly through the Genially platform. The workshop explored teachers' skills in technology utilization, with an emphasis on using Genially as a tool to produce interactive and engaging learning content. The results of this workshop were impressive. Teachers not only improved their understanding of technology, but were also able to apply this knowledge effectively in their learning. The positive impact of this change in approach can also be seen in the quality of learning at SMK Islam Batu, where learning becomes more powerful, engaging and interactive. The success of this workshop has wider implications that extend beyond the school itself.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait Digital branding strategy bagi pengelola Air minum dalam Kemasan (AMDK) Asy-Q. Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syadzili memiliki sumber mata air yang digunakan dan dikelola secara khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air minum sehar-hari dalam Pondok maupun warga sekitar yang membutuhkan. Jangkauan pemasaran AMDK ini belum begitu luas karena terkendala beberapa hal diantaranya pemasaran. Penjualan yang masih konvensional dicoba untuk beralih ke media digital yang lebih luas penyebarannya serta didukung dengan kemasan produk yang lebih menarik untuk menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas. Pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, praktik, pendampingan dan evaluasi dipilih untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Hasil dari evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengelola sekaligus santri dapat mengenal, membuat media sosial dan sekaligus memasarkan produknya. Pengelola dan Yayasan cukup puas dengan hasil tersebut. Kedepannya akan terus dilakukan monitoring dari kegiatan ini.
