Abstract

This research and development aim to produce an appropriate blended learning-based assessment project that can improve student competence. Project assignment by utilizing various contemporary applications such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and Youtube as a medium for product promotion. The data were researched and developed using Research and Development methods, the research model used was adopted from Borg & Gall. The feasibility of the development product in the form of an instrument was validated by a validator of assessment experts, validators of material experts. Student competence is measured by cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Data analysis by percentage and paired sample T-test analysis. The results of expert validation were declared "Very Feasible" with a score of 86.4% (cognitive) and 88.2% (psychomotor). The results of material expert validation were 89% (cognitive) and 87.5% (psychomotor) with the "Very Feasible" category. The results of the large class trial resulted in a score of 86.7% for the teacher's response and 88% for the student's response to the assessment instrument product. The increase in student competence is measured through project assignments, where the results of the calculation of the paired sample T-test show that there is a difference in the average score before and after using the assessment instrument in either the cognitive or psychomotor domain.

Using a structural equation modeling approach with path analysis, this study analyzed the relationship between these skills and critical thinking. The research method used an inferential quantitative approach by examining active students. The population is undergraduate students of Commerce Education, State University of Malang. Samples were taken from all students who fell into the population category. The results show that skills in planning, project management, and evaluation have a significant influence on critical thinking ability. The giant company's fraud case was revealed, mostly because of the information within the company that was revealed by the company's employees, which is called whistleblowing. The purpose of this study is to prove the differences in students' perceptions of fraud and whistleblowing behavior based on gender factors. Research is conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng Jombang, who are in the third semester or above so that they already understand fraud and whistleblowing. This type of research is quantitative research based on empirical studies. The research sample was selected by using the technique of probability sampling with the category of simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing using multiple research paradigms with one dummy variable and two dependent variables so that it uses two simple dummy regression tests. The decision on the results of hypothesis testing uses two R Square determination coefficients to explain the relationship of each variable. The results of this study prove that there is no gender effect on the students' perception of fraud and whistleblowing.
