Mental maps can be used as an effort to determine the understanding of students' spatial patterns. Mental maps can also be used to measure students' perceptions of environmental characteristics. A good mental map ability can also help students understand spatial information. Geography learning provides various kinds of spatial information so that a mental map is needed to assist in completing the learning. Besides, geography learning must also be able to improve students' understanding of spatial information. Therefore, improving the ability of the student mental map is important. This study aims to improve the mental map of high school students through project-based learning combined with outdoor study. Research is a quasy experiment using post-test only control design. The research hypothesis test uses an Independent sample T-Test. The results showed that the experimental class had a higher average value compared to the control class.

Program peningkatan minat baca peserta didik melalui pendampingan manajemen perpustakaan bekerjasama dengan pihak perpustakaan sekolah SDN Pringu. Adanya fasilitas perpustakaan yang belum dapat dikelola dengan baik, menyebabkan perpustakaan tersebut kurang berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya sehingga mempengaruhi kurangnya minat baca siswa. selain itu, kurangnya manajemen perpustakaan menyebabkan siswa kurang terarah mengenai apa yang harus dia lakukan didalam perpustakaan sehingga perpustakaan dialihfungsikan sebagai tempat bermain, makan, minum, dan lain sebagainya. berdasarkan problematika yang terjadi, sebagai bentuk pengabdian dalam bidang pendidikan, metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendampingan manajemen perpustakaan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pengkodingan, tata ruang, dan pengkaderan pustakawan cilik, dimana kegiatan tersebut saling berkesinambungan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan. hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah perpustakaan yang terkelola dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat baca siswa.

belajar terhadap hasil belajar Geografi, (2) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar Geografi, dan (3) pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar Geografi di SMAN 1 Widang-Tuban. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket dan dokumentasi dari 94 responden. Kebiasaan belajar diukur dengan angket kebiasaan belajar yang dikembangkan oleh Bakare 1971. Instrumen Motivation and Strategy Learning Quetionare (MSLQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Pintrich dkk tahun 1991 digunakan untuk mengukur self-efficacy, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata ulangan. Setelah data terkumpul, dianalisis secara statistik dengan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kebiasaan belajar secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 65,60%, (2) Self-efficacy secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 15,80%, dan (3) kebiasaan belajar dan self-efficacy secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 65,20%. Kata Kunci: kebiasaan belajar, self-efficacy, hasil belajar.

This current research aimed at analyzing income distribution between local and migrant households in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This research occupied a quantitative method by means of a survey. Further, the sample taken for the research comprised 100 households, represented by 50 local and 50 migrant households. The data of income were analyzed by using the Gini ratio, Lorenz curve, and income earning method of World Bank. The results have shown that the income distribution based on log-normal and log-logistic has signified 0.75 – 1.00. Gini ratio index has proved that there is unequal income distribution with the scale from high to perfect level. Meanwhile, Lorenz curve has shown that the highest proportion of income occurs at the high-income interval of the migrant households, and its proportion is shown to decrease along the low income interval of the local households. In other words, the income distribution in Lowokwaru District is far below the diagonal or equity line. In addition, the income earning based on World Bank method has exhibited that as many as 40% of the group with the lowest income has been shown to earn merely 9%. This unequal income distribution, remarking economic discrepancy, has been existent due to different socio-economic characteristics between local and migrant households.

This study aims to determine the effect of the project-based learning social studies consumer perceptions of student character. Consumer perception of the character of this research is focused on the consumption of environmentally sound because it was found that the students are less concerned about the environment, especially the cleanliness class. This type of research including quasi experimental, aimed at assessing the effect of an action learning on students' perceptions before and after treatment. Subjects were students of 2015 batch S1 IPS which follows the introductory economics course. The instrument used to measure the consumption of environmentally sound perception using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the homogeneity test the cognitive abilities of students conclusion has a homogeneous character and definitive experimental group and the control is done randomly. This study analyzed SPSS 22.0 for Windows using independent sample T-test. Results of the analysis showed that there were significant differences between the control and experimental class class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of project-based learning IPS effect on consumer perceptions of character. In project-based learning allows students trying to construct their own knowledge and actively involved in seeking information so it is expected that students are able to connect theory gained with the existing reality in the environment.Keywords: Project Based Learning, Perception Character consumption http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um022v1i12016p065

Kesejahteraan masyarakat merupakan cita-cita bangsa yang juga termaktub secara jelas dan tersurat dalam pembukaan undang-undang dasar 1945. Sejatinya untuk mencapai kesejahteraan tersebut perlu adanya kerjasama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Pemerintah selaku penguasa berperan dalam membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk mensejahterakan rakyatnya. Ironisnya kesenjangan banyak terlihat sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh Gini ratio pada maret 2014 yang meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya. Konsep ekonomi rakyat menjadi solusi dari pemikiran Bung Hatta, yakni dimana semua ekonomi yang dapat diterapkan dengan prinsip dari, oleh, dan untuk rakyat. Selaras dengan pemikiran ini lahirlah koperasi. Penelitian ini akan mendiskusikan bagaimana peran koperasi bagi penambang minyak tradisional di desa Wonocolo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. koperasi sebagai suatu badan yang diberikan kepercayaan oleh pemerintah sebagai wadah dalam pengelolaan sumur tua sehingga SDA dapat memberikan manfaat dan penerimaan yang maksimal bagi Negara untuk sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat. Pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh koperasi sumber pangan melalui fasilitas modal dan sebagai wadah bagi masyarakat sekitar lokasi sumur tua untuk dapat memanfaatkan sumur tua sebagai sumber pendapatan.DOI: 10.17977/um022v3i22018p081

This study aims to determine the knowledge and attitude of flood disaster preparedness of Elementary School Pilanggede, District Balen, Bojonegoro. Knowledge is a key factor to preparedness. Knowledge can affect the attitude and awareness to standby in anticipating the disaster. Children from an early age should be given a proper understanding of the types of disasters that may be affecting their area and ways of dealing with disasters when it comes suddenly. The vulnerability of children to disasters is triggered by a limited understanding of the risks surrounding them, resulting in a lack of preparedness in the face of disasters. Elementary School Pilanggede District Balen, Bojonegoro is one that has flood every year. Not only the school buildings are flooded, but most of the students live as well. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The survey was conducted to find out the description of the condition of knowledge and attitude of student preparedness to the flood disaster that occurred in the environment. Furthermore, a descriptive analysis was conducted. The data needed in this research is primary data obtained from observation and spreading of questionnaire conducted at grade 3 to 6 Elementary School Pilanggede. The research findings indicate that students' knowledge of the flood disaster is still poorly proved by an understanding of the causes and occurrence of low floods. The student's attitude in reducing flood risk is also quite low as evidenced by playing during floods and the use of electronic during floods and the provision of equipment is minimal. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 masyarakat miskin dan rentan miskin yang ada di Desa Srimulyo memiliki dampak ekonomi yang cukup berat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pendampingan budidaya jamur tiram terhadap anggota Keluarga Penerima Manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan (KPM PKH) dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dan pendampingan pada anggota KPM PKH dalam melakukan budidaya dan pengemasan jamur tiram. Hasil dari pendampingan ini yaitu terbentuknya kelompok-kelompok yang mengelola budidaya jamur tiram, terbentuknya dua kumbung sebagai lokasi budidaya jamur tiram, dan meningkatnya soft skills dan hard skills dalam menjalankan usaha khususnya budidaya jamur tiram sehingga dapat bertahan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Dengan adanya kelompok-kelompok dalam mengelola budidaya jamur tiram akan menambah lapangan kerja baru dan membantu perekonomian bagi anggota KPM PKH di Desa Srimulyo, Kecamatan Dampit, Kabupaten Malang.

Junior high school teachers have a responsibility to improve the quality of learning. Improving the quality of learning is accompanied by the demands of the times. In the 21st century, information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore, they have to foster their knowledge. The problem in SMPN 2 Balen is most teachers have not used the learning media. Though learning media have the power in transferring information. One of the IT-based media that can be used in learning is autoplay. Learning media with autoplay will make the learning process interesting so that students can be motivated in learning. This is because the program can display text, images, sound and video. Seeing the problems described above, it is necessary to do activities that can improve the ability of teachers in developing and utilizing IT-based learning media, through training of making learning media with autoplay program. This devotion activity aims to help teachers SMPN 2 Balen in improving the quality of learning, especially related to the pedagogical competence of teachers about knowledge and skills in developing and applying media learning with Autoplay program. Training is conducted for 6 months divided into three stages: (1) planning stage, (2) stage of implementation, (3) evaluation phase. Results from activities in the form of learning media products with autoplay program.
