Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital (IC) on corporate growth. This study examined the relationship between the three components of intellectual capital, namely Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA), and Value Added Capital Employeed (VACA) with the company growth proxied with growth sales growth. The data used are the financial statements of Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014. This research uses quantitative approach with verifikatif research type. The sample of the research is all companies in the sector of Fast Moving Consumer Goods which amounted to 18 issuers. Data analysis tool in this research using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously VAHU, STVA, and VACA had a significant positive effect on company growth. Meanwhile, VAHU and VACA partially have no effect on company growth. However, STVA affects the company's growth. This study proves that the dimension of intellectual capital affecting company growth is only STVA.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) financing in Indonesia. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of MSMEs, which often face problems in financing. However, on the other hand, financial institutions find it difficult to find a database of MSMEs to channel their loans. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained from various sources, both primary and secondary. Primary data is obtained from statements made by informants from the Financial Services Authority, the Association of Indonesian Crowdfunding Services, crowdfunding players, and MSMEs that have taken advantage of crowdfunding. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from several published articles. The results show that the government has helped provide a source of financing for MSMEs, both through banking and non-banking. However, there were several obstacles that occurred in the field, both from MSMEs and financial institutions. The presence of securities crowdfunding instruments raises new hopes for MSMEs in fulfilling financing. In addition to an easy submission procedure, access can also be done via a digital platform.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan digital payment pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksploratif. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan dengan beberapa informan, antara lain: perusahaan asosiasi fintech, Bank Indonesia, Asosiasi UMKM Indonesia, dan perusahaan pengguna digital payment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan system pembayaran telah mengalami evolusi sejak jaman barter hingga system digital payment. Penggunaan system digital payment banyak memberikan beberapa manfaat. Adapun manfaat penggunaan digital payment dapat dirasakan baik oleh pelaku usaha sendiri maupun oleh konsumen. Dengan demikian penggunaan digital payment mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan digital payment mampu meberikan berbagai manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

The application of mixed methods has been widely implemented in several studies, particularly in the field of public policy; however, the implementation of convergent parallel mixed methods has been limited. Thus, such methods are appropriate to reveal the science, technology, and innovation (STI) policy dynamics in Indonesia during the 1945–2020 period, as policy dynamics research attempts to reveal the evolution of the changes regarding the policy itself. The following five concepts are analyzed through convergent parallel mixed methods: 1) regime/government change, 2) institutional change/transformation, 3) change in policy issuance, direction, and content, 4) actor role and existence, and 5) policy object input and output. This article discusses the method details, from the paradigm, research dataset, and technique selection for collecting and analyzing research data to the research implementation.

Abstract

This article reveals the reality, policy strategies, and roadmap plans for human resource development in Indonesia's research and innovation field. The result of human resources in a lot of research and innovation is an important one, especially after the government's commitment through the issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) for 2020-2024 and also the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of the Year 2021 concerning the National Talent Management Task Force, where research and innovation are one of the sectors developed in national talent management. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The investigation resulted in four aspects of concern, namely the existing conditions and the Indonesian government's experience in developing human resources in the field of research and innovation, which had been initiated since the era of President Soekarno, then the presence of a scholarship program created by Prof. Eng. BJ Habibie, who at that time served as Minister of State for Research and Technology by providing scholarships to more than 1,500 people during 1982-1996 to study in several countries which would later become talents for the national strategic industry and research and development institutions in Indonesia. The results of talent management policy mapping in the research and innovation sector are discussed in the next section. To enrich understanding, a comparative study of talent management and policy was carried out in Japan, the Philippines, and Malaysia. In the end, a proposed strategy and roadmap for implementing research talent and innovation in Indonesia are presented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perdagangan internasional dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perdagangan internasional di Indonesia. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menjelaskan perkembangan perdagangan internasional dan metode verifikatif untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap perdagangan internasional. Sumber data diperoleh dari data sekunder yang telah dipublish selama 2003-2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang menentukan perdagangan internasional menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa perdagangan internasional mengalami fluktuatif selama periode penelitian, karena dampak dari harga migas dan non migas yang berubah. Pertumbuhan perdagangan internasional Indonesia lebih dominan pada sektor nonmigas. Sehingga strategi yang dijalankan pemerintah Indonesia memberikan berbagai kemudahan bagi para pelaku eksportir di bidang nonmigas. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti, meliputi: nilai tukar, tingkat inflasi, government effectiveness, serta trade openness secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perdagangan internasional. Namun, secara parsial faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi perdagangan internasional hanya tingkat inflasi, government effectiveness, dan trade openness; sedangkan faktor nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fundamental factors on systematic risk. Fundamental factors are represented by the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), and price earning ratio (PER). While the systematic risk for this study is calculated using the beta value of the stock. The research uses a quantitative approach with verification research methods. The sample used in this study is issuers who are members of the LQ 45 group during the 2017-2021 period. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that DER and PER partially affect systematic risk, while CR and ROE partially have no effect on systematic risk. However, simultaneously these factors affect the systematic risk.

Abstract

Para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) banyak yang mengalami permasalahan pembiayaan dalam menjalankan usaha mereka. Lembaga perbankan yang selama ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pembiayaan bagi para pelaku UMKM ternyata tidak dapat menyalurkan kreditnya. Selain karena para pelaku UMKM kurang rapih dalam hal penyusunan laporan keuangan, mereka juga tidak mempunyai agunan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan mensososialisasikan berberapa lembaga pembiayaan kepada para pelaku UMKM. Metode palaksanaan dalam sosialisasi ini dengan cara daring dan luring. Pelaksaan secara daring dilakukan untuk menjelaskan secara umum, sedangkan secara luring menjelaskan secara spesifik sambil membagikan booklet. Para pelaku UMKM yang menjadi sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok usaha dari berbagi daerah. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat mampu memberikan tambahan pengetahuan mengenai industry keuangan dan mekanisme pengajuan kredit/pembiayaan. Pelaku UMKM merasa ada harapan baru dalam memperoleh sumber pembiayaan selain bank yang selama ini sudah dikenal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance in Puskesmas Garuda, Andir District, Bandung City. The research sample consisted of 58 employees of Puskesmas Garuda selected randomly. Data were collected using questionnaires that measured the variables of work motivation, work environment, and employee performance. Path analysis was employed to analyze the relationships among these variables. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance in Puskesmas Garuda. The path analysis reveals that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance (path coefficient = 0.55, p < 0.05), while the work environment also has a significant positive influence on employee performance (path coefficient = 0.42, p < 0.05). These findings suggest that effective management of work motivation and work environment can enhance employee performance in Puskesmas Garuda. Management needs to pay sufficient attention to employee work motivation by creating a conducive work environment and providing appropriate support. Factors such as job satisfaction, achievement, recognition, supervisor support, teamwork, and clear work policies need to be considered in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bandung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 responden. Metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif  dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS. Metode survai deskriptif adalah suatu metode penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Dalam penelitian ini data dan informasi dikumpulkan dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, tidak terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersam-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bandung sebesar 50,5%. Artinya, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersam-sama dapat menjelaskan variasi kinerja pegawai sebesar 50,5%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi serta mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai pada BPBD provinsi Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BPBD provinsi Jawa Barat yang berjumlah 82 pegawai. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel 82 responden.  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier Berganda dengan melalui uji F dan uji T Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi serta secara simultan keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kedua variabel bebas tersebut mampu memberikan kontribusi sebesar 72,4% terhadap komitmen organisasi BPBD provinsi Jawa Barat.
