Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of strategic supplier partnership and customer relationship on farmer business performance through supply chain integration. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method uses multistage proportional random sampling with a sample of 200 farmers. Data analysis in this study uses path analysis method with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that strategic supplier partnerships have no significant effect on supply chain integration and farmer business performance. Customer relationship has a positive and significant effect on supply chain integration and farmer business performance, supply chain integration has a positive and significant effect on farmer business performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh karakteristik biografis dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja pada pegawai bagian back office PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk kantor area Jember, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan untuk uji parsial, semua variabel bebas mempunyai nilai Sig. dibawah alpha 0,05 dimana hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh karakteristik biografis pegawai (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dan karakteristik pekerjaan pegawai (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Untuk hasil secara simultan diperoleh nilai FHitung sebesar 29,633 dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai FTabel 3,219 sehingga menghasilkan keputusan bahwa ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara karakteristik biografis pegawai (X1) dan karakteristik pekerjaan pegawai (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). From this study, the researcher concludes for the partial test, variable independent have sig. under alpha 0,05 which mean there are some effects of biographical characteristics (X1) to performance of the officer (Y), and there are some effects of job characteristics (X2) to performance of the officer (Y).Whereas that there are some significant effects showed up simultaneously to performance of the officer with the result of FHitung is in the amount of 29,633 which the result is bigger than FTabel 3,219. It shows that there are some positive effects which is significant biographical characteristics (X1) and job characteristics (X2) to performance of the officer (Y). Abstract

One determinant of progress of a company is owned resources. A company or an entity feels that the absence of quality resources, the company's goals will not be achieved. But often not realized, the company only makes employees or resources as a means to achieve its goals rather than as individuals who need for recognition and awards. This study aims to know and explain the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Moreover, to know which independent variables that most influence on employee performance. The type of research conducted in this research is the explanation (explanatory research) using a quantitative approach to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing, where the method of analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate how stressful conditions of work and job satisfaction on employee performance, where there is a direct relationship between Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, and partially and simultaneously influenced on employee performance. While the independent variables that most influence on the performance of employees is job stress. Keywords :Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Performance ABSTRAK Salah satu penentu kemajuan suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya yang dimiliki. Perusahaan atau suatu badan usaha merasa bahwa tanpa adanya sumber daya yang berkualitas, tujuan perusahaan tidak akan tercapai. Tetapi seringkali tidak disadari, perusahaan hanya menjadikan karyawan atau sumberdaya yang mereka miliki sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan bukan sebagai individu yang mempunyai kebutuhan atas pengakuan dan penghargaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui variabel bebas manakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif guna menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis, dimana metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang terlihat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana kondisi stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana terdapat hubungan yang searah antara Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara variabel bebas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah stres kerja. Kata Kunci :Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

This research aims to analyis and examine; 1) influence of perceived organizational support variable on employee engagement variable; 2) influence of perceived organizational support variable on organizational citizenship behaviour variable; 3) influence of employee engagement  variable on organizational citizenship behaviour variable . The kind of research used in this research is an explanation or explanotory research with a quantitative approach. The variable in this research is perceived organizational support as independent variables and the employee engagement and organizational citizenship behaviour variable as the dependent variable. This research uses descriptve analysis and path analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed; 1) there is a significant effect between perceived organizational support variable (X) to employee engagement variable (Y1); 2) there is no significant effect between variables perceived organizational support (X) to organizational citizenship behaviour variable variable (Y2); 3) there is a significant effect between employee engagement variable (Y1) to organizational citizenship behaviour variable variable (Y2). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji: 1) pengaruh variabel perceived organizational support terhadap variabel employee engagement; 2) pengaruh variabel perceived organizational support terhadap variabel organizational citizenship behaviour. 3) pengaruh variabel employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan atau explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived organizational support sebagai variabel bebas dan employee engagement serta  organizational citizenship behaviour sebagai variabel terikat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan anatara variabel perceived organizational support terhadap variabel employee engagement; 2) terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara variabel perceived organizational support terhadap variabel organizational citizenship behaviour. 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour . Kata kunci: Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) sector has been recognized as an essential contributor to the economic development of Indonesia. However, the sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to the rest of ASEAN countries with similar levels of economic growth. This study aims to extend previous studies on the relationship between MSMEs characteristics and their sustainability by specifically including financial literation as a mediation role. This study used proportional random sampling as a sampling technique. A total of 191 MSMEs owner-managers questionnaire data were processed by using Partial Least Square analysis. This study confirmed the positive influence of MSMEs characteristics on financial literacy and financial literacy on the sustainability of MSMEs. Moreover, financial literation proves to be a significant mediator of MSMEs sustainability. This study suggests that MSMEs owner-managers need to be financially literate as it can enable them to make a good financial decision that can ensure their business sustainability.

Abstract

Construction industry is both economically and socially important. The prevention of construction accidents usually entails predicting future accidents and their nature under given circumstances. Due to the fact that accident rates in construction are high when compared to other industries, the construction and projects managers need to be fully prepared to deal with accidents when they occur, undertaking proper investigations and reporting procedures afterwards.

Abstract

Digital marketing is currently a new force in marketing strategy. The marketing mix in hotel digital marketing applies an online reservation system as a distribution channel and online customer review as a promotional tool. The use of the online reservation system will distribute hotel rooms throughout the world. The market potential will not be limited by time or distance. This technology is a mainstay for hotels to distribute rooms to customers. The use of online customer review as a promotional tool is carried out by asking customer's participation to express their review of the product to potential customers. This method is widely used as customer's words is more trusted than vendors’. The objective of the present study is to investigate the role of digital marketing strategies, especially the impact of the online reservation system and online customer review on brand image, trust, and hotel booking decision. This study utilizes a literature review from previous studies that are relevant to this study. Articles were taken digitally using google search engine with the keywords "online reservation system, online customer review, brand image, trust, and booking decision". The articles come from international and national journals. This review only uses 15 relevant articles. The literature review results show that the online reservation system and online customer review have a significant impact on trust, brand image, and hotel booking decision. Hotels utilize the online reservation system and online customer review in digital marketing strategies to attract customers worldwide. However, this literature review study has limitations where all articles used do not consider the Covid-19 outbreak. In addition, the study also does not distinguish between online reservation systems belonging to hotels and those belonging to online travel agents. Abstract

This study aims to explore the suitability and synchronization of business patterns that reduce environmental impact to creating green supply chains in general, and as extension of this exploration we aim at evaluating the current state of indonesian marketplace, especially in greengrocery marketplace of Malang city, the focus group method was selected to collect opinions of SMEs’s managers or owner, the focus group study was implemented in two sessions. We propose a conceptual model regarding interdependency within members of supply chain, in term of adopting environmentally aware attitude. It was found that SMEs in greengrocery marketplace in Malang city are still suffering and not doing well in critical aspects of GSCM such as SMEs members of the greengrocery market do not manage the waste maximally, the use information siystem for data sharing, standardization of business stalls on the marketplace and indecent competition, various recommendations were provided in this study, and we also propose solutions according to the problems were found.

Abstract

This aims to examine the effect of business education on entrepreneurial intention with feasibility and entrepreneurial self-efficacy as the intervening variables. This study was conducted on students of Business study programs, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya (FIA UB). The number of samples used in this study was 321 students using proportionate stratified random sampling. The questionnaire was used to collect data, and Partial Least Square (PLS) was used for the analysis. We found that; business education has a positive effect on feasibility; business education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy; feasibility has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention; entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention; entrepreneurial self -efficacy has a positive influence on feasibility; and business education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention, both directly and indirectly through feasibility and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the feasibility and entrepreneurial self-efficacy so that students can improve these aspects to start a business.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of socio-economic conditions in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, government policy response on the sustainability and performance of small businesses. This research was conducted on leading sector small businesses in Malang City. Leading business sectors in Malang City include the craft sector, the fashion sector, the food and beverage sector, the application sector and the film and animation design sector. The population of the leading sector small businesses in the city of Malang is 356 business units. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling with proportional random sampling method. The inferential statistical analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the smartPLS 3 statistical application. The results of this study indicate that the socio-economic and government policy response variables have a significant positive effect on SME sustainability, then the SME sustainability variable has a significant positive effect on financial performance
