Abstract

Di era yang terus berkembang, teknologi semakin berkembang semakin pesat dengan berjalannya waktu. Kemajuan teknologi yang bisa kita rasakan salah satunya perkembangan teknologi pada penggunaan internet khususnya perdagangan online khususnya pada pembelian tiket perjalanan pada travel agent secara online. Traveloka merupakan travel agent no 1 di Indonesia, namun terlihat e-wom, brand image, serta trust Traveloka belum cukup baik, diikuti juga dengan peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan domestik di Indonesia pasca Pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui brand image dan trust Traveloka pada seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Peneliti memakai pendekatan kuantitatif serta analisis deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan non-probability sampling pada 400 orang dengan skala likert. Metode analisis data memakai partial least square pada software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu, variabel electronic word of mouth (X) terdapat pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan kepada variabel brand image (Z1), trust (Z2) dan purchase intention (Y), variabel brand image (Z1) positif dan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel purchase intention (Y) serta positif dan berpengaruh sebagai variabel intervening antara electronic word of mouth (X) dan purchase intention (Y), variabel trust (Z2) terdapat pengaruh secara positif serta tidak signifikan pada purchase intention (Y), adanya pengaruh secara positif serta tidak signifikan sebagai variabel intervening electronic word of mouth (X) dan purchase intention (Y), adanya pengaruh secara positif dan tidak siginifikan Electronic Word Of Mouth (X) terhadap Brand Image (Z1) yang dimediasi oleh Trust (Z2) pada Traveloka, pengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan Trust (Z2) terhadap purchase intention (Y) yang dimediasi oleh brand image (Z1) pada Traveloka serta adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Electronic Word Of Mouth (X) terhadap purchase intention (Y) yang dimediasi oleh trust (Z2) dan brand image (Z1) pada Traveloka.

Abstract

Kemampuan awal pemahaman anak kelas VII yang masih belum sepenuhnya mengerti akan sistem kurikulum yang baru serta penyesuaian dan adaptasi dari jenjang sekolah dasar dan sekarang berada di jenjang menengah pertama menjadi salah satu faktornya. Mereka mengira bahwa pemisahan kelompok sesuai dengan hasil tes diagnostic adalah bagian dari pilih kasih guru karena perbedaan jumlah setiap kelompok diaggap mereka kurang adil sehingga pembagian tugas pemahaman akan lebih sulit dibanding kelompok lain. pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami permasalahan tersebut secara mendalam. Metode literature review dengan penganalisisan buku dan jurnal digunakan untuk menyempurnakan penelitian ini. Data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh oleh pihak lain dan kita sebagai researcher tidak secara langsung melakukan pengumpulan data tersebut. Jadi, orang bilang data sekunder adalah data tangan kedua dimana literatur seperti jurnal,buku dan media pendukung lainnya, Dari hasil pembagian kelompok tersebut guru menemukan fenomena baru yang dapat diamati seperti mereka menganggap hal yang dilakukan guru ini termasuk salah satu bentuk pilih kasih guru terhadap siswa, ada juga yang merasa keberatan akan konsep ini mereka pikir hal ini menyulitkan mereka sebab perbedaan jumlah kelompok yang ada, namun guru menjelaskan sedikit demi sedikit konsep baru tersebut sesuai dengan kurikulum yang dipakai oleh satuan sekolah, penjelasan secara bertahap itulah yang akan memunculkan pemahaman baru peserta didik sehingga tidaak beranggapan buruk terhadap konsep yang sedang diterapkan.

Abstract

Abstract State-owned companies operating in the construction sector are known to incur substantial and accumulating debt. This is attributed to the use of the capital structure through debt loans or external funding, often from foreign parties with multi-year payment terms. Therefore, this study aimed to identify and comprehensively analyze the reciprocal relationship between profitability and the capital structure, examining its impact on firm value. The array is specifically focused on State-Owned Companies in the Construction Sector over the period from 2016 to 2020. A quantitative approach was adopted in the selected methodology, with financial data extracted from 40 reports. The data analysis used various methods, including the Granger Causality, t-test, and Determination Test. The results showed a significant impact of profitability on the capital structure, and vice versa while showing a substantial influence on firm value. Additionally, the capital structure significantly impacted firm value in State-Owned Companies in the Construction Sector from 2016 to 2020. Keywords: Profitability, Capital Structure, Firm Value. Abstrak Perusahaan BUMN sektor kontruksi terindikasi adanya utang yang besar dan menumpuk. Hal ini disebabkan perusahaan karya menggunakan struktur modalnya dari pinjaman hutang atau pendanaan dari pihak luar atau asing dengan Multi year payment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan timbal balik antara profitabilitas dan struktur modal serta dampaknya terhadap nilai perusahaan (Studi pada perusahaan BUMN Sektor Kontruksi Tahun 2016-2020). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 40 data laporan keuangan dan Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Kausalitas Granger, Uji t dan Uji Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan BUMN Sektor Kontruksi Tbk tahun 2016-2020, Struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan BUMN Sektor Kontruksi Tbk tahun 2016-2020, Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Perusahaan BUMN Sektor Kontruksi Tbk tahun 2016-2020, Struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Perusahaan BUMN Sektor Kontruksi Tbk tahun 2016-2020. Abstract

This study was carried out to decide the impact of the marketing mix on the satisfaction of visitors to Taman Safari Indonesia II Prigen. While this research has the aim of understanding and analyzing how the marketing mix is offered to visitors, how the level of visitor satisfaction in the marketing mix, the magnitude of the influence of the marketing mix simultaneously and partially on the satisfaction of visitors at Taman Safari Indonesia II Prigen. The technique used on this studies is quantitative with the form of studies used is descriptive and causal. Samples have been taken the usage of a non-opportunity sampling technique with purposive sampling with a complete of four hundred respondents. In studying the data, descriptive evaluation and multiple regression evaluation have been used. After testing the simultaneity hypothesis, it is located that the first-rate of carrier has a big have an effect on at the delight of visitors at Taman Safari Indonesia II Prigen. From the consequences of partial speculation testing (t test) it changed into located that the variables iproduct, iprice, iplace, ipromotion, ipeople, iprocess, and physicali proof had a large have an impact on at the pride of traffic to Tamani Safari Indonesia II. Based at the coefficient of determination, it changed into located that the quantity of vacationer pleasure changed into 68.2% and the remaining 31.8% was caused by other factors not included in the research examined by researchers such as visiting decision factors and visitor loyalty

Abstract

During the COVID-19 PANDEMIC, culinary digital delivery-based services became the basis of Cloud Kitchen. In line with the growth of technology in all elements and the ease of using smartphones, several things have gone digital. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention, which is influenced by brand attitude on travelokaeats' Instagram social media accounts. This research will employ quantitative causality and descriptive methodologies. Samples were taken using the convenience sampling technique, so that a sample of 400 respondents was obtained. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to people who had used or used Travelokaeats and also to Travelokaeats' Instagram followers. The analysis technique used is SEM, or structural equation modeling, and the analysis is carried out using software in the form of SmartPLS 4. Based on research discussions, it shows that Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) has a positive influence on brand attitude on Travelokaets on Instagram, E-WOM has a positive influence on purchase intention on Travelokaets on Instagram, brand attitude has a positive influence on purchase intention on Travelokaets on Instagram, and E-WOM has a positive influence on purchase intention intervened by brand attitude on Travelokaets on Instagram. It is suggested that the Travelokaeats company improve the quality of its promotions on Instagram by providing discounts and promos to Travelokaeats users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the goals of the green economy in achieving benefits through an Islamic economic perspective. The analysis states that this study uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques from secondary data, namely, studies of book libraries, journals, websites, newspapers, and magazines. The results of the study show that the concept of the green economy is compatible with Islamic economics. This is evidenced by several principles of a green economy that are in accordance with Islamic economics, including principles of Islamic social and business ethics, principles of protecting the environment and reducing social problems, principles of sustainable development, and policies that include the preservation of religion, preservation of soul, preservation of mind, preservation of mind, and maintenance of a property.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct a Business Model Canvas approach in designing a sustainable strategy in developing a tourist village in Kampung Sepatu by describing and defining each main activity to create value to generate income for the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) of Cangkuang Kulon Village. This type of research uses a qualitative research approach with SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas. Respondents used key informants from business actors, community leaders, and local government officials. There are nine main activities in determining business development strategies to increase product value and income of business actors in Kampung Sepatu Cibaduyut Kulon Village. Study limitations in Cangkuang Kulon Village. This research is designed for a sustainable business development strategy specifically for Kampung Sepatu Tourism Village, Cangkuang Kulon Village, by defining the problems of shoe craftsmen and paying attention to local conditions so that the research results can be applied directly to shoe craftsmen in Kampung Sepatu, Cangkuang Kulon Village.ABSTRAKTujuan dari Peneliti ini adalah melakukan pendekatan Business Model Canvas dalam merancang strategi berkelanjutan dalam mengembangkan desa wisata di Kampung Sepatu dengan mendeskripsikan dan mendefinisikan setiap aktivitas utama untuk menciptakan nilai guna menghasilkan pendapatan bagi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Desa Cangkuang Kulon. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT dan Business Model Canvas. Responden menggunakan informan kunci dari pelaku usaha, tokoh masyarakat, dan pejabat pemerintah daerah. Terdapat sembilan kegiatan utama dalam menetapkan strategi pengembangan usaha untuk meningkatkan nilai produk dan pendapatan pelaku usaha di Kampung Sepatu Desa Cibaduyut Kulon. Keterbatasan studi di Desa Cangkuang Kulon. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk strategi pengembangan usaha yang berkelanjutan khusus untuk Desa Wisata Kampung Sepatu, Desa Cangkuang Kulon, dengan mendefinisikan permasalahan pengrajin sepatu dan memperhatikan kondisi lokal sehingga hasil penelitian dapat diterapkan langsung pada pengrajin sepatu di Kampung Sepatu, Desa Cangkuang Kulon.

Abstract

To achieve optimal performance, telecommunications companies, particularly PT XYZ, which are closely aligned with technological advancements, must develop strategic frameworks to address evolving market demands and sustain their operational viability. PT XYZ faces several collaboration-related challenges, including iterative redundancies, insufficient project transparency, inadequate cross-functional communication, and ineffective inter-departmental coordination. To address these issues and enhance organizational performance, PT XYZ has adopted Agile Ways of Working. This qualitative study aims to examine employee behavior at PT XYZ in relation to their experiences with the transition to Agile Ways of Working. The research involved interviewing six informants with relevant roles and experience in the Agile transformation, conducted online and recorded for data collection. The interview data were subsequently analyzed using NVIVO 12 Pro software. The findings suggest that for effective implementation of Agile Ways of Working, organizations must first identify and understand the challenges they will encounter in order to devise appropriate solutions. It is crucial to invest in employee competency development through targeted training and workshops and to support these initiatives with company policies that align with agile principles. PT XYZ utilize the Scrum Framework due to its rapid adaptability to change. The implementation of Agile Ways of Working at PT XYZ has been assessed as effective, enhancing collaboration, streamlining communication between individuals and departments, and proving suitable for application within the telecommunications sector.

Abstract

The development of the digital era facilitates activities and work in various fields due to the presence of internet networks, social media, digital devices, and digital platforms. One business that is starting to use technology is the coffee shop business. More and more venture capital companies are injecting capital into coffee shops. The existence of these investors makes the speed of the cafe business faster. One of them begins by implementing computerized innovation in its operations (Adventa, 2019).Starbucks Corporation is an American coffee company and a worldwide network of cafes located in Seattle, Washington. Starbucks launched an application that can be downloaded from the application store or playstore. But there are still some bad reviews from users. One of them is the problem when users will top up. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality on e-satisfaction mediated by e-trust in the starbucks id application in Indonesia. This research genre is quantitative with descriptive analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 385 respondents distributed to Starbucks ID application users in Indonesia. The result is that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction. E-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-trust. E-trust has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction. And e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction mediated by e-trust.

Abstract

Indonesia's vast territory makes transportation one of the most important needs for Indonesian people. One of them is land transportation, of various kinds of land transportation, trains are one of the favorite transportation of the Indonesian people. By using the train, people can move from one area to another in a relatively short time and safely. PT Kereta Api Indonesia is a company that offers rail transportation services. One of the stations owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia is Malang Kota Baru Station which is located in Malang City, East Java province, where this city is known as one of the tourist destinations of the Indonesian people. Therefore the management of the Malang Kota Baru Railway Station needs to provide satisfaction for customers who travel through this station. In the research being carried out, researchers will examine the effect of the variable dimensions of service quality, access, price, and employee competence on customer satisfaction at Malang City Baru Station. The type of research used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis. The data was distributed using a questionnaire, and was addressed to 400 respondents who were passengers at Malang Kota Baru Station. The results showed that service quality and access variables had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, other variables, namely price and employee competence, have no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Malang Kota Baru station.
