Abstract

21st-century learning demands a classroom environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Therefore, teachers need to implement classroom management strategies that are more adaptive and responsive to students' needs. This study aims to describe effective classroom management strategies for improving the quality of learning in MI Muslimat NU Demak, focusing on managing the physical environment, strengthening behavioral regulation through positive discipline, and utilizing learning-supporting technology. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including classroom observations, teacher interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that flexible classroom management and the implementation of teacher-student interactions oriented toward emotional support can increase student engagement, independence, and behavioral regulation. The use of interactive evaluation media also strengthens learning motivation and creates a participatory classroom climate. These findings confirm that the integration of classroom management strategies and technological innovation can significantly improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. This study provides practical implications for teachers in designing effective, adaptive classrooms that meet the demands of 21st-century competencies.

Abstract

Tanaman pangan padi merupakan salah satu potensi paling besar di Desa Karya Sakti Kecamatan Abung Surakarta Kabupaten Lampung Utara dimana desa ini hampir surplus hasil panen padi setiap tahunnya Namun faktanya, walaupun potensi padi berlimpah namun ketahanan pangannya masih rendah. Ada beberapa aspek permasalahan strategis dalam membangun ketahanan pangan yaitu produksi yang berkaitan dengan ketersediaan pangan, distribusi yang berkaitan dengan keterjangkauan pangan serta konsumsi yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan pangan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimanakah ketahanan pangan masyarakat petani padi di Desa Karya Sakti Kecamatan Abung Surakarta Kabupaten Lampung Utara dilihat dari produksi, distribusi dan konsumsi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi serta dokumentasi. Analisis Data dengan melakukan reduksi, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data dengan melakukan triangulasi sumber, teknik/metode dan waktu.Jumlah informan sebanyak 6 orang petani padi yang penentuannya dilakukan secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun produksi padi besar tetapi ketahanan pangan baik produksi (ketersediaan pangan), distribusi (keterjangkauan pangan) dan konsumsi (pemanfaatan pangan) rendah. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena ada beberapa kendala yang dialami yaitu fasilitas pengolahan hasil panen yang belum memadai, ketergantungan pada tengkulak, pinjaman modal ke bank dan kemiskinan. Rice food crops are one of the greatest potentials in Karya Sakti Village, Abung District, Surakarta, North Lampung Regency, where this village almost has a surplus of rice harvests every year. However, in fact, even though the potential for rice is abundant, food security is still low. There are several aspects of strategic problems in building food security, namely production related to food availability, distribution related to food affordability, and consumption related to food utilization. Therefore, this study aims to analyze in depth how the food security of rice farming communities in Karya Sakti Village, Agung District, Surakarta, North Lampung Regency is seen from production, distribution and consumption. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis by reducing, presenting data, and concluding. While the data validity technique is by triangulating sources, techniques/methods and time. The number of informants is 5 rice farmers whose determination is done purposively. The results of the study indicate that although rice production is large, food security, both production (food availability), distribution (food affordability) and consumption (food utilization) is low. This is due to several obstacles experienced, namely limited subsidized fertilizer, inadequate harvest processing facilities, dependence on middlemen, capital loans to banks and poverty.
