Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work culture, competence, and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Atalian Global Service at SMC RS Telogorejo. This research is a type of explanatory research. The population in this study is employees of PT. Atalian Global Service at SMC Telogorejo Hospital which totals 103 people. The analysis tool used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that work culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Work culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Work discipline refers to employees' awareness and willingness to comply with all organizational regulations and applicable social norms. The phenomenon of inadequate work discipline among employees can be observed in their lack of adherence to work responsibilities and established policies. The interaction between the work environment, organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction plays a crucial role in improving work discipline. This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and leadership style on the work discipline of employees at the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences (FIKKes), Muhammadiyah University of Semarang. This research adopts an explanatory approach with a quantitative methodology. The population of this study consists of all employees registered at FIKKes, Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS). The study uses a census sampling method, involving all 138 FIKKes UNIMUS employees. The analysis method employed in this research is SMART Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results indicate that the work environment, leadership style, and job satisfaction positively influence employee discipline. Additionally, the work environment positively impacts employee job satisfaction. Work discipline is also affected by the work environment through job satisfaction as a mediating factor. However, organizational culture has a negative impact on both discipline and job satisfaction. Moreover, leadership style does not influence job satisfaction. Neither leadership style nor organizational culture affects work discipline through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide training and let the trainees understand the process of preparing financial reports with the accounting system. The benefits of training that MSME entrepreneurs and participants can take are 1) Making accounting-based financial reports, 2) The possibility of participants being able to transmit their knowledge to MSME business owners who do not take part in the training, 3) Giving information about basic accounting knowledge which can be applied to the financial application reports with computer-based software, 4) Skills in making financial reports are increasing, 5) It is easy to enter financial data with accounting-based software.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan indikator utama dalam menilai efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas dan berperan penting dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada KPP Madya Semarang sebagai unit operasional Direktorat Jenderal Pajak yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menghimpun penerimaan negara dan memberikan pelayanan kepada wajib pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing dan perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai KPP Madya Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh, yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai responden penelitian. Sebanyak 110 data responden yang valid dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selanjutnya, knowledge sharing, perceived organizational support, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji mediasi juga menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi pengaruh knowledge sharing dan perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan praktik berbagi pengetahuan, peningkatan dukungan organisasi, dan pembentukan komitmen organisasi merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset strategis yang berperan penting dalam menentukan keberlanjutan, produktivitas, dan kualitas pelayanan organisasi publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person-job fit, person-organization fit, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai KPKNL Semarang dengan teknik sensus. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa person-job fit dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Person-organization fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement, tetapi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, employee engagement terbukti memediasi pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan person-organization fit terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh person-job fit terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kesesuaian individu dengan pekerjaan, tetapi juga oleh efektivitas pelatihan dan keterikatan pegawai terhadap organisasi. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu memperkuat internalisasi nilai, meningkatkan relevansi pelatihan, serta membangun employee engagement secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung optimalisasi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The community service location was chosen for independent small businesses residing in Siwalan Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City. This location was chosen because it is very close to the Semarang University campus. This area has potential for development, especially for small businesses that have been accommodated in the Jadoel Thematic Village, but have not yet seen success in business. This is due to fundamental problems: their limited ability to implement competitive sales strategies, inadequate utilization of distribution channels, and lack of product diversification, which has not yet developed effectively. The methods used in this community service include outreach and training, as well as evaluations. This activity will involve a question-and-answer session, allowing the team to assess the results of the community service. The results of this community service are targeted for publication in a journal and will help participants improve their entrepreneurial skills and increase sales in the future. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, compensation and workload on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as  an intervening variable  at SDIT Harapan Bunda Semarang. The main problems raised in this study are the existence of employees' intention to change jobs (turnover intention) and the differences in the results of previous research regarding the relationship between organizational commitment, compensation and workload to turnover intention. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory type of research. The population in this study is all 75 employees of SDIT Harapan Bunda Semarang, who were made respondents through the census sample technique. Data collection was carried out with a Likert scale questionnaire, while data analysis used SmartPLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) version 4.1.1.4 to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results of the study show that organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on turnover intention directly, but has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation and workload have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction was found to have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (playing a role in reducing the intention to move). In mediation testing, job satisfaction was able to significantly mediate the relationship between the organization's commitment to turnover intention and the relationship between compensation and turnover intention. However, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between workload and turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pelatihan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di bagian QSR PT. Gratia Husada Farma, Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode penelitian menggunakan metode sensus dengan responden berjumlah 152 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik analisis data menggunakan model persamaan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan instrumen uji validitas dan realiabilitas dan evaluasi nilai R-Square. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan Smart PLS terbukti bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi serta kepuasan kerja tidak bisa memediasi budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pelatihan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
