Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan matematika peserta didik menyebabkan munculnya sikap ketidaksenangan terhadap matematika, dan sebaliknya. Ketidaksenangan tersebut akan memunculkan rasa takut dan cemas ketika belajar matematika. Kecemasan matematika juga dapat muncul karena proses pembelajaran matematika yang kurang menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) mengetahui apakah rata-rata kecemasan matematika peserta didik yang diajar dengan pembelajaran probing-prompting bernuansa etnomatematika lebih rendah dari rata-rata kecemasan matematika peserta didik yang diajar dengan pembelajaran ekspositori dan (2) mengetahui penurunan kecemasan matematika peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran probing-prompting bernuansa etnomatematika. Penelitian ini mengacu pada nonequivalent control group design yang merupakan bentuk desain dari kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SD NU Nawa Kartika Kudus pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan pemberian angket untuk mengukur kecemasan matematika peserta didik. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji perbedaan rata-rata (uji t) dan uji gain untuk mengetahui penurunan kecemasan matematika peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kecemasan matematika peserta didik yang diajar dengan pembelajaran probing-prompting bernuansa etnomatematika lebih rendah dari rata-rata kecemasan matematika peserta didik yang diajar dengan pembelajaran ekspositori dan kecemasan matematika peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran probing-prompting bernuansa etnomatematika mengalami penurunan sebesar 48% dengan kategori sedang.

Abstract

Grade IV students still need direct directions in solving problems related to complicated questions, it is also seen that when students work on math problems students still look confused or have difficulty determining what is known and asked so that with this students cannot solve or solve a well-given math problem. This study aims (1) to describe students' mathematical reasoning abilities in solving mathematical problems in terms of visual learning styles; (2) to describe students' mathematical reasoning abilities in solving mathematical problems in terms of auditory learning styles; and 3) describe students' mathematical reasoning abilities in solving mathematical problems in terms of kinesthetic learning styles. This study used qualitative methods with research subjects, namely 3 students from grade IV SDN Kropak 02. The data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and document study to analyze the results of students' mathematical reasoning. The results of this study are; (1) Students with a visual learning style are PM. He is able to meet all indicators of mathematical reasoning ability; (2) students with an auditory learning style, namely CA, he fulfills 3 of the 5 indicators of mathematical reasoning; and (3) students with a kinesthetic learning style are RP, they are only able to meet 1 indicator out of 5 indicators of student mathematical reasoning.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra guru di SD 4 Dersalam adalah kurangnya pengetahuan guru mengenai pengembangan bahan ajar sesuai dengan keunggulan lokal daerah dan memasukkan pendekatan scientific. Selain itu, guru juga kesulitan menghubungkan materi pembelajaran dengan keunggulan lokal Kudus. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada guru SD 4 Dersalam mengenai penyusunan bahan ajar ethno-scientific bagi guru SD 4 Dersalam. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan interaktif dan pendampingan. Dalam proses pelatihan ada interaksi dua arah sehingga memberikan kesempatan kepada guru SD 4 Dersalam sebagai peserta pelatihan untuk menyumbangkan ide, pendapat, pikiran, dan pengalamannya. Pelaksanaan pendampingan pengembangan bahan ajar ethno-scientific pada guru SD 4 Dersalam dirancang dalam beberapa tahap, antara lain: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, follow up, dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian yaitu guru di SD 4 Dersalam mampu menyusun draft bahan ajar ethno-scientific. Pendampingan penyusunan bahan ajar ethno-scientific memberikan pengetahuan kepada guru SD 4 Dersalam serta dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum dan kondisi siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competencies that principals must have in the 21st Century. Writing this article uses the literature review method, is there a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique by looking for theoretical references relevant to the cases or problems found. Based on the results of the analysis, the conclusions that answer the problem of this research are (1) the principal is someone who is given the task of leading a school, (2) the intended leadership is the ability to influence organizationalresources to move to follow orders to achieve goals (4) effective principal'sleadership in terms of entrepreneurial leadership, exemplary, intelligent, anddemocratic, (4) the 21st century is the era of technological advances in the fields of information, communication, and transportation, (5) the characteristics the 21st century which are available access anytime, faster computing, and communication that can be done from anywhere and anywhere, (6) Competencies that principals must have to face the 21st century, namely dimensions of personality,managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision, and social competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan literasi matematika peserta didik dengan penerapan pembelajaran probing-prompting berbasis etnomatematikamencapai ketuntasan belajar; (2) rata-rata kemampuan literasi matematika kelas eksperimen dan kontrol yang diajar dengan pembelajaran ekspositori; dan (3) peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematika kelas kontrol. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan nonequivalent control group design dan dilaksanakan di SD NU Nawa Kartika Kudus kelas IV semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi matematika peserta didik. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji ketuntasan belajar, uji perbedaan rata-rata (uji t), dan uji gain untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematika peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan literasi matematika peserta didik dengan penerapan pembelajaran ini dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar; (2) rata-rata kemampuan literasi matematika kelas eksperimenlebih baik dari rata-rata kelas kontrol yang diajar dengan pembelajaran ekspositori; dan (3) kemampuan literasi kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 54% dengan kategori sedang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada guru matematika di Sub Rayon Bae Kudus mengenai penyusunan soal high level mathematical thinking berbasis etnomatematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan interaktif dan pendampingan. Abstract

Abstrak-Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan komunikasi siswa masih sangatrendah sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, untuk meningkatkankemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa diperlukan sebuah inovasi untuk mengembangkanmedia pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu; (1) mengembangkan aplikasi MabarEtnomatematika untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa, (2) mengujivaliditas aplikasi Mabar Etnomatematika untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasimatematis siswa, (3) mengukur tingkat kepraktisan aplikasi Mabar Etnomatematika untukmeningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Pengembangan media pembelajaranini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu; (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3)Development, (4) Implementationt, (5). Evaluation. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, makamemperoleh media pembelajaran valid dengan skor 83,7% . Dan hasil kepraktisan yangmencapai 84.09% dengan kategori praktis. sehingga produk layak digunakan sebagai mediapembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

Demak Regency is one of the areas affected by development disasters and natural disasters in the form of floods due to loss of drainage and tidal floods. Even though they are experiencing quite serious threats, disaster mitigation measures have never been carried out by the government, and the public has not been exposed to knowledge about disaster risk management. Women have a strategic role in disaster management and can be effective agents in transferring their knowledge to the next generation. Especially to increase the skills and abilities of individuals, families, and communities in dealing with disasters to increase the number of people exposed to disaster risks. In this community service, the Loireng Village Community Welfare Empowerment Organization (PKK) was chosen as a partner, because Loireng Village experienced a serious flood disaster in early 2023. The aim of this activity is to improve disaster mitigation skills for women in Loiremg Village. This community service consists of four stages, the first stage is carried out to find out partners' needs, the second stage is coordination with the community, and the third stage is disaster risk management outreach activities regarding disaster preparedness through guidance from facilitators. The final stage is education by giving booklets to PKK members. With this outreach, it is hoped that PKK members will have disaster mitigation guidelines regarding the importance of evacuation, aid, and rescue, especially for the community itself.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development steps and to see the feasibility of the application of the GeoGebra Transformer as a learning medium based mathematical spatial abilities. This type of research is R&D using the ADDIE model which has been modified into ADD (Analysis, Design and Development). The development procedures are in the form of preliminary study analysis, needs analysis analysis, application design, validation of material experts and media experts, application limited test and application practicality test. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS 2 SMA NU Al-Ma'ruf Kudus. The data analysis used includes application development, application validity and application practicality. From the results of the study, it was found that the application developed was valid in terms of the assessment of material experts and media experts with an average score of 3,3. In the limited test the teacher and students gave a positive response to the application. The results of student responses to the GeoGebra Transformer application showed 78.9% of students gave a positive response. The teacher also gave a positive response to the GeoGebra Transformer application. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the application of the GeoGebra Transformer is valid and practical, so that it can assist in the learning process regarding geometry transformation material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of environmental factors and entrepreneurial orientation on the development of MSME Bengkel Market in Serdang Bedagai Regency. The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were MSME's players in the Bengkel Market in Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sampling method uses a nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling technique to provide questionnaires directly / by chance to meet respondents who are said to be suitable and feasible with existing research. Due to limited time, cost, other things, the number of research samples was 35 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by means of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained partially and simultaneously, it shows that environmental factors and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant effect on the development of MSME's. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.928 (92.8%). This shows that the variables that environmental factors and entrepreneurial orientation are able to explain the development of MSME's by 92.8%, while the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
