Abstract

The total cessation of the tourism sector in Bali during this pandemic resulted in the paralysis of the community's economy. Not a few people in Banjar Lokaserana lost their jobs and as a result some of them changed professions and tried to sell, starting from selling masks, food, to selling household furniture. However, in running their business, many people experience difficulties in promoting their products through social media, which results in limited sales reach. Branding is a business strategy to introduce the business value of a business product to consumers. Branding strategies are carried out in several aspects, such as creating a business name, logo, brand, and even promotional procedures for a product. This Non-Location KKN Report contains information about public education in efforts to build SME product branding which was carried out in the Banjar Lokaserana environment during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In the initial stage, observation methods were used to determine the target community and discuss the problems faced. In the implementation method, a work program is implemented by providing education to the target community about product branding to create attractive promotional posters using the Canva application. To find out all forms of improvement and results from the implementation of the work program, an evaluation was carried out by providing a questionnaire via Google Form media. This education aims to achieve sales results for the target community.

Abstract

Virus corona atau COVID-19 saat ini telah menyebar luas di berbagai negara bahkan Indonesia. Virus corona atau COVID-19 adalah keluarga besar virus yang dapat menginfeksi burung dan mamalia, termasuk manusia. Virus ini  mengakibatkan penyakit mulai dari flu  ringan hingga infeksi pernapasan yang  lebih parah seperti MERS-CoV dan  SARS-CoV. Kabupaten Badung merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan grafik perkembangan COVID-19 yang menunjukkan peningkatan cukup tinggi. Desa Seminyak adalah salah satu desa yang terletak di Kabupaten Badung. Desa Seminyak juga sebagai daerah tujuan wisata yang menyebabkan perlunya pengetahuan yang rinci dan lengkap mengenai COVID-19 kepada masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai COVID-19 dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi  COVID-19. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu daring dan luring. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi daring dilakukan dengan menyebarkan slide PowerPoint, poster, dan video melalui grup WhatsApp serta melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi luring dengan cara door to door pada masyarakat dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan serta menempelkan poster pada tempat-tempat strategis dan mudah dilihat oleh masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai COVID-19 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 80% dan masyarakat lebih mengerti untuk menerapkan cara pencegahan COVID-19.

Abstract

Badung Regency is currently one of the tourism areas that generates travel, this certainly results in a high economic turnover which has an impact on increasing the number of private vehicles and services to and from the area. This study aims to determine efforts to integrate public transportation systems so that it is expected to improve accessibility and support tourism in South Badung. The research location was carried out in the South Badung area targeting Metro Dewata bus public transportation users.This research uses quantitative methods with the approach of perceptions and preferences of public transportation users who are more concerned with quality service analysis and importance-performance analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that respondents are still dissatisfied with the quality of service of the current integration of the public transportation system as evidenced by the servqual value of all integration still less than 0 and the level of conformity which is still below 100% so that it needs to be improved and adjusted again the quality of service. This can be done by developing a public transportation system integration strategy. The variable type of integration of the public transportation system that is prioritized for handling is physical integration, which has a servqual value of -1.082 with a suitability level of 73.846% and is in quadrant III of the Cartesian diagram. This can also be evidenced by the physical condition of public transportation stops and terminals in several places that are inadequate so that users still feel less comfortable and effective.

Abstract

Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office is a public service place, where in that environment it is customary to serve many people who come to take care of passports and visas. Public services are expected to be able to provide optimal, proper, and excellent services to the community in carrying them out. The quality of service provided must be considered carefully when carrying out a public service, so that it can provide good comfort for visitors who come and make visitors happy with the services we provide. This can be maintained by implementing excellent service. The sincere service provided by a civil servant to the community, like a servant to his customers, is known as excellent service. (Cucun Supredi et al., 2023). The method used is to conduct observations to see the existing problems, and after that carry out assistance activities in providing good service. This community service activity takes place by becoming a visitor service ambassador which aims to improve services to visitors who come to the Immigration Office. With the results of the discussion that excellent service is the key to the quality of service provided, seen from positive Google reviews, it shows that the Immigration Office has implemented excellent service.

Abstract

The community service that will be carried out by our team is located in Sulahan Village, Susut District, Bangli Regency which consists of 9 traditional villages namely the traditional villages of Alis Bintang, Cekeng, Bungkuan, Lumbuan, Kikian, Kebon, Tanggahan Peken, Tanggahan Gunung, and Sulahan traditional village. Not a few people in Sulahan Village work as entrepreneurs, especially MSME entrepreneurs such as bamboo crafts, lolo, processed food and others. There are MSME business actors who are still starting business activities, but there are also business actors who have been doing business for a long time but their businesses have not been able to develop properly. Based on a survey conducted in the field, it was shown that the high level of business activity carried out by business actors has not been accompanied by an understanding of supporting factors in carrying out business activities such as simple bookkeeping so that business actors only focus on profits without paying attention to business supporting factors. Based on this illustration, the program orientation is to provide education and training to business actors, so that they are able to prepare their financial reports independently and responsibly. So that the capital capability of business actors is feasible to develop their business. The solution offered by the executor of community service is training in preparing financial reports using simple bookkeeping techniques. With the intent and purpose of providing this simple bookkeeping training it can assist business actors in managing their finances in a professional manner.

Abstract

Sulahan Village is a village that has so much potential, one of which is the upakara or banten snack production house located in the Lumbuan Traditional Village area. The production of upakara snacks has been going on for quite a long time from several previous generations that have been passed down to the present. The purpose of this Real Work Lecture program is to find out how to advance the potential of MSMEs through the application of branding to Upakara Bali Snack MSMEs. The methods used are field observation, interviews, and the application of useful ideas. The result of this community service is in the form of empowerment which aims to make the Upakara Snack MSME business grow and have a wider reach by means of effective and efficient branding, which is expected to increase sales to Upakara Snack MSMEs in Sulahan Village, precisely Lumbuan Traditional Village. For this reason, at the end of this activity, it is hoped that the owner will be able to understand and be able to further expand the marketing reach. Upakara Snack MSMEs can be more innovative and can even compete with existing opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kecelakaan dan lokasi titik rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas pada ruas jalan Sesetan yang terletak di kawasan Denpasar Selatan. Tingginya mobilitas penduduk pada kawasan ini serta arus transportasi yang tinggi membuat kawasan ini merupakan salah satu kawasan yang paling rentan terhadap kejadian kecelakaan kendaraan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menentukan nilai Angka Ekivalen Kecelakaan (EAN) dan nilai Upper Control Limit (UCL). Beberapa penelitian serupa telah dilakukan, namun pada penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan metode antara observasi langsung dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh jumlah kecelakaan yang terjadi selama periode tahun 2019 hingga 2020 adalah sebesar 19 kejadian. Pada tahun 2019 total nilai AEK 39 dengan Tingkat Kecelakaan sebesar 9,024. Sedangkan pada tahun 2020, nilai AEK yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 54 dengan tingkat kecelakaan sebesar 12,874. Pada tahun 2021 nilai AEK sebesar 36 dengan tingkat Tingkat Kecelakaan mencapai 22,166. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, hasil rekapitulasi perhitungan menunjukan bahwa jumlah lokasi rawan kecelakaan tertinggi berada pada segmen ruas jalan 10. Penelitian mengenai analisis kawasan rawan kecelakaan menjadi salah satu penelitian penting untuk dilakukan mengingat aspek keselamatan transportasi menjadi salah satu fokus poin utama dalam manajemen sistem transportasi. Pada penelitian selanjutnya jenis penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan beberapa metodologi yang menggunakan pendekatan berbasis artificial intelligent (AI) ataupun machine learning (ML).

Abstract

Hasil analisis daktilitas struktur gedung beton bertulang dengan metode analisis Pushover menggunakan program SAP2000 didapat besarnya perpindahan pada sendi plastis saat ultimit dengan sendi plastis yang pertama kali terbentuk, diperoleh faktor daktilitas pada arah x sebesar (?) = 2,29 dan arah faktor daktilitas arah y sebesar (?) = 2,42 nilai faktor aktual daktilitas tersebut menunjukan bahwa struktur gedung tersebut bersifat Daktail parsial, dimana struktur mengalami respon inelastic.

Abstract

Kekacauan di sektor ekonomi akibat pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan UMKM yang bergerak di sektor produksi makanan Jajan Sengait di Desa Sading, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan penghasilan karena diberlakukannya PPKM yang membuat mereka kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk mereka. Pemasaran yang terbatas dan sederhananya kemasan produk membuat produk kurang menarik dan kurang dikenal masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut pelaksana merencanakan program yang berkaitan dengan inovasi branding dan packaging dari produk jajan sengait, dimana hal ini bertujuan untuk memperluas pasar. Program ini dimulai dengan membuat logo dan memilih kemasan yang sesuai untuk produk, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan pembuatkan akun media social Instagram. Hasil setelah dilakukannya program kerja ini, usaha jajan sengait kini memiliki kemasan yang lebih menarik dan dengan dibuatnya akun Instagram sengait.sading membuat usaha ini lebih dikenal dikenal oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Jalan Simpangan Hang Tuah dan Jalan Danau Beratan merupakan salah satu lokasi titik yang seringkali terjadi kemacetan. Hal ini dikarenakan tingginya intensitas kendaraan yang dari dan menuju jalur ini karena merupakan akses pengumpul dari jalan utama I Gusti Ngurah Rai serta tingginya kepadatan penduduk pada area Sanur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja operasional dari simpang jalan Hangtuah dan Jalan Danau Beratan. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei lapangan selama 8 jam. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh, kondisi eksisting menunjukan kategori tingkat pelayanan C. Hal ini menggambarkan lama tundaan simpang yaitu sebesar 10,5 det/skr. Adapun parameter lain yang menunjukan kinerja simpang ini adalah kapasitas sebesar 3878 skr/jam, arus lalu lintas sebesar 1871,6 skr/jam, derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,53. Kemudian dengan derajat kejenuhan tersebut menyebabkan peluang antrian sebesar 7,67 % (batas atas) dan 26,99 % (batas bawah).
