Abstract

Kantor Kecamatan Sidorejo, Kota Salatiga, merupakan salah satu unit pemerintahan yang berperan dalam pelayanan masyarakat dan administrasi kependudukan. Saat ini, Kantor Kecamatan Sidorejo belum sepenuhnya menerapkan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, sehingga diperlukan perancangan arsitektur enterprise untuk menyelaraskan strategi bisnis dengan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode TOGAF ADM dengan tahapan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. TOGAF ADM dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam merancang arsitektur enterprise yang komprehensif. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan hingga fase Opportunities and Solutions. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya integrasi sistem untuk mendukung proses bisnis yang lebih efisien. Blueprint arsitektur enterprise yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan pengembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi di Kantor Kecamatan Sidorejo.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce (E-commerce) has become a significant phenomenon in modern commerce, expanding the way buying and selling transactions are conducted through online platforms. To understand user acceptance of E-commerce, this study uses the UTAUT 2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) Method. The UTAUT 2 method explores the factors that influence user acceptance of technology by integrating variables such as ease of use, perceived benefits, social norms, and other factors. Using this framework, this study aims to analyze users' attitudes, perceptions, and intentions towards E-commerce, as well as to identify factors that influence the acceptance and use of E-commerce in the context of today's digital marketplace. Through the UTAUT 2 approach, it is expected that the results of this study can provide valuable insights for E-commerce platform developers to improve user experience and increase widespread adoption of E-commerce.Keyword: E-Commerce; UTAUT 2; User Acceptance AbstrakElectronic Commerce (E-commerce) telah menjadi fenomena yang signifikan dalam perdagangan modern, memperluas cara transaksi jual beli dilakukan melalui platform daring. Untuk memahami penerimaan pengguna terhadap E-commerce, penelitian ini menggunakan Metode UTAUT 2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2). Metode UTAUT 2 mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi dengan mengintegrasikan variabel-variabel seperti kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat yang dirasakan, norma sosial, dan faktor-faktor lainnya. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap, persepsi, dan niat pengguna terhadap E-commerce, serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan E-commerce dalam konteks pasar digital saat ini. Melalui pendekatan UTAUT 2, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembang platform E-commerce untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan meningkatkan adopsi E-commerce secara luas.

Abstract

OkeGo (Omah Kebon Solotigo) Resto is a restaurant in Salatiga City that has problems with the reservation process which is carried out conventionally by relying on telephone or whatsapp messages. This process risks double bookings, manual recording errors, and inefficiencies in managing reservation data. This study aims to design a web-based online reservation system that customers can use to make reservations and employees can use to manage reservation data and table availability. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The system design method applies a prototype approach with the use of the figma application for design creation.

Abstract

Betacom is one of the pawnshops established since 2017, which is engaged in the service of distributing loan money to the public based on pawn law with electronic goods guarantees such as mobile phones, laptops, TVs, and so on. In carrying out its business processes, Betacom pawnshops have implemented information systems and information technology but are still not optimal, have not been integrated with each other and are not in line with the mission vision and business strategy of Betacom pawnshops. Therefore, proper strategic planning is needed. This strategic planning will be carried out using the Tozer method, to produce a strategic planning model of information systems that can support and improve the business processes of Betacom pawnshops. This research aims to improve the quality of business processes and SI / IT that can answer solutions to problems that occur. The output resulting from this research is in the form of recommendations for the results of strategic planning of information systems that can be used in the future.

Abstract

Leony Frozen Food is a micro (small and medium) company that sells food in a frozen and cold temperature state located in Semarang. Leony Frozen Food still uses manual methods in carrying out its business process activities, and one example is doing bookkeeping. Leony Frozen Food does bookkeep still manually recorded in books and moved in the Android application, namely Cash Books. Therefore, IS/IT strategic planning is needed following the needs and current conditions of the company. This research aims to improve effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out business processes and providing solutions to problems in Leony Frozen Food. This study used data collection methods by interviewing company owners and direct observation to Leony Frozen Food. The methods used to conduct SI/IT strategic planning in this study used the Ward and Peppard methods, which included internal and external analysis of the company using Value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and producing output in the form of IS/IT application proposals mapped using the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of IS/IT strategic planning are implemented in the next four years.

Abstract

CV. Laksana Karoseri is a bus carousel company from Ungaran that assembles various bus bodies. In an effort to help the development of good human resources, every year CV. Laksana Karoseri has an industrial work lecture program that accepts hundreds of internship students every year. However, the program has not been running and is well organized because some activity processes have not run optimally, for example, the acceptance of internships, attendance and scheduling of internships that are not managed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to have SI / IT strategic planning to improve management and deal with problems that occur in industrial work lecture programs at CV. Laksana Karoseri. This research was conducted by conducting interviews and observations on CV. Laksana Karoseri. The method used to carry out this SI / IT strategic planning is the Ward and Peppard method which includes Value Chain, SWOT, PEST and Five Force Model analysis which then produces an application portfolio, namely the Registration Information System and Industrial Work Lecture Details, the website and mobile version of the Scheduling and Attendance Information System, the Weekly Activity Log Book Information System and the Internship Report Document Archive Information System which was mapped using McFarlan's analysis. The results of the SI/IT strategic plan will be implemented within four years.

Abstract

The Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office is a government agency engaged in Youth, Scouting, and Sports. Information systems and information technology (SI / IT) greatly influence the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Currently, the Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office in implementing SI / IT is still not optimal, therefore this research is about the strategic design of information systems using the ward and peppard method. The ward and peppard method consist of SWOT analysis, Value Chain Analysis, PEST Analysis, McFarlan Analysis, and Five Force Model Analysis. The results of this study are recommendations for a portfolio of information systems, namely the Sports Building Lending Information System, the Activity Report Filing Information System, the Athlete Information System, and the Youth Information System. The information system implementation plan will be carried out within the next 4 years.

Abstract

Changes in land use from agriculture to residential and industry continue to occur in Tuntang District, and analysis is needed to identify areas experiencing the most significant changes. Development growth triggered by an increase in population can cause significant changes, such as the conversion of land from forests to agricultural land or plantations, as well as from agricultural land to residential and industrial areas. To monitor land changes, Remote Sensing is used as an effective tool. This method allows data analysis without direct contact with the object being studied. The use of Landsat-8 imagery, as a remote sensing tool, can help identify variations in vegetation. Analysis using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) calculation method can provide information about the level of vegetation density in the area. The research results show significant changes in vegetation density in Tuntang District from 2019 to 2022. This change is believed to be related to the increase in population, which may be a driving force for several areas to experience development and changes in land function.
