Abstract

Banks as intermediary institutions have a very important role in driving the Indonesian economy, so Banks must be managed carefully and require special supervision from the government. The Bank's valuation methods continue to evolve, namely the CAMELS and RGEC methods. The formulation of the research problem is how the health level of PT. Bank Mega Syariah Tbk and PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk using the CAMELS and RGEC methods. This study aims to determine the health level of PT.Bank Mega Syariah Tbk and PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. The discussion of this research relates to the assessment of Bank soundness level based on Bank Indonesia regulation Number: 6/10/PBI/2004 and Bank Indonesia regulation Number: 13/1/PBI/2011. The aspects related to the assessment of the Bank's Soundness Level in this thesis include aspects of CAMELS (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, and Liquidity) and RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, and Capital). This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Bank Mega Syariah Tbk and PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk 2015-2019. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, namely the bank's financial statements. The data collection technique in this research is by downloading the financial statements from the official bank website www.megasyariah.co.id and www.panindubaisyariah.co.id. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using the CAMELS and RGEC methods to determine the soundness of a bank which is classified as a bank soundness rating. The results showed that at PT. Mega Syariah Tbk for the 2015-2019 period using the CAMELS Bank method is categorized as HEALTHY. Meanwhile, using the RGEC method in 2015 the tires were categorized as LESS HEALTHY, in 2016-2017 the Bank was categorized as HEALTHY and in 2018-2019 the Bank was categorized as ENOUGH HEALTHY. Then at PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk using the CAMELS method in 2015-2016 the Bank was categorized as HEALTHY, in 2017 the Bank was categorized as LESS HEALTHY and in 2018-2019 the Bank was categorized as HEALTHY. Meanwhile, by using the RGEC method in 2015-2016 the Bank was categorized as ENOUGH HEALTHY, in 2017 the Bank was categorized as LESS HEALTHY and in 2018-2019 the Bank was categorized as ENOUGH HEALTHY.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the financing of rahn distributed by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Branch of Alaman Bolak Padangsidimpuan from 2015-2018 has always experienced an increase. In 2015 rahn financing disbursed amounted to Rp. 12,722,736 experienced an increase in 2016 by 10% to Rp. 14,171,000, then continued to increase in 2017 by 11% to Rp. 15,877,390 while in 2018 it increased by 1% in the amount of Rp. 15,918,480, but the level of inflation and the price of gold Padangsidimpuan City has increased and decreased. This is very possible because the inflation rate is very influential to the rising cost of gold and the price of gold can be said to affect the distribution of financing because some people who mortgaged their goods in the form of gold to obtain funds. This research is quantitative research. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. To collect the required data is done by using the interview and documentation method, namely the 2015-2018 monthly financial statements PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Branch of Alaman Bolak Padangsidimpuan, with a total sample of 48 months. Data were processed with the help of SPSS program version 23. Based on statistical test results partially the inflation rate does not affect the distribution of rahn financing, this can be proven in the hypothesis testing results of the inflation rate variable having tcount (-1,639) ttable (-1,679), then H0 is accepted Ha is rejected, and the gold price variable has t (2,353) ttable (1,679), then H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, then the inflation rate and gold price variables simultaneously influence the distribution of rahn financing with the results of Fcount (4,435) Ftable (3,204) means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, from the determination test obtained the calculation of 18.4% is determined by the inflation rate and the price of gold and the remaining 81.6% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research is motivated by financing which is one of the main activities of the Islamic bank Victoria running its business, which based on the published financial statements of PT.Bank Victoria published financial statements of PT.Bank Victoria Syariah financing development is not in line with the development of third party fuds. The phenomenon that occurs in this study is seen from the decline and increase in third-party funds is not in accordance with the decrease and increase in financing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of third party funds on financing at PT Bank Victoria Syariah in 2016- 2018. This type of research is quantitative research, with the source of data used is secondary data in the form of time series from 2016-2018 as many as 36 samples. Data was obtained through the Bank Victoria Syariah and Ojk website. Data analysis, normality test, simple regression analysis, detremination test (R2), hypothesis test ( test t), with data processedusing SPSS Version 23 statistical calculations. The results of the study with the coefficient determination test the percentage contribution of the influence of variable third party funds to financing is 58.8%. While the remaining 41.2% is in this study. Partially (t test) shows that third party funds significantly influence the financing of PT Bank Victoria Syariah in 2016- 2018.

Abstract

Based on the financial report data of Muḍārabah financing, Musyārakah, and operating income in the Islamic People's Financing Bank in 2014 to 2018. An increase in financing but not followed by an increase in operating income, and also vice versa operating income has increased but the funding has decreased. So that the formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of Murārabah financing and Musyārakah financing on operational income at the Islamic People's Financing Bank. With the aim of this study is to determine the effect of Muḍārabah financing and Musyārakah financing partially and simultaneously on operational income at the Islamic People's Financing Bank. The discussion of this study relates to Muḍārabah financing and Musyārakah financing and operational income of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) and is complemented by other sciences related to the topic under study. This research is a quantitative study, using secondary data and time series forms from 2014 to 2018 as many as 60 samples. Data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis test, normality test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autokoleration test), R2 test, hypothesis test (t test, F test), and multiple linear regression tests with processing used through SPSS 23. Partial research results (t-test) There is no effect of Muḍārabah financing on operating income at the Islamic People's Financing Bank in Indonesia for the 2014-1018 period. There is an influence of Musharaka financing on the operational income of Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia for the 2014-2018 period. While simultaneous Fcount has a value greater than Ftable, this explains that Muḍārabah financing and Musyārakah financing have a significant simultaneous effect on operational income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and bank image on customer loyalty at Pt. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., Panyabungan Sub-Branch Office. The creation of customer satisfaction and a good bank image is an advantage for banks. Satisfaction is a good basis for customers to repeat the use of related bank services so that these customers become loyal. This research is a quantitative study, data obtained from questionnaires. The sample collection technique uses the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 83 customers. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that customer satisfaction partially affected customer loyalty and the image of the bank affected customer loyalty. Then simultaneously customer satisfaction and the image of the bank together have a significant and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is the variable Return on Assets (ROA) in 2011-2019 at Islamic Commercial Banks. This fluctuating ROA is influenced by external factors such as inflation and the money supply. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is whether the inflation in circulation has an effect on ROA, whether the money supply affects ROA, and whether inflation and the money supply together have an effect on ROA. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and the money supply on ROA in Islamic Commercial Banks for the period 2011-2019. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Using all of the population as a sample, we get 32 financial reports. The data analysis technique used time series from 2011 to 2019. Data processing used the SPSS version 22 application. The data analysis techniques used were statistical tests, classical assumptions, descriptive, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedastical test, autocoleration test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, test the coefficient of determination. The results of the research (t test) show that the inflation variable has no effect on ROA and the money supply variable has a negative effect on ROA. Meanwhile, simultaneously (Test F) shows that the inflation variable and the money supply have a simultaneous effect on ROA. The datermination test (R2) in this study was 44,4% which was influenced by the variables in this study, while 55,6% was influenced by other variables that the researcher did not include in this study.

Abstract

There is a Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) application service provided by Indonesian banks to users to enable non-cash transactions via smartphones, but eighty-nine percent of Islamic banking students at IAIN Padangsidimpuan do not know, banking students should be the ones who better understand and at the same time as parties. So that the formulation of the problem and the purpose of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of knowledge on interest in using QRIS, is there a beneficial effect on interest in using QRIS and is there a risk effect on interest in using QRIS and to find out whether there is an effect of knowledge on interest in using QRIS, to find out is there a beneficial effect on interest in using QRIS, and to find out whether there is an effect of risk on interest in using QRIS. The theory used in this study is about interest in knowledge, benefits, risks, and the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This research is a quantitative research. The data source used is primary data. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample size of 90 people. Data processing used SPSS version 24 software. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multi-linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination coefficient, partial (t) test and simultaneous (f) test and multiple linear regression analysis. . The results of the research test (t) indicate that the knowledge variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest in using QRIS, the benefit variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using QRIS, the risk variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest in using QRIS. While the test results (f) of the simultaneous variables of knowledge, benefits and risks have an influence on the interest in using the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of people in the city of Panyabungan who are predominantly Muslim who will provide benefits for Islamic banks. Selection of the right market by using market segmentation strategies, targeting and positioning that will help PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCP Panyabungan in selecting potential customers who are useful to win competition with other banks. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by collecting data through interviews and observations, while secondary data were obtained from documents of BMI KCP Panyabungan.  The research found that the marketing strategy for BMI KCP Panyabungan products was market segmentation by selecting demographic and behavioral segmentation. Then the targeting is that BMI KCP Panyabungan chooses traders, entrepreneurs and employees as the target market. Next to positioning, BMI KCP Panyabungan builds a good image by embracing Ulama and educating the public that PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia is an Islamic bank and is free from usury and provides souvenirs containing symbols to Ulama. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced are the size of the area, other competitors.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the existing theory that the higher the level of profit sharing, the Musyarakah financing will increase, conversely if the profit sharing rate decreases, the Musyarakah financing will tend to decrease. This is not in accordance with the financial statements of sharia commercial banks and sharia business units for the 2016-2018 period. So that the formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an effect on the level of revenue sharing towards the financing of Musyarakah in Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. And this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the level of profit sharing on the financing of Musyarakah in Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. This study deals with financial statements that discuss the notion of financing, elements of financing, financing functions, financing benefits, understanding Musyarakah, types of Musyarakah, Al-Musyarakah benefits, Understanding of results, basic principles of the concept of revenue sharing, method of calculation of results , the application of profit sharing in Islamic banking, in connection with the approach taken is the theories relating to the financing of Musharaka, profit sharing. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data taken through www.ojk.go.id. Data collection techniques used are literature study and documentation based on financial reports on the level of profit sharing, musyarakah financing at Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test: t test, determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the study partially indicate that the level of revenue sharing affects the financing of Musyarakah.

Abstract

Third Party Funds (DPK) consist of demand deposits, savings, time deposits. The increase in DPK at PT. bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, continued to increase from 2010-2014 but decreased from 2015-2016 and increased again in 2017 then decreased again in 2018. The increase and decrease in the amount of DPK PT. Bank Mualamat Indonesia is of course influenced by several factors including inflation, BI Rate, exchange rate, and the money supply. This research is a quantitative research. the data used is time series data for the quarter 2010-2018 published by Bank Indonesia and PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. through the official website www. bi.go id and www.bankmuamalat.co.id were analyzed using eviews9. The results of this study indicate that inflation partially affects TPF. The BI Rate has a partial effect on DPK. The Rupiah Exchange Rate partially has a negative effect on DPK. The amount of the Money Supply has a partial effect on DPK. And Inflation, BI Rate, Rupiah Exchange Rate and Money Supply have a simultaneous effect on DPK.
