Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the factors that cause students to experience online learning boredom. 2) To overcome students' online learning boredom by applying a behavioristic approach with self-management techniques for SMA 1 Bae students. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research designed in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were TG and DS. The data collection techniques used were 1) interview, 2) observation, 3) documentation. The researcher used purposive sampling as a sample for the research subject of two students who had online learning boredom problems. Based on these results, it can be concluded that behavioristic counseling services with self-management techniques in overcoming the problem of online learning boredom are said to be very effective. In this case the researcher hopes that students can maintain the changed behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Knowing the factors of Positive Communication in UMK students. 2) Describe the application of Behavioristic Counseling with Self Control Techniques to improve Positive Communication for UMK Students. The subjects studied were UMK students in semester VIII. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that there are three factors that cause deviant behavior in positive communication between MIS and AS, namely socio-economic, socio-cultural and self-image. After providing counseling with a behavioristic approach with self-control techniques, the MIS research subject can overcome controlling himself in the boarding house, then the counselee will be able to apply self-control in his daily life independently without the help of a directing counselor. AS research subjects are able to control themselves not to follow their friends' quotes as a form of behavior Self-control about behavior management and counseling techniques are very appropriate to overcome deviant behavior in positive communication.

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved are as follows: 1. To find out the factors that cause addiction to Instagram social media and 2. To describe the application of behavioristic counseling of behavioral contracting techniques to overcome addiction to Instagram social media in SMPN 3 Juwana students. The type of research in the research chosen by the researcher is qualitative in the form of a case study. There were two subjects in the study, namely NS and DA students who were addicted to social media Instagram in class VIII of SMPN 3 Juwana. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the bacon induction system where the researcher will get concrete and complete data to get a conclusion. From the results of the key research, the researchers concluded that behavioristic counseling behavioral techniques were able to overcome addiction to Instagram social media in students of SMPN 3 Juwana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1. To describe the factors that cause student truancy behavior during online learning. 2. Overcoming truancy behavior during online learning through behavioristic counseling with self-management techniques. The subjects of this study were 2 students of SMA PGRI 2 Kayen who had truant behavior during online learning.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that caused by internal factors and external factors. The factors that cause AK and DC to have truant behavior are caused by the lack of parental attention, as well as a sense of laziness from within. After counseling using a behavioristic approach and self-management techniques, AK and DC were able to gradually eliminate maladaptive behavior and were able to manage themselves not to do bad deeds. Based on these results, the behavioristic counseling approach with self-management techniques is able to overcome truancy behavior during online learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menemukan faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab kejenuhan belajar di Pesantren An Anfal Sarang Rembang.2) Apakah penerapan konseling Behavioristik dengan teknik Self Menegement bisa mengatasi kejenuhan belajar di Pesantren An Anfal Sarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang dirancang dalam bentuk studi kasus. Subyek yang diteliti ada 2 santri pesantren An Anfal sarang yaitu SA dan AMN. Yang mengalami kejenuhan belajar. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dilakukan secara mendalam sehingga nantinya akan mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam penelitian. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah konseli diberikan Konseling Behavioristik teknik self management peneliti mengetahui penyebabnya. Yang masih sering kurangnya motivasi dirinya untuk belajar, tidak adanya dukungan dari orang tua dan tidak nyaman dengan suasan kelas akbibatnya santri sering berbicara dengan temanya, sering telat masuk kelas yang sesuai jadwal yang sudah ditetapkan, sering tidak bertanya jika kurang paham dengan pembelajaran, sering tidak menyelesaikan tugas atau ulangan, sering terlambat megumpulkan tugas.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the factors that cause the habit of playing online games in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Gebog Kudus. 2) Helping overcome the habit of playing online games through behavioristic counseling with Self Management techniques for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Gebog Kudus.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that cause the habit of playing online games are two factors, namely internal and external, there are several factors that cause CNKA and MHAR to have the habit of playing online games, including: lack of self-control within the counselee, so CNKA and MHAR do not anticipate negative impact arising from playing online games excessively and continuously. The counselee has a habit of playing online games from the counselee's environment that is less controlled, because he sees many of his other friends playing online games. After counseling with a behavioristic approach and self-management techniques, CNKA and MHAR were able to eliminate their maladaptive behavior and were able to manage themselves well.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process during the covid 19 pandemic for students, especially in strengthening character education at SDN Rejosari 1. The objectives are: To describe the pattern of Character Education at home during the pandemic, To determine the results of the strengthening Learning assistance at home, To determine the implementation of values Character Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN Rejosari 1. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Research data collection techniques includes, interviews, observation, documentation. The collected data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, verification and triangulation. The results showed that there were four patterns used in the implementation of character education, namely through learning materials, school rules, student achievement awards and daily worship practices and spiritual guidance. The strengthening of character values at SDN Rejosari 1 goes through three stages, namely, the value transformation stage, the value transaction stage and the value trans-internalization stage. The strengthening of integrated character values in learning at SDN Rejosari 1 includes: religion, discipline, perseverance, curiosity, care, and responsibility, with the implementation of learning at home through whatsApp groups and learning assistance.

Abstract

Peran guru merupakan menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan seorang siswa. Meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS merupakan segala daya upaya yang ditempuh seorang guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS siswa menggunakan asas pendidikan maupun teori belajar dan nilai-nilai sosial yang merupakan penentu utama keberhasilan pendidikan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS Kelas IV SD N 3 Terban dan menganalisis faktor apa saja yang menghambat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS Kelas IV SD N 3 Terban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini di SD N 3 Terban. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif karena prosedur penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis maupun lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS kelas IV sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan peran guru yang telah dilakukan guru kelas IV diantaranya dengan berperan sebagai informator, organisator, motivator, fasilitator, pembimbing, demonstrator, mediator, dan evaluator. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS guru kelas IV juga telah menambah jam pembelajaran, mengorganisasikan materi, dan menyesuaikan tingkat materi. Faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS kelas IV antara lain berasal dari faktor internal (minat siswa itu sendiri) dan faktor eksternal (guru).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Dandangan Tradition while simultaneously analyzing the meaning and value of the Dandangan Tradition as a study of learning in supporting the achievement of the vision of the University of Culture. This study uses qualitative descriptive research and field studies. The main data obtained directly through interviews with informants. observation, literature study and documentation.. The validity of the source triangulation technique is used. Data analysis was performed through inductive-descriptive-verivative analysis. The results of the study showed the Dalih Tradition from the sound of drum beating. The sound of the drum that reads "dang dang dang" compilation is hit in the middle and the sound "dug dug dug" compilation is hit on the edge of the drum then turns into the start of the month of Ramadan castle and is also known as Dandangan. Other opinions mention that Dandangan is taken from the word Ndang, which is obtained from the sound / sound of Bedhug beating, so that the sound of Ndang-Ndang (come on) which is heard by all the people of Kudus and also for Kudus to come and flock to be visited at Menara Mosque can be read from Sunan. Kudus came in order to welcome the Holy Month of Ramadan. The Meanings and Values of the Dandangan Tradition include 1) the early momentum of the holy month of Ramadan, 2) enthusiasm and joy, 3) regular and continuous patterns, 4) harmony, mutual support and the spirit of togetherness, 5) the momentum of the immediate rise, 6) the relationship between worldly life and the afterlife, 7) The inner atmosphere of the Holy community which is full of joy and joy to welcome the coming of Ramadan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of School-Based Management and democratic principal's leadership on the performance of classroom teachers in the Public Elementary Schools of Gugus Kartini, Sub-District of Kota Kudus. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a causal research design to determine the relationship between independent variables (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The independent variable is School-Based Management and the democratic leadership of the principal, and the dependent variable is the performance of classroom teachers. The research was conducted in 3 SD Negeri Gugus Kartini, Kudus City District. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive percentage analysis, prerequisite analysis, and statistics with regression, correlation, determination of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results found that there is a significant effect of School-Based Management on the performance of classroom teachers, with R = 0.381 and the effect at 14.5%. There is a significant effect of democratic principal's leadership on the performance of classroom teachers, with R = 0.260 and the effect at 6.8%. There is a significant effect of School-Based Management and democratic principal's leadership on the performance of classroom teachers, with R =  0.483 and the effect at 23.4%.
