Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning motivation of students who are taught using e-learning media in the form of google meet and zoom cloud meetings. This research is a type of descriptive research, which was carried out at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The population in the study were all students of Mathematics Education Batch 2017-2020 at UIN Alauddin Makassar with a research sample of 69 people. The research instrument used was a student learning motivation questionnaire. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistics. The results of this study revealed that the learning motivation of students who were taught using e-learning media in the form of Google Meet was in the medium category with an average score of 77.71, while the learning motivation of UIN Alauddin Makassar students who were taught using e-learning media in the form of zoom cloud meeting is in the medium category with an average score of 76.14. Therefore, the two e-learning media are recommended for online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of learning media that were developed to improve student learning outcomes in flat shape material. The trial phase was carried out 2 times, namely first, a limited trial that was tested on 10 randomly selected class VII.B students and a field trial was tested in the actual class, namely class VII.A with a total of 20 students. The research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model with five stages, namely: (1) Analysis stage, (2) Design stage, (3) Development stage, (4) ) Implementation stage (Implementation) and (5) Evaluation stage (Evaluation). The product developed is in the form of learning media for snakes and ladders integrated with Islamic values ​​which contain flat shape material. The test subjects in this study were class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Arungkeke. Based on the results of the study, it was found that, (1) Validity, the average validation results for the media and all research instruments was 85.6%, which means that the media and instruments are in the very valid category, (2) Practical, the average of all aspects of the practicality of the media is 92% is in the very good category, (3) the average of all aspects of effectiveness is 89.9% is in the very good category, so that the development of snakes and ladders learning media has met the criteria of validity, practicality and effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a word card media product to facilitate the studentsp starting reading ability in grade I SDN 138 Basokeng which is valid, practical, and effective. This research is a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D), this research is used to produce products and test the effectiveness of these products. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Based on the results of limited trials conducted, the level of validity of the word card media obtained the results of material expert validation with an average of 3.83 being in the very valid category, because 3,5 ≤ V ≤ 4 so that the material on the media was said to be very valid, while the results media expert validation with an average of 4.00 is in the very valid category, because 3,5 ≤ V ≤ 4 so that the word card media is said to be very valid. The level of practicality of the word card media is said to be practical because the learning media is assessed by the teacher using a teacher response questionnaire with an average of 3.53. The level of effectiveness of word card media on preliminary reading material is categorized as effective, because 92% of students (13 people) get a value greater than or equal to the KKM value with an average value of 94.53.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi penerapan dua model pembelajaran yaitu model course review horay dan model make a match dalam pembelajaran matematika. Populasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 26 Makassar yang berjumlah 278 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling. Sampel kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-1 dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang terpilih sebagai kelas eksperimen1 sedangkan kelas VII-3 dengan jumlah 31 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa berupa tes essai. Data diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Abstract This dedication activity aims to provide socialization for applying two learning models, namely the course review horay model and the make a match model in mathematics learning. The population in this service activity was all students of class VII SMP Negeri 26 Makassar, totalling 278 students. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique. The sample of this service activity was class VII-1 students with 30 students selected as the experimental class1 while class VII-3 with 31 people as the experimental class 2. The instrument used to determine student learning outcomes was in the form of an essay test. The data were processed using descriptive analysis.

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis bagi peserta didik sangat penting diperhatikan agar mampu menyelesaikan soal-soal matematika. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya agar pendekatan agar meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta dididk pada kelas VII di SMP Wahyu Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Wahyu Makassar yang terdiri dari 5 kelas, dengan penyebaran yang homogen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengolahan data dan analisis data adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistk inferensial yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis uji sample t test. Setelah diberikan perlakuan pada kedua kelompok dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta dididk pada kelas VII di SMP Wahyu Makassar. Sehingga memberikan kontribusi pada sekolah tersebut terkait pendekatan-pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu menfasilitasi kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik.

Abstract

The implementation of practicum assessment rubrics in the Physics Education Laboratory of UIN Alauddin Makassar has fallen short of its full potential. Thus, it is critical to develop a standardized rubric. The practicum assessment rubric is utilized to assess the proficiency of students during their practicum. This research aims to (1) describe the procedure for developing a practicum implementation assessment rubric for Basic Electronics courses with the assistance of the Google Spreadsheet application; and (2) describe the quality of the practicum implementation assessment rubric based on validity and practicality for Basic Electronics courses with the assistance of the Google Spreadsheet application. The utilized development model is Tessmer's formative research model, which comprises two stages: preliminary and formative evaluation. The formative evaluation stage incorporates self-evaluation, prototyping (including expert reviews, one-on-one, and small group), and a field test. This research was conducted at the Physics Education Laboratory of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research subject comprised two individuals: the main subject and the trial test subject. The main subject comprised two individuals who subsequently formed the product validator team. The trial test subject comprised seven individuals who were employed as assistants for the Electronics practicum in 2022/23. The research results indicated that the validity of the developed product is deemed valid with the validity value of 1. Based on the practicality analysis results, which indicated that 29% of users provided practical responses and 71% provided very practical responses regarding the developed products, it can be inferred that the developed assessment rubric satisfied the practicality criteria. The results of this study suggest that the developed assessment rubric facilitates the assessment administered by the practicum assistants. Additionally, the developed assessment rubric is applicable to all practicum titles pertaining to Basic Electronics.
