Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Komunitas Belajar Ki Hajar Dewantara menggunakan Goal Oriented Evaluation Model (GOEM) di SMP Negeri 1 Majene. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan data utama yang didapatkan dari observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Dengan model yan dikembangkan oleh Tyler ada tiga (3) komponen yang digunakan dalam GOEM untuk mengukur tingkat ketercapaian program yaitu tujuan, sasaran dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam komponen tujuan program sudah sesuai dengan tujuan komunitas belajar itu sendiri yakni sebagai wadah guru dalam berkolaborasi dan belajar bersama sehingga terlihat dampak/pengaruh yang didapatkan dari adanya program tersebut, implementasi, konteks dan kebutuhan program yang sudah terlaksana. Dalam komponen sasaran program yang meliputi penetapan tujuan awal, tindak lanjut dan tahap penerapan program yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan alur kegiatan yang sudah dibuat meskipun masih didapatkan beberapa kendala dalam penerapannya. Pada komponen hasil program yang terdiri dari Output dan Outcome terlihat jelas bahwa adanya program komunitas belajar membawa hasil dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran guru sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Adapun sebagai rekomendasi peneliti agar melakukan pendampingan berkelanjutan oleh guru yang berkompeten guna memastikan implementasi hasil belajar di dalam kelas, melakukan evaluasi berkala yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif guru untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dan peluang perbaikan pada program komunitas belajar, serta peningkatan kapasitas guru agar bisa lebih betul-betul memahami siklus dan tahapan komunitas belajar.

Abstract

The research results show that the recitation program is effective in increasing Islamic knowledge, such as fiqh, recitation and morals, as well as building student character based on the values ??of tolerance and pluralism. However, there are obstacles related to facilities and infrastructure, as well as variations in teaching methods that need to be improved. The research conclusion states that this program is relevant to student needs and supports the university's vision of building an Islamic-based intellectual generation. This program strengthens students' ability to read the Koran and basic understanding of religion, although it still requires improvement in aspects of implementation and ongoing evaluation. The research recommends developing interactive learning methods, improving facilities, and further training for presenters. Implementation of further programs such as preacher training and student study communities is also proposed to strengthen the sustainability of the program's impact.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan melalui pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Evaluasi dilakukan guna menilai relevansi program, kualitas sumber daya, efektivitas pelaksanaan, serta luaran program, sekaligus mengidentifikasi aspek yang memerlukan penguatan. Metode pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil evaluasi konteks menunjukkan bahwa program PPL memiliki relevansi tinggi terhadap kebutuhan kompetensi mahasiswa dan sekolah mitra, meskipun kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa terhadap teknologi pendidikan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dari sisi input, ditemukan variasi signifikan dalam kualitas dosen pembimbing dan fasilitas di sekolah mitra, menandakan perlunya peningkatan kualitas pendampingan akademik dan penyelarasan kurikulum. Evaluasi proses mengungkapkan kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik di lapangan, yang menuntut pendekatan bimbingan yang lebih intensif dan reflektif. Pada tahap produk, mayoritas mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kompetensi pedagogik, namun penguasaan teknologi pendidikan dan inovasi pembelajaran belum optimal. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh terhadap efektivitas program PPL, serta menawarkan rekomendasi strategis berupa pelatihan teknologi pendidikan dan penguatan metode pembelajaran inovatif guna meningkatkan kualitas lulusan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi masukan konstruktif dalam pengembangan program PPL ke depan.

Abstract

Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) merupakan mata kuliah wajib di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung visi kampus sebagai kampus akhlakul karimah dan kampus Islami. Untuk mengukur sejauh mana tujuan tersebut tercapai, penelitian ini menggunakan Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) yang dikembangkan oleh Malcolm M. Provus pada tahun 1971. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran AIK dengan pendekatan kualitatif evaluatif. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan sumber data yang melibatkan penyelenggara program, tenaga pendidik, mahasiswa, serta pemangku kepentingan. Data dianalisis dengan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui empat tahap, yaitu perancangan, instalasi, proses, dan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pembelajaran AIK di UM Kendari sudah memenuhi sekitar 80% dari pedoman pendidikan AIK, namun terdapat kesenjangan pada pelaksanaan program, terutama terkait dengan pemanfaatan multimedia, interaksi mahasiswa, serta pengamalan nilai Islam. Temuan ini memberikan dasar untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan Muhammadiyah yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of character values through the execution of project activities, which serves as a case study for Phase C primary school students at SD Inpres 100 Dare Bunga-Bungae, Soppeng Regency, South Sulawesi. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data obtained from the principal, teachers, and students at the elementary school. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of four components: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the project was implemented in accordance with the established guidelines, covering the introduction, contextualization, action, reflection, and follow-up stages. The character values reinforced through this project include faith and devotion to God Almighty, global diversity, collaboration, and creativity. The project's outcome was a performance of traditional dances from various regions, presented during the exhibition. Therefore, the project's implementation serves as a platform for elementary school students to develop their competencies and strengthen their character in line with the Pancasila student profile, ultimately contributing to achieving national education goals.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the moral aqidah learning design program at Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School, Enrekang Regency using the CIPP model (context, input, process and product). This evaluation aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the effectiveness of the program and identify existing strengths and weaknesses. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used is descriptive analysis by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) From the context aspect, the form of moral aqidah learning design used is the 2013 curriculum-based moral aqidah learning design which is in accordance with the vision and mission of the Darul Falah Islamic boarding school and the needs of the students determined through an agreement with teachers and leaders. Teacher qualifications are in accordance with the educational background, the pedagogic competence of some teachers is still not optimal, supporting factors of facilities and infrastructure are quite adequate. (2) From the aspect of input, school support and teacher efforts are still not optimal. (3) From the process aspect, learning is effective with interactive and participatory teaching methods, but it still needs to be improved in terms of continuous evaluation because the use of the design of learning moral aqidah is sometimes appropriate and inappropriate. (4) From the product aspect, the program used the moral aqidah learning design has succeeded in increasing the understanding and practice of the values of moral aqidah of the students, although there are some negative responses expressed by some students and educators and it also required more attention to achieve more optimal results.
