Abstract

AbstrakPokok penelitian ini adalah tinjauan hukum Islam tentang tradisi mabbollo dalam adat perkawinan bugis” (Studi Kasus di kelurahan Biru, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang, Kabupaten Bone). Pokok permasalahan terdiri dari dua sub masalah, yaitu: Bagaimana proses terjadinya Tradisi Mabbollo di Kelurahan Biru, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang, Kabupaten Bone? Dan Bagaimana pandangan Hukum Islam Tentang Tradisi Mabbollo di kelurahan Biru, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone? Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mabbollo dalam adat perkawinan bugis di kelurahan Biru, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang, Kabupaten Bone, adalah 1). Bagi yang pro mereka sangat percaya apabila seorang kakak perempuan yang belum menikah harus dilangkahi menikah oleh adiknya, meraka percaya bahwa kehidupan sang kakak kedepannya nanti tidak akan berjalan dengan baik, terutama untuk masalah jodoh Sedangkan untuk yang kontra, tidak setuju dengan adat istiadat tersebut karena menurut mereka hanya ada efek buruk yang akan timbul, terutama untuk kejiwaan sang adik. 2). Mabbolla dalam pandangan hukum Islam tidak dilarang melainkan dalam islam menganjurkan untuk melakukan pernikahan selama seseorang telah mampu baik itu dari segi lahiriah dan batiniah.Kata Kunci: Adat perkawinan bugis, Mabbollo, Tradisi

Abstract

Kearifan lokal di balik bahasa Jawa dalam tradisi tingkeban di Kelurahan Laweyan Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta menarik dikaji secara Etnolinguistik. Ada sistem pengetahuan lokal di balik bahasa Jawa dalam tradisi tingkeban masyarakat Kelurahan Laweyan Surakarta. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi di Kelurahan Laweyan Kecamatan Surakarta. Sumber data yaitu tradisi tingkeban dan masyarakat Laweyan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tenik rekam, catat, serta wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan pola-pikir, pandangan dunia, pandangan hidup dan sistem pengetahuan lokal yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Laweyan Surakarta dalam tradisi tingkeban dalam rangka  sebagai ucapan terima kasih kepada Sang Pencipta atas anugerah kehamilan yang telah mencapai usia tujuh bulan serta sebuah permohonan agar kebahagiaan yang telah diberikan dapat terjaga dengan baik, jauh dari gangguan hal-hal yang tidak baik. Kata-kata Kunci: tingkeban, etnolinguistik, kearifan lokal, Laweyan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Law No. 7/1974 on the Cockfighting Tradition in Tana Toraja Regency and the benefits and Strengthening of the Cockfighting Tradition in Tana Toraja District which have no legal implications. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods (field research). The results of this study indicate that Law Number 7 of 1974 concerning Control of Gambling has not been effectively applied in Tana Toraja Regency due to people who are not aware of the law. One of the benefits of the tradition of cockfighting in Tana Toraja Regency is helping families who carry out funeral rites (Rambu Solo ') through community contributions that come to watch cockfighting, strengthening the tradition of cockfighting that has no legal implication is through efforts to tackle crime one of which is to provide counseling to the community believes that cockfighting is an unlawful act, because a cockfight carried out now is no longer the same as a cockfight committed by the ancestors of the community first.

Abstract

HIV AIDS in Ternate City are second ranks after North Halmahera District, especially in North Maluku Province. There were 684 HIV AIDS cases in 2007-April 2022, 24 new cases in 2022 (12 homosexuals, 10 heterosexuals and 2 IDUs). Early detection of HIV testing is one way of knowing HIV status, especially in people at high risk. The aim is to describe the characteristics of Sex worker in entertainment locations X and Y in their willingness to carry out an HIV test. The study was conducted in July 2022 with a total population of 50 sex worker at entertainment locations X and Y. Samples were taken by total sampling. Data were taken using the IBBS questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. Almost half of the respondents' age group is 30-39 years old (42%), high school education respondents (82%), unmarried respondents (66%) and respondents who have worked in entertainment venues X and Y for 1-5 years (60% ). More than half of the respondents had good knowledge (76%), all respondents received support related to HIV testing from peers, pimps and health workers as well as the role of health workers who always carried out HIV tests. The better the understanding and knowledge of HIV AIDS, the more motivated they are to be willing to take an HIV test because understanding the condition is a high risk. Keywords: Sex worker, HIV AIDS, HIV Test, Entertainment area

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis komoditi perkebunan yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan, komoditi perkebunan yang kompetetif, komoditi perkebunan yang unggulan, dan komoditi perkebunan yang menjadi kekuatan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Periode 2016-2020. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data distribusi PDRB ADHK dan data produksi komoditi perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan Indonesia Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Tipologi Klassen, Shift Share, SLQ, DLQ, dan Overlay. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis Tipologi Klassen dalam kurun waktu 2016-2020 terdapat lima komoditi yang berkembang yaitu: komoditi kelapa sawit, karet, lada, sagu, dan pala, hasil analisis Shift Share dalam kurun waktu 2016-2020 menunjukkan bahwa komoditi yang kompetetif di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dengan nilai komponen DS yang positif diantaranya: Komoditi kelapa sawit, karet, kelapa, cengkeh, lada, jambu mete, sagu dan pala, hasil analisis gabungan SLQ dan DLQ dalam kurun waktu 2016-2020, menunjukkan bahwa komoditi unggulan subsektor perkebunan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah adalah komoditi kakao, cengkeh, dan nilam dan hasil analisis overlay, komoditi cengkeh merupakan komoditi yang menjadi kekuatan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.

Abstract

A locational act is an act of speaking that presents something in the form of a sentence with a meaning that can be easily understood. There are several kinds of locus, namely declarative, interrogative, and imperative. During the live broadcast, Anies Baswedan used the types of declarative, imperative, and interrogative localization. From this analysis, the researchers wanted to understand and learn how the tactics used by Anies Baswedan in communicating with the public through social media Tiktok. In this study, the author used a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The data was obtained from TikTok's live broadcast of Anies Baswedan, which contains a list of locations. Data collection methods involve sliding and recording techniques, with steps such as watching videos, interpreting rows, recording locations, and identifying data. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and verification to reach credible provisional conclusions. The results of the analysis revealed a positional observation, a declarative observation consisting of 66 observations, an interrogatory observation comprising 39 observations, and an imperative confirmation of 22 observations. With this analysis, it is expected that the reader will be able to interpret and classify the type of conduct at these locations.

Abstract

This research carries the main objective of uncovering the religious values contained in the novel “Garuda di Dadaku” by Salman Aristo and exploring its relevance in the context of literary education in secondary schools. Through a semiotic approach, this study aims to identify and analyze the various religious themes implied in the literary work, including aspects such as faith, Sharia, and morality. In an educational context, these values have great potential to be integrated into the literature curriculum in secondary schools as part of the effort to teach students Islamic character, morals, and teachings. The results of the research analysis highlight key elements such as Aqidah, Sharia, justice, responsibility, and effort contained in the novel. The findings not only provide deep insights into the religious messages conveyed through such literary works, but also provide a solid basis for developing relevant and effective learning strategies in the classroom. By using the novel as teaching material, literature teachers can facilitate in-depth discussions on the religious values found in the story, providing students with opportunities to reflect on and internalize the moral messages conveyed. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of using literature as a tool to discuss and instill religious values in students. As a relevant and effective resource in literature learning in secondary schools, the novel “Garuda di Dadaku” not only provides a deep reading experience, but also opens the door for deep reflection on life values and religious teachings. Thus, this study makes an important contribution to curriculum development and literature learning practices centered on understanding religious values, semiotics, and students' literary experiences

Abstract

English translation. The rapid advancement of technology encourages more diverse interactions in languages, one of which is followed by the emergence of various social media. The following research aims to discuss linguistic interactions regarding locutionary speech acts in Pragmatics. Unlike previous studies, this data was taken from utterances that discussed Indonesian language material uploaded by a Twitter user. Starting from discussing UTBK questions, PBM, language issues, to updates regarding the EYD (Edition V) which is implemented in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the intent and form of locutionary speech acts in Fauzan Al-Rasyid's Twitter account uploads regarding this linguistic material. This article applies a research method with a pragmatic and descriptive qualitative approach that uses techniques of reading, observing, and documenting the data to be collected. Documentation techniques are used to collect data, reduce data, display data, and verify the data taken so that all data is neatly arranged and properly recorded. The results of this study, the researcher found 15 speech data where all the data were in the form of locutionary speech acts. The 15 data have the intention of conveying information and giving confirmation from speakers to speech partners related to language. Then, in presenting the data, the writer uses formal and informal presentation. This research is expected to provide an understanding of locutionary speech acts and can be used as a basis and reference or reference by other researchers who wish to conduct similar research in order to improve their problem-solving skills or as an effort to improve their analytical skills .

Abstract

This research aims to examine illocutionary speech acts in the text of the speech "Inauguration of Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Tarumanagara University by Tri Harso Karyono" . A descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis method was used as the research method . Data collection is carried out by recording and marking important points which will later be used as analysis material . The research results show that in speech texts, speakers use a lot of speech that leads to illocutionary speech acts. Four types of illocutionary speech acts are found in it. Namely assertive or representative, expressive, directive and declarative illocutionary speech acts . In this research, the function or use of illocutionary speech acts and speaker strategies will be described which makes the current research different from previous research . Even though there is already a lot of research out there that examines illocutionary speech acts , the author hopes that the research carried out this time can provide benefits for the development of pragmatics and broaden readers' horizons . Not only that, it is hoped that this study will also provide benefits to the general public and students majoring in Indonesian.

Abstract

Learning via YouTube is now widely practiced by educational content creators. In this case, the use of speech used in the delivery of learning should be considered. The use of speech affects the understanding of viewers or students when watching the learning video. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the locutionary speech acts in the Indonesian language learning videos of class VIII SMP on Helza RN's YouTube channel and the effectiveness of the use of speech. Descriptive qualitative research method is used to analyze the related data. The approach used in this research is the theoretical approach, namely the pragmatic approach by analyzing the types of speech acts and the intentions in them. The researcher uses listening and recording techniques to find out the locution utterances in the Indonesian language learning video for class VIII junior high school on Helza RN's YouTube channel, then the researcher analyzes the speech acts related to the context with the commensurate method. From the data analysis that has been done, it is found that there are 202 declarative speech acts, 14 interrogative speech acts, and 19 imperative speech acts that make the learning video provide a complete explanation of the material, but there is a lack of interaction between Helza Rn and viewers. The results of this study are expected to increase readers' understanding of locutionary speech acts and their types. And can be a reference for other content creators, especially in making learning videos so that they are more interesting and interactive.
