Abstract

Background: One aspect of digital transformation in education today is online learning or commonly referred to as E-learning. Clinical Education Management System or CLEMAGS, is an application system used for clinical education management in the field of web-based Diagnostic Imaging. The development of Clinical Learning Management System (CLEMAGS), which was built with the help of Orthanc Platform, is to create a more inventive and interactive learning model for students of Postgraduate Diagnostic Imaging study program of Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Designing and developing the PACS Server Post Processing model in CLEMAGS to support activities in the Diagnostic Imaging Postgraduate Program of the Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang and testing the effectiveness of the PACS Server Post Processing model in CLEMAGS in the Diagnostic Imaging Postgraduate Program of the Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Methods: This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) which uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) research approach method. Analysis of differences in pre-test and post-test data using paired sample t-test. While analyzing the increase in effectiveness test results using the N-Gain Test. Results: The paired sample t-test results are sig. value of 0.003 (p-value <0.05), which means that there is a significant difference between the pre-test data and the post-test implementation of the PACS Server Post Processing Model in CLEMAGS. Overall, the average N-Gain score is 0.89 and is included in the “High” understanding improvement category. The percentage of N-Gain obtained was 89.94% and included in the effective category. Conclusions: The PACS Server Post Processing model in CLEMAGS is effective in improving user performance in managing medical imaging data. The TRIP-ID system is a medical image-based learning solution that can be practically applied in health education institutions. Further development can be directed toward the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) for automatic interpretation, as well as expanding implementation in various other educational institutions.

Abstract

Stunting is a health problem characterized by disrupted growth conditions in toddlers due to a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time, starting in the womb until the child is two years old. Stunting causes children to be short in stature and is at risk of causing problems with motor and mental development. In Cilacap Regency, the prevalence of stunting reached 32.1%, above the national figure and the limit set by WHO. Therefore, accelerating stunting reduction is carried out through a holistic, integrative and multisector approach. One of the efforts made is the development of an information system to comprehensively monitor and prevent stunting, including a diagnostic model that involves various health parameters.

Abstract

Fusion techniques on MRI for brain tumors can provide comprehensive visualization by combining Axial T2-Flair and Axial T1-GD (T1-weighted post-contrast) sequence images. Fusion MRI in brain tumors is able to clearly display the location, size and characteristics of the tumor. However, not all institutions can install such additional fusion software due to significant additional costs. Therefore, this study aims to prove that the Stacks feature on ImageJ as an alternative can be optimal in visualizing brain tumor image information through MRI fusion techniques. This study used 17 image samples with a quasi experimental design post test only without control group design to compare three analysis methods, namely fusion maximum intensity, minimum intensity and average intensity so that the most suitable projection can be determined. The evaluation of image quality was carried out through a histogram which was then analyzed with a crucal-wallis and the Mann Whitney u test, while the analysis of pathological information used a crucal-wallis, followed by a post hoc test and continued with Mann Whitney u for further analysis. The results show that the stacks feature on ImageJ can be used in the application of fusion techniques so that it will improve the contrast and sharpness of MRI images, especially in areas with high tumor activity. MRI images of brain tumors with maximum fusion intensity produced images with the highest average gray level and the best pathological information. This projection is more optimal than the minimum intensity and average intensity because it provides a more detailed and clear visualization of brain tumors.

Abstract

Child marriage is often considered normal by society. In fact, there are many risks or negative impacts that can arise as a result of child marriage. The increase in divorce and even domestic violence, both physical and psychological, is also one of the impacts of child marriage. The problem formulation in this thesis is how to implement NTB Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning the Prevention of Child Marriage in North Lendang Nangka Village, Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency and what factors influence this implementation. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, with research analysis including three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research method uses data collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that Lendang Nangka Utara village has implemented NTB Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning Prevention of Child Marriage. In fact, the implementation of this regional regulation was able to have an impact on reducing the number of child marriages in Lendang Nangka Utara village. Form of implementation of NTB Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning the Prevention of Child Marriage in Lendang Nangka Utara village includes: establishing Village Regulations, conducting outreach and forming a special youth forum. The factors that cause the NTB Regional Regulation to be implemented well are good cooperation with all parties and high public legal awareness.
