Abstract

Networking today is a much needed service. Existing problems include user authentication, hotspot user management, bandwidth management and any unwanted intruders. It is necessary to the development of a network system that can provide security for user authentication and bandwidth management. Network development means developing new systems and will replace the old system or improve the existing system. Particularly the issue of authentication and bandwidth. Type of this research is the Applied Research with the system development using the NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) method. Data collection method using interviews, observation and literature study. The Method system testing is adopts the ISO 9126 standards such as functionality, reliability, usability and efficiency. This research resulted in the network security system to have a good quality with a percentage of 82.5% and meet the needs of organizations in Pondok Pesantren Madinatunnajah.

Abstract

Saat ini jaringan merupakan suatu layanan yang sangat dibutuhkan. Masalah yang ada antara  lain adalah otentikasi user, manajemen user hotspot, pengaturan bandwidth,  serta adanya penyusup yang  tidak diinginkan. Maka perlu pengembangan sistem jaringan yang dapat memberi keamanan otentikasi bagi user dan pengelolaan bandwidth. Pengembangan jaringan berarti menyusun sistem baru dan akan menggantikan sistem lama atau memperbaiki system yang telah ada. Khususnya masalah otentikasi dan bandwidth. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Applied Research dengan pengembangan  sistem menggunakan metode NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle). Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan Wawancara, Observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem keamanan jaringan memiliki kualitas baik dengan prosentase sebesar 82,5% dan memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi di Pondok Pesantren Madinatunnajah.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology lately has an influence not only on human social life but also on education. On the other hand, many schools still use conventional learning systems. Based on observations at Muhammadiyah Wiradesa Middle School, the authors obtained information that students were less interested in conventional learning methods. Therefore, to increase students' learning motivation, it is necessary to innovate in learning. The development of android-based learning media is one of the efforts to create creative learning by utilizing technology. The method in this study is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE development model, data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The results showed that the product development produced by the researchers obtained a good score with an average score of 67 or 89.33% according to material experts. Then, according to media experts, the score is 69 or 92% with the criteria of "very appropriate". Product testing using questionnaires and tests. the questionnaire resulted in a score of 83.33% (good). Testing through tests resulted in a score of 76% (decent).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program sosialisasi stop bullying berbasis peer education di MTs Minhajutthullab. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, siswa dilatih menjadi peer educator untuk menyebarkan pesan anti-bullying kepada teman sebaya mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi langsung. Metode kualitatif memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai pengalaman, perasaan, dan perspektif siswa, guru, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya (Handoko et al., 2024). Hal ini penting untuk memahami konteks sosial dan budaya yang melingkupi masalah bullying di sekolah. Penelitian kualitatif juga dapat menangkap proses perubahan yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan program, seperti bagaimana siswa berinteraksi sebagai peer educator, bagaimana sikap mereka berubah, dan bagaimana program beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa tentang bullying, penurunan toleransi terhadap perilaku bullying, dan peningkatan keberanian siswa dalam melaporkan tindakan bullying. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa program peer education merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang bebas dari bullying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan ecobrick dan hasil kreativitas siswa – siswi SDN 03 Tundagan setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan partisipan penelitian serta observasi langsung terhadap fenomena yang diteliti. Dalam hal ini subjek penelitiannya ialah peserta didik dan objek penelitian ini adalah SDN 03 Tundagan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan siswa tentang dampak negatif sampah plastik dan minat mereka untuk mengurangi produksi sampah plastik setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Selain itu, pelatihan pembuatan ecobrick merupakan upaya yang efektif dalam menanamkan kesadaran lingkungan dan mengubah perilaku siswa dalam pengolahan sampah plastik.

Abstract

This article explores Ethnomathematics in the context of the geometric concepts embodied in the Meru buildings of Bali. The Meru structure holds significant symbolic value for the Balinese community, incorporating various elements of local customs and predominant religious beliefs. The primary focus of this research is to identify the geometric shapes and the symbolic meanings embedded within them. Utilizing an ethnographic approach, the study incorporates observations and literature reviews from several articles related to Meru. The analysis reveals that the geometric elements within Meru structures encompass not only flat shapes but also three-dimensional forms. Furthermore, the literature review highlights the symbolic representations of the beliefs and traditions of the Balinese people.

Abstract

Nowadays, business competition is getting tougher, and companies must be able to manage their employees well so that they can work more optimally. This research discusses the various ways companies can improve employee performance, especially in the midst of ongoing global changes. In addition, this article also discusses digital HR strategies and how technology can help companies develop better. With the rapid development of technology, companies need to adjust the way they manage HR to be more effective. Digital technology not only helps speed up administrative work, but also creates a more comfortable and productive work environment. In this research, the method used is a literature study, namely by collecting information from books, journals, articles, and other relevant sources. From the results of the research, it is evident that the application of technology in HR management has a major impact on company performance. With a digital system, work becomes more efficient, the employee recruitment process can be faster, and employee engagement and satisfaction also increase. But of course, there are challenges to be faced, such as employees who are difficult to accept change or lack of skills in using technology. Therefore, it is important for companies to really understand how a digital HR strategy can be implemented properly. If done the right way, companies can be more competitive and successful in the long run by utilizing technology to manage HR more efficiently. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas efisiensi empat algoritma pencarian Binary Search, Jump Search, Interpolation Search, dan Fibonacci Search dalam aspek waktu eksekusi dan penggunaan memori. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah perlunya identifikasi algoritma pencarian yang paling optimal pada data terurut dengan volume berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan performa keempat algoritma dalam pengolahan data numerik acak yang telah diurutkan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pengujian algoritma menggunakan bahasa C++ terhadap tiga skala dataset (100, 1.000, dan 10.000 elemen), masing-masing diuji sebanyak tiga kali untuk menjaga konsistensi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Interpolation Search paling efisien dari segi waktu (300–400 ns) dan memori (24–34,67 byte), terutama saat data terdistribusi merata. Binary Search konsisten dengan performa baik di berbagai kondisi. Sebaliknya, Jump Search mencatat waktu eksekusi paling lama (3.233,33–3.866,67 ns), sedangkan Fibonacci Search mencatat penggunaan memori tertinggi (61,33–74,67 byte). Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan algoritma pencarian harus disesuaikan dengan distribusi dan ukuran data untuk mencapai efisiensi optimal.
