Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen Diklat Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) terhadap kesehatan santri putra di Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana, penelitian ini melibatkan 57 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik stratified random sampling dari total populasi 808 santri. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitasnya, untuk mengukur manajemen Diklat PHBS serta kondisi kesehatan fisik, mental, sosial, dan spiritual santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara manajemen Diklat PHBS dan kesehatan santri, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 40.580 + 0.667X dan koefisien korelasi sederhana rxy = 0.573. Penelititan ini mengindikasikan bahwa 31,6% kesehatan santri dipengaruhi oleh implementasi Diklat PHBS, sementara 68,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan Diklat PHBS yang terstruktur dan sistematis dapat menjadi strategi penting dalam pembinaan kesehatan di pesantren, yang pada akhirnya mendukung proses pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Hal baru dari penelitian ini yaitu terletak pada penekanan pentingnya integrasi antara manajemen pendidikan Islam dan program kesehatan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sehat, yang jarang dibahas dalam penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil ini dapat dijadikan referensi bagi pengelola pesantren dan peneliti selanjutnya dalam mengembangkan strategi kesehatan yang lebih komprehensif di lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Islamic education during the Khulafaur Rasyidin period (632-661 AD) had an important role in forming the foundations of the Islamic education system during the Khulafaur Rasyidin period, which included the period of leadership of the first four caliphs after the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This research aims to examine in more depth the growth and development of Islamic education during the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin, including the role of the caliphs in supporting the education system and its impact on Islamic society at that time. The author uses a qualitative method with the type of library research. This method aims to explore information in depth from relevant library sources, such as books, scientific articles, journals and other documents. As for the results of this research, the growth and development of Islamic education during the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin focused on teaching the Qur'an and Hadith, the development of educational centers during the time of Abu Bakar, Kutab educational institutions (primary schools) experienced significant progress, during the time of Caliph Umar bin Khattab ra., the social and political situation was in a stable condition and Islamic power was increasingly expanding, where several friends were appointed as teachers in each area they occupied. During the time of Usman ibn Affan the development of Islamic education, both in terms of institutions and materials, was basically not much different from previously. During the time of Ali bin Abi Talib, the development of education did not show significant progress. This was caused by the chaotic political situation and various rebellions that occurred, so that Ali's government was unstable and focused more on efforts to resolve conflicts and maintain political stability.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the legislative body in safeguarding and maintaining democracy in Indonesia from a constitutional law perspective. The research focuses on how the legislature carries out its functions of legislation, oversight, and budgeting to ensure democratic principles are upheld. It also assesses the legislature's role in holding the government accountable and balancing power with the executive and judiciary branches. The findings show that the legislature plays a significant role in creating transparent, accountable governance aligned with the constitution.

Abstract

Social media has become an essential component of modern democracy, providing a platform for freedom of speech and public participation. Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram allow people to freely express their opinions and engage in broad political discussions. However, challenges arise in the form of hate speech, hoaxes, and disinformation, which threaten social stability and the quality of democracy. This study aims to analyze the relationship between freedom of speech and democracy in the social media era and evaluate the regulations governing free speech in Indonesia. Using a normative approach, this research examines policies and regulations and their impact on human rights. The findings show that a balance between freedom of speech and prudent regulation is necessary to ensure that social media remains a positive space without sacrificing public order and democracy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) Analyzing What Communication Media are Used by the Indonesian Malay Culture Council in Strengthening Politics in Langkat Regency. (2) Activities and Da'wah Activities of the Indonesian Malay Culture Council in Strengthening Politics in Langkat Regency. (3) Communication Barriers Faced by the Indonesian Malay Culture Council in Strengthening Politics in Langkat Regency. This study uses descriptive methods and a qualitative approach. Using a qualitative approach, also known as the Naturalistic method, as this research is conducted in a natural setting. The results of the study show that the Communication Media used by the Indonesian Malay Culture Council in strengthening politics in Langkat Regency includes various communication media such as Interpersonal Media, Mass Media, and Social Media. The Da'wah activities of the Indonesian Malay Culture Council in strengthening politics in Langkat Regency encompass a variety of activities aimed at strengthening Malay cultural values ??and increasing political participation and awareness, including Da'wah Bil Kitabah, Da'wah Bil Lisan, and Da 'Wow Bill Hal. Communication barriers faced by the Indonesian Malay Culture Council include Technical Barriers, Semantic Barriers, and Human Barriers.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of Competence, Independence and Professional Ethics Auditors' Impact on Audit Quality at Public Accounting Firms in Medan. This research is a This type of research is casual and is a replica of previous research with the research population. are auditors who work at a public accounting firm in Medan. In this study, the population obtained from the Public Accounting Office in Medan, as many as 160 auditors. The sample in this study selected based on convenience sampling. The sample was obtained from the Public Accounting Office in Medan in 2024 had 54 auditors. The sample data used was primary data. Namely data that comes from the original or first source. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis methods, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study concluded that partially Competence and Independence have a positive and significant influence on Audit Quality. However, Auditor Professional Ethics does not have a significant effect on Audit Quality. Audit. Then simultaneously the Auditor's Competence, Independence and Professional Ethics are influenced significant effect on Audit Quality with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 at the Accounting Firm Public in Medan.

Abstract

The role of a madrasah head is very important in ensuring the effectiveness and success of educational institutions including improving the quality of the teachers he leads. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the madrasah head in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Rantau Pulung, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers and solutions to deal with inhibiting factors in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Rantau Pulung. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research then the approach used is a case study approach. To obtain the data and information needed in this study, researchers used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The interviewees were two teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Rantau Pulung. The stages carried out by researchers in analyzing data are reducing data, namely summarizing and selecting the main things, after that the researcher presents the data in the form of a brief description using words or sentences to describe the data that has been obtained, then in the final stage the researcher draws conclusions from the data that has been obtained. The result of this study is the role of the madrasah head in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Rantau Pulung including by creating a conducive school environment, giving advice to teachers, providing motivation and encouragement to always seek as much information as possible, especially in terms of teaching skills. Supporting factors for the role of the madrasah head in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers with the willingness of teachers to continue to learn and seek information about basic skills in teaching, teacher creativity in developing material independently or adopting from experience and also from other book sources and good preparation prepared by teachers so as to facilitate the learning process. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is inadequate infrastructure.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa perubahan besar dalam cara masyarakat mengakses informasi dan melakukan kegiatan ekonomi. Salah satu inovasi yang memberikan dampak signifikan adalah penggunaan Google Maps sebagai media informasi dan promosi usaha lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Google Maps dalam mempermudah akses masyarakat terhadap usaha lokal serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha di Desa Sukandebi, Kecamatan Naman Teran, Kabupaten Karo. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan dokumentasi lapangan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Mandiri tahun 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Google Maps berperan penting dalam meningkatkan visibilitas usaha kecil, memperluas jangkauan pelanggan, serta membantu masyarakat dalam menemukan lokasi usaha dengan lebih mudah. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya literasi digital pelaku UMKM dan keterbatasan jaringan internet di beberapa wilayah desa. Kesimpulannya, optimalisasi penggunaan Google Maps dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperkuat perekonomian lokal berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This research examines Minister of Trade Regulation no. 51/M-DAG/PER/7/2015 concerning the Prohibition of Imports of Used Clothing in the context of protecting local industry and its impact on consumer choices in Indonesia. The research uses normative juridical methods with a literature study approach through analysis of various literary sources, statutory regulations and related scientific studies. The research results show that this regulation has a complex impact. On the one hand, this policy aims to protect the domestic textile industry and public health, supported by the findings of the Ministry of Trade which found dangerous microbial contents in imported used clothing. On the other hand, this ban has a significant impact on micro traders and lower middle class consumers who rely on used clothing as an affordable alternative. Challenges to policy implementation include difficulties in monitoring in the field and the continued prevalence of illegal import practices. The research recommends the need for a more balanced approach between protecting domestic industry and meeting.
