Abstract

Kunjungan pasien yang datang periksa ke Puskesmas Ciwidey yaitu dengan rata- rata kunjungan pasien per hari 120 -170 orang dan per bulan rata-rata kunjungan 2000-2500 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis beban kerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Kesehatan di Puskesmas Ciwidey Kabupaten Bandung menggunakan metode Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh berjumlah 21 responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh waktu kerja tersedia tahun 2018 berdasarkan jumlah kerja efektif di Puskesmas Ciwidey adalah 2,017 Jam / Tahun atau 121,050 Menit. Beban kerja petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Ciwidey yang memiliki beban kerja tinggi adalah dokter umum, dokter gigi, perawat gigi, perawat, bidan, apoteker, rekam medis, promkes dan yang memiliki beban kerja rendah adalah tenaga gizi, sanitarian sedangkan analis memilki beban kerja sedang. Standar kelonggaran waktu di Puskesmas Ciwidey adalah 1,063, Jumlah SDM tenaga kesehatan dengan menggunakan metode WISN di Puskesmas Ciwidey dibutuhkan sebanyak 31 orang petugas kesehatan. Penelitian ini maka disarankan Kepada Puskesmas Ciwidey Penambahan jumlah SDM perlu segera diusulkan untuk mengurangi beban kerja dengan menggunakan anggaran yang ada baik dari dana Biaya Oprasional Kesehatan (BOK) ataupun dari dana Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) atau kapitasi sehingga bisa mengatasi pengurangan beban kerja dari masing masing tenaga kesehatan yang ada.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Karanganyar didapatkan hasil jika beban kerja bidan masih berlebih. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Beban kerja merupakan salah satu aspek yang harus di perhatikan oleh setiap organisasi, karena beban kerja salah satu yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja dan kinerja bidan di UPTD puskesmas Karanganyar Kabupaten Subang. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, dilakukan kepada tiga key informan dan satu secondary informan. Beban kerja bidan tergolong berdasarkan dua kelompok yaitu beban kerja berlebih dan beban kerja cukup. Beban kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat beban berlebih yaitu kelelahan baik fisik ataupun psikologis. Beban kerja bidan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, sehingga perlu diukur dengan metode penilaian dan pengukuran kinerja. Bagi Puskesmas Karanganyar disarankan untuk membuat metode pengukuran dan penilaian kinerja yang lebih efektif. Sedangkan untuk bidan di Puskesmas Karanganyar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan beban kerja yang telah di tetapkan dan ditugaskan.

Abstract

Front office merupakan area pelayanan frontline yang melakukan tugas administrasi, seperti pendaftaran pasien, pencatatan data, dan laporan harian jumlah pasien. Seringkali, layanan kantor depan rumah sakit memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi proses penerimaan dan pendaftaran pasien. Kinerja petugas unit front office sangat penting bagi rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas unit Front Office di Rumah Sakit Ibu Anak Limijati Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tidak adanya hubungan faktor jenis kelamin hasil sebesar 0,490, faktor status perkawinan sebesar 0,195, faktor pendidikan sebesar 0,127, faktor lama kerja sebesar 0,735, faktor kompensasi sebesar 0,077, faktor disiplin kerja sebesar 0,392 yang artinya lebih besar dari 0,050, faktor lingkungan kerja hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh hasil Asympsebesar 0,134. Adanya hubungan antara faktor variabel psikologi sebesar 0,011, faktor kepemimpinan sebesar 0,019, faktor komunikasi sebesar 0,001. Pimpinan unit Front Office harus mampu menginspirasi dan memotivasi karyawannya dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya. Kata kunci: Kinerja, Front Office, Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting dalam organisasi. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi mempertahankan sumber daya manusia berkualitas ditentukan banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah jam lembur. Jam lembur faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention. Berdasarkan data di Rumah Sakit Umum Hermina Sukabumi tahun 2022 pencapaian index lembur tinggi (2.07%) dari Standar <1%/bulan dan pencapaian turnover tinggi (6.91%) dari Standar <6%/tahun. Turnover menjadi beban rumah sakit karena mengeluarkan biaya untuk perekrutan tenaga baru termasuk pelatihan khusus sesuai kompetensi yang diperlukan, sulitnya mencari tenaga pengganti menyebabkan karyawan yang ada harus lembur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan jam lembur dengan turnover intention di Rumah Sakit Umum Hermina Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi diperoleh 191 responden. Data diambil dengan mengambil data realtime rata-rata jam lembur periode Januari-Mei 2023, dan kuesioner mengenai turnover intention dalam bentuk Google Form. Analisis data dengan cara analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata jam lembur responden tinggi sebanyak 77 responden (40,3%), jam lembur rendah sebanyak 114 responden (59,7%). Turnover intention tinggi sebanyak 115 responden (60,2%) dan turnover intention rendah sebanyak 76 responden (39,8%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jam lembur dengan turnover intention di Rumah Sakit Umum Hermina Sukabumi dengan nilai p value : 0,000, diperlukan upaya konseling rutin secara berkelanjutan kepada petugas, pemerataan jam lembur di setiap unit pelayanan, pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga prioritas pada unit yang angka lembur nya tinggi.  Kata Kunci: Jam lembur, keinginan untuk pindah kerja, Turnover intention.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are still strategic issues. One of the programs to reduce MMR and IMR is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the referral system in the form of an information system by utilizing advances in information technology. SIKIBBLA is one of the innovations in Bandung Regency which is an information technology-based referral information system saving mothers and babies. However, in its implementation there was a decrease in the number of referrals through the SIKIBBLA call center and an increase in the number of infant deaths in Bandung Regency. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SIKIBBLA in Bandung Regency in 2024 based on input, process and output components. The research was conducted using a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with 7 informants. The results of the research on the input component show that a special budget is not yet available. Human resources are sufficient, but further training on referral procedures is needed. Facilities and infrastructure are adequate, with information systems used via telephone, WhatsApp and Telegram. However, there is no regulation regarding SIKIBBLA in Bandung Regency. In the process component, all levels of health services have SOPs that facilitate the implementation of referral procedures, thus ensuring that every step taken is in accordance with the provisions. The Health Office acts as a communication link between the Puskesmas and the hospital. But there are still obstacles that can affect the smoothness of the referral process. In the output component, a recap report is conducted every month and submitted to the leadership as an evaluation of the problems found. Puskesmas and hospitals have measured satisfaction levels, but the Health Office has not done so. Conclusion: The Health Office needs to increase the training budget for health workers at Puskesmas, Hospitals and call center officers in handling referrals and conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation of health facilities, especially hospitals related to the implementation and effectiveness of referral procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to study of the validity of student academic achievement instruments (CLEI). This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in the study is a subject who meets the criteria that have been set, namely all students of the class of 2021 semester 2 at STIKes Dharma Husada who have joined the whatsapp group, namely 129 students. Data analysis in this study uses univariate analysis, namely by calculating the frequency distribution of each characteristic measured, then conducting bivariate analysis in the form of a grain validity test using the Pearson product moment correlation formula and multivariate analysis in the form of a construct validity test using a factor analysis test. As many as 93% of the questions were declared valid with a reliability value of 0.917, factors formed from the component of academic potential as many as 5 factors, time management 2 factors, academic stress management 1 factor and the component of involvement in campus activities 2 factors

Abstract

Background: The quality of hospital healthcare services can be measured through the periodic reporting of National Quality Indicators (NQI). NQI reporting constitutes a crucial component in quality improvement efforts and hospital accreditation assessment, as stipulated in Minister of Health Regulation No. 30 of 2022. However, some hospitals remain non-compliant with reporting requirements, necessitating a comprehensive evaluation of the underlying challenges. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate compliance with NQI reporting in hospitals that have never submitted reports by analyzing input, process, and output factors influencing its implementation. Methods: A qualitative study with an evaluative approach was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. Informants included the Hospital Quality Assurance Officer and the Quality Team of the West Java Provincial Health Office. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis based on the Input–Process–Output (IPO) framework. Results: Compliance with NQI reporting was influenced by input factors, including staff knowledge and understanding, availability of infrastructure, the presence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training. In the process component, technical application issues, reporting delays, and suboptimal internal monitoring were identified. From the output perspective, non-compliance affected hospital accreditation processes and highlighted the need for technical guidance and capacity-building from the Health Office. Conclusion: Compliance with NQI reporting is strongly influenced by input readiness, smooth reporting processes, and supportive evaluation and supervision. Strengthening staff capacity, improving system and application support, and ensuring consistent internal monitoring are essential to enhance NQI reporting compliance.

Abstract

Background Mental health among students is related to lifestyle factors such as smoking behavior and sleep duration. Smoking behavior can have detrimental effects on mental health. Similarly, sleeping habits among students can also impact their mental well-being. Poor sleep duration can worsen the mental well-being of students. Objective The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between smoking behavior and sleep duration with the mental health of students in the Departmen Public Health STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung. Research Method this study employs a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted on 109 students. The results were obtained using the chi-square test with a P-Value = 0.000. There is a significant relationship between smoking behavior and sleep duration with the mental health of students (P-Value 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion 85 non-smoking students were found to have a 24,7% indication of mental health disorders, while among the 24 smoking students, 87,5% were indicated to have mental health disorders. Students with very good sleep duration (>7 hours) showed a 16,7% indication of mental health disorders, whereas students with very poor sleep duration (<5 hours) had a 90,7% indication of mental health disorders.
