Abstract

Mandarin has become one of the most important global languages, particularly in the fields of education and business. The HSK exam, as a standard measure of Mandarin language proficiency, requires effective and structured preparation. However, the manual methods still used by language institutions such as Happy Mandarin Course are considered inefficient in helping students identify their personal weaknesses. This study aims to design a web-based HSK exam simulation application equipped with a question recommendation system using the Collaborative Filtering algorithm. The recommendation system is supported by similarity calculations using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient to match questions to users' abilities based on previous results. The application was developed using the waterfall approach, implemented with the Python programming language and the Flask framework. Testing results show that the system can recommend questions adaptively, assist students in improving their skills, and ease the teaching process for instructors. The application can identify users’ weaknesses individually and provide targeted practice, thus offering an effective and adaptive solution for enhancing HSK exam readiness.

Abstract

Dalam aplikasi machine learning sangat umum ditemukan kumpulan data dalam berbagai tingkat ketidakseimbangan mulai dari ketidakseimbangan kecil, sedang sampai ekstrim. Sebagian besar model machine learning yang dilatih pada data tidak seimbang akan memiliki bias dengan memberikan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi pada kelas mayoritas dan sebaliknya rendah pada kelas minoritas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) pada pengklasifikasi Random Forest untuk memprediksi penyakit jantung. Data berjumlah 299 berasal dari UCI Machine learning Repository digunakan untuk membangun model prediksi berdasarkan 12 variabel independen dan 1 variabel dependen. Kelas minoritas dalam dataset pelatihan di oversampling menggunakan teknik SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique). Model dievaluasi tidak hanya menggunakan ukuran kinerja Accuracy dan Precision saja, namun juga menggunakan alternatif ukuran kinerja lainnya seperti Sensitivity, F1-score, Specificity, G-Mean dan Youdens Index yang lebih baik digunakan untuk data yang tidak seimbang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) mampu mengurangi overfitting sekaligus meningkatkan kinerja model Random Forest pada semua indikator. Peningkatan skor Accuracy sebesar 3.45%, Precision 4.8%, Sensitivity 7.1%, F1-score 4.8%, Specificity 2.1%, G-Mean 4.4%, dan Youdens Index 6.3%. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dalam menentukan pengklasifikasi dengan algoritma machine learning seperti Random Forest, kemiringan kelas dalam data perlu diperhitungkan dan diseimbangkan untuk hasil kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital applications in population administration services has increased the importance of sentiment analysis to understand user perceptions more deeply. This study focuses on the Digital population identity (Identitas Kependudukan Digital, IKD), a digital identity application developed by the Indonesian government. It aims to classify user reviews of the IKD application into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments using the random forest algorithm. The dataset consisted of 28,134 user reviews from the Google Play Store, including usernames, review texts, timestamps, and star ratings. The research stages included data preprocessing, labeling, handling missing values, and text processing (cleansing, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming). The data were divided into 80% training and 20% testing sets. The best-performing model used the parameters: max_depth=None, max_features=log2, min_samples_leaf=1, min_samples_split=2, and n_estimators=300, achieving an average accuracy of 83.78%. To address class imbalance, the synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE) was applied, resulting in improved performance with an accuracy of 86.29%. Evaluation metrics before SMOTE showed 83.85% accuracy, 80.40% precision, 83.85% recall, and 81.73% F1 score. After SMOTE, precision increased to 81.22%, while accuracy and recall slightly decreased to 80.86%, with an F1 score of 81.03%. Furthermore, sentiment trend analysis using N-gram techniques (unigram, bigram, trigram) was conducted to identify frequently mentioned topics and user concerns. These insights support the research objective of guiding application improvements aligned with user needs and enhancing the overall digital service experience.

Abstract

Aplikasi pengendalian stok barang berbasis website adalah sebuah solusi inovatif yang dirancang untuk mengendalikan stok barang masuk, keluar, dan retur. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya cheating terhadap bahan yang akan diproduksi oleh perusahaan dan mempermudah dalam beroperasional. Aplikasi ini menawarkan berbagai fitur statistik data barang masuk dan keluar, termasuk data customer maupun data karyawan, data barang masuk, data barang keluar, barang retur, harga, dan tahun. Selain itu admin dan owner dapat memonitor kegiatan yang dilakukan pada platform mengenai data barang, kondisi barang, statistik, dan jumlah kebutuhan pada perusahaan. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengendalian stok barang berbasis website ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pengendalian barang, mengurangi terjadinya kecurangan dalam bahan produk, serta meningkatkan transparansi dalam transaksi stok barang. Selain itu, aplikasi juga dapat mempermudah bagi perusahaan dalam mengupayakan meminimalisir terjadinya kecurangan dalam bahan produksi. implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi konsep Just-in-Time dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pengendalian biaya di perusahaan guna meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Minyak serai wangi merupakan salah satu komunitas UKM Siti Hajar yang berdiri sejak tahun 2020. UKM ini memproduksi minyak serai wangi mempunyai aroma terapi yang nama produknya Citronella Oil HOMEMADE by Komunitas UKM Siti Hajar. Produk serai wangi UKM Siti Hajar selama ini belum diarahkan dan dikembangkan menjadi suatu produk bernilai jual. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dari UKM Siti Hajar yaitu dalam strategi produksi kemasan yang masih belum memuaskan karena masih dikerjakan secara manual belum memanfaatkan teknologi. Dan produk juga belum didaftarkan ke badan BPOM dan belum mempunyai sertifikat halal MUI. Jumlah produk yang dihasilkan masih kurang dalam memenuhipermintaan serta belum adanya jaminan kualitas produk; dan belum memiliki branding kemasan sebagai keunikan dan ciri khas dari usaha UKM SitiHajar terhadap minyak serai wangi. Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada UKM Siti Hajar untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut yaitu dengan cara: 1).pendampingan cara pemilihan, pemanfaatan bahan baku dan penggunaan mesin produksi untuk proses pengisian dan packing botol minyak serai yang higienis, 2). Mendesain packaging kemasan minyak serai wangi, dan 3) pendampingan pendaftaran produk ke Badan POM dan sertifikat Halal MUI. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan teknologi yang digunakan serta pendampingan izin produk minyak serai wangi. Melalui kegiatan PkM ini dapat membantu UKM Siti Hajar dalam kemampuan menggunakan teknologi dan kemampuan manajemen meningkat, serta produk memiliki sertifikat bermutu. Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini berfokus pada penguatan produksi dan pemasaran UMKM Batik Riau, khususnya UMKM Candafa Batik dan UMKM Bujang Batik. Analisis menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kedua UMKM ini, seperti pasokan bahan baku yang terbatas, kurangnya peralatan produksi memadai, proses produksi yang tidak efisien, serta belum adanya strategi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan ini menyarankan dua langkah utama: pengadaan dan pelatihan. Pengadaan melibatkan pemenuhan kebutuhan mitra atas peralatan produksi dan fasilitas usaha yang sudah kurang memadai dengan teknologi. seperti alat-alat produksi seperti gawangan baja ringan untuk membatik dan kompor listrik. Sementara itu, pelatihan juga dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM organisasi melalui pembelajaran keterampilan tertentu. Beberapa program pelatihan yang lakukan yaitu pelatihan fotografi dan pemasaran produk berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

The digestive system in humans is one of the vital organs of the body so that the health of the digestive system is very important to maintain. As a result, disseminating information regarding the diagnosis of human digestive disorders is critical in order to determine the sorts of diseases encountered by patients early on. The goal of this study is to design an application that uses an expert system and fuzzy logic to diagnose human digestive illnesses. This expert system can assist in the diagnosis of human digestive disorders and assist doctors in the diagnosis of human digestive diseases in patients. This expert system application uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for system development and uses the fuzzy logic approach to determine the severity of human digestive illnesses. Whereas, the Forward Chaining method is used for the tracing process that starts from the symptoms of the disease to produce answers to the types of human digestive diseases in the expert system. This research produces an expert system for diagnosing human digestive diseases based on the symptoms found using the fuzzy logic method.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has created significant opportunities in the field of education, particularly in the development of interactive learning media. This research aims to design and develop an interactive learning application based on Adobe Animate to support the teaching of Moral Ethics at Metta Maitreya School. The development method employed in this study is the waterfall model, which encompasses stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application is designed to provide a more engaging and interactive learning experience for first-grade elementary students, featuring digital materials, interactive quizzes, and educational games. Testing is conducted using black box testing methods to ensure that each function operates effectively. Additionally, the effectiveness of the application is evaluated through questionnaires distributed to teachers. The results of the testing and evaluation indicate that this application is effective in enhancing students' understanding of Moral Ethics concepts. With an average user satisfaction score of 93.4%, the application is regarded as user-friendly, engaging, and capable of increasing student interaction during learning. In conclusion, this application represents an innovative solution to support technology-based teaching methods, particularly in the area of Moral Ethics education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Intravenous infusion training requires precise hand positioning and coordinated movements; however, conventional training approaches remain subjective and lack consistent real-time feedback. Moreover, existing augmented reality (AR)-based systems are largely limited to visualization and do not provide intelligent, automated skill evaluation. To address this gap, this study proposes an integrated hand pose classification framework that combines MediaPipe-based landmark extraction, CNN-LSTM spatio-temporal modeling, and AR-based feedback for real-time procedural learning. The novelty of this work lies in the seamless integration of lightweight feature representation, hybrid deep learning, and interactive AR feedback within a unified learning system. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves high classification performance, with an accuracy of 94.82% and an AUC of approximately 0.97, indicating strong discriminative capability. The system also operates in real time with low latency, enabling immediate feedback and adaptive learning. This study contributes theoretically to spatio-temporal gesture modeling and practically to the development of intelligent AR-based training systems. The proposed framework offers a scalable and objective solution for improving procedural accuracy, consistency, and accessibility in medical education.
