Abstract

The research was conducted at retail banking in order to determine significant differences the average number of customers and the average waiting time in the system and the queue of Split Decision System. As well as the significance and probability of no customers in the system utilization teller services from Split Decision Systems at retail banking. The elected locations for sample were Bank Mandiri Ahmad Yani Branch and Bank Central Asia Sudirman Branch in Pekanbaru. Data was collected with a probability sampling technique by random sampling, so the data were taken at random in the queuing system is running at 10:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:00 hours on weekdays based on observations. Observation is by observing and measuring the amount of the average customer arrival (x) and the average number of customers served (μ) in a period of time (hours) in the queuing system. The results of the test sample t test showed that there were significant differences in the average number of customers and the utility both in the system and in the queue of Split Decision System. This is indicated the t value is smaller than the table t, and no significant difference on average waiting time and the probability of no customers in both the system and the queue of Split Decision System. This is indicated the t value greater t table is obtained, and for the number of teller enabled to obtain the optimal cost is 7 teller’s for a transaction < 25 million and 4 teller’s for a transaction > 25 million in the Mandiri Bank..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis influence of leadership style and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on the job satisfaction employees at pt. oriental primasinergi engineering pekanbaru . The population in this study were all employees totaling 161 employees and 62 employees were sampled by using the formula slovin, using instrumental testing the validity, reliability and classic assumption test. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultane ous regression test (F-test) showed that the variables of orleadership style and organizational commitment simultaneously significant effecton job satisfaction employees. And the results of the partial test (t test) showed that the variables of leadership style and organizational commitment partially significant effect on job satisfaction employees. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,453, which means, leadership style and organizational commitment affect the job satisfaction employees amounted to 45,3 %, while the remaining 54,7 % is influenced by other variables that no tex amined in this study.Keywords : Leadership Style, Organizational Commitmen, Job Satisfaction Employees.

Abstract

One of the means used to create employee loyalty to the company is compensated. Compensation is a form of payment or compensation granted to employees and arising out of employment of employees. In addition to compensation, another factor to consider is the physical working environment of the company, because it is very influential on the level of employee loyalty. This study was conducted to see the effect of compensation and the physical work environment on employee loyalty at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa Kebun Banjar Balam Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were 130 employees of a day laborer remain registered in the PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa Kebun Banjar Balam Indragiri Hulu. While the sample is taken by using Slovin formula which amounts to 98 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire that is then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the employee has a pretty good level of loyalty to the company. This is because the employees feel that the compensation they received were quite satisfactory and working environment workplace is good enough. The results of the test to get the result that compensation and working conditions simultaneously and partially significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa Kebun Banjar Balam Indragiri Hulu with the effect of 63,5%.

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Organizational Culture variable and Compensation by simultan and partial to the Employees performance at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu. In this research there are 135 sample from the total employees at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 18. From the result examination double linear regresion analyze, which have been simultan test (test F) indicated that Organizational Culture and Compensation variable have been significant effect to the employees performance. Result of partial test (test T), indicating that Organizational Culture variable more dominant have a significant effect to the employees performance. And the Compensation variable also have a significant effect to the emloyees performance at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Compensation and Employees Performance.

Abstract

Construction worker is a high risk profession of work load. Work load that receive by the worker is beyond their ability so it can cause fatigue. Work load condition and fatigue is needed to know in order to be determined how to cope overload workload and how to prevent it. This research aims to determine physical workload level and ergonomic fatigue of employees in PT. Berkat Karunia Phala Duri. Physical workload measured by caloric needs and work fatigue is measured based on subjective fatigue measurements. The method of analysis used is descriptif analysis. Samples is taken by accidental sampling by using the slovin formula so that there are 50 respondents. From the result of research that has been done can be concluded that physical work load experienced by employees are in the middle category physical work load. While fatigue work experienced by employees are in the low category fatigue work.Keywords : physical work load, fatigue work, and ergonomic

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect caused by variable Qulity Service Layout consisting of Ambient Condition (with respect to environmental conditions). Spatial Layout and Functional (spacious layout and function) and signs / symbols and Artefact (signs / symbols and artifacts). The population of this study amounted to 31 548, while the return of the sample using accidental sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 100 people. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, simultaneous analysis and partial. The results show that the Partial Simultaneous and Ambient Condition, Functional and Spatial Layout and sign / symbol and artefact effect on Humanistic Effect on General Hospital Nusalima Pekanbaru, and ambient condition has the most dominant influence on the humanistic effect on General Hospital Nusalima Pekanbaru.Keywords : Quality Service Layout. Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of internal partnership and external partnership on competitive advantage at PT. Servitama Internusa. The population in this study covers all employees of PT. Servitama Internusa as well as consumers and suppliers who cooperate with the company. The type of data used in this study is the primary data sourced from the results of questionnaires and secondary data sourced from books, reports, and journals as instruments to prove the results of research, and to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS. The result of research shows that: 1) there is positive and significant influence of internal partnership to competitive advantage. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of external partnership on competitive advantage. 3) Internal partnership and External partnership simultaneously have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage at PT. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture and work simultaneosly on employee performance PT. Bank Riau Kepri Capem Duri Riau, and to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance partially.Variable in this study is thr work environment, organization culture and performance and while the population is all employees in PT. Bank Riau Kepri Capem Duri amounted to 35 people. The sampling method the author uses census, all the population be the sample. In this study the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression models. Regression methods can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent variable.The first hypothesis test result indicate that the work environment affect the performance of the employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Capem Duri. The second hypotesis testresults show thatr the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Capem Duri. F test results have a relationship with the dependent variable.that is variabler work environment and organizational culture and simultaneously and significant influence on employee performance at PT. The Performance which not yet adequate represent a problems which often faced by company in its effort to increase advantage to reach. Abstract

Inventory is one of the most expensive and important asset to a company both service companies and trading companies. Companies must focus on controlling inventory because the inventory is one part that absorbs the greatest investment. The purpose of this study is to determine control of raw materials by using ABC analysis on PT Besmindo Andalas Semesta. Using the Pareto principle, “the critical few and the trivial many”. The idea is to focus on inventory control to inventory items high value to low-value inventory.This study indicates that inventories are classified in category A have a percentage amount of inventory by 8.3% with the percentage value of 42.42%, category B have a total percentage of inventories amounted to 32.94% with the percentage value of 31.88%, category C has a number inventory percentage of 59.83% with a percentage value of 24.64%. So it can be concluded that the raw of materials in category A has a small amount with the absorption of large capital therefore the raw of materials in the development of category A should get more attention and kept well in comparison to the raw of material categories B and C.Keyword: Inventory Control, ABC Analisys
