Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowThe Effect of Product Innovation and Market Orientation on Competitive Advantage and Company Performance in the Small and Medium Furniture Industry in the city of Pekanbaru. In this study consists of four variables. Those variables areProduct Innovation (X1) Market Orientation (X2) on Competitive Advantage (Y1) and Company Performance (Y2). The data analysis method uses the Quantitative Descriptive method with the Path Analysis tool, with the help of using a statistical application, namely SPSS version 23. The results show that: 1) Product innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage. 2) Product innovation has a significant effect on company performance. 3) Market orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage. 4) Market orientation has a significant effect on company performance. 5)Competitive advantage has a significant effect on company performance. 6) Product innovation has a significant effect on company performance through competitive advantage. 7) Market orientation has a significant effect on company performance through competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja mental dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Henson Alfa Gros. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 72 karyawan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja mental berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p < 0,05), sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja fisik tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan (p > 0,05). Uji F menyatakan bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p < 0,05), dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 15,3%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya manajemen operasional dalam mengelola beban kerja mental karyawan secara proporsional guna menciptakan kinerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan agar perusahaan meningkatkan sistem insentif dan distribusi kerja yang adil sebagai upaya strategis dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia.
