MOBA is a popular genre that requires teamwork to achieve victory. A close and tight match is what make MOBA fun to play and increase its user satisfaction, but some factor may ruin the matchmaking and create unbalanced match between the two team. Those problems factors are high latency, players with bad attitude, and players doing unfamiliar role. We use DOTA 2 as our case study. Then we compare the DOTA 2 matchmaking system in other sector to make comparison. Lastly, we discuss about solution to solve MOBA matchmaking problem such as displaying live information about online players, players searching for games, servers online and ETA for gaming to start. In addition, we proposed new variable to be considered in the matchmaking system, which are Preferences Role, player’s chosen preferences role will be considered while the system set up the game to minimize the number of unbalanced games in MOBA.

Teaching administration is a teacher's needs that are recorded or recorded into files stored by the school curriculum section. Teaching administration is in the form of lesson plans per semester made by the teacher to be applied based on the planned subject matter. Archiving of learning outcomes data and teaching materials is often ignored so that teachers do not provide subject matter according to the study plan and evaluation of learning outcomes is not satisfactory. In addition, the teacher administration file is a need for school accreditation which is a benchmark for the education office's assessment, which is a serious concern for schools in making reports in their work units. To reduce administrative errors, loss of data and the effectiveness of teaching services and assist teachers in managing lesson plans and evaluating learning outcomes, a tool that is able to provide solutions is needed. Near Field Communication, abbreviated as NFC, is a development tool for Bluetooth and RFID. NFC allows the phone to store important data securely and sent to other phones equipped with NFC or read by an NFC reader. In addition, this NFC allows mobile phones to be developed for the administration of school payments as well as giving class schedules to students. In this study, a teaching administration system based on Near Field Communication (NFC) has been developed using the Raspberry Pi as a microcontroller as well as a computer capable of applying web-based programs. Electronic teaching administration with NFC is expected to replace conventional teaching administration. The advantages of NFC-based E-Teach are that it takes a short time to use, does not depend on internet access and is easy in delivering teacher administration to those in need. Study plan data processing and evaluation of student learning outcomes are faster, more accurate and integrated with the management of education providers.

Sistem Informasi Pendataan Green Folder adalah sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk mencatat atau mendata proses pengumpulan folder anak untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan akibat human error dan kerusakan instrumen catat yang bersifat konvensional. Metode yang digunakan dalam rancangan penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode analisa berorientasi objek dan metode perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan UML. Diagram-diagram UML membantu proses perancangan menjadi lebih dimengerti oleh pengembang sistem. Dengan adanya rancangan program ini dapat membantu pekerjaan guru-guru menjadi lebih efektif, tersusunnya data dengan lebih rapi dan meminimalisir terjadinya kekeliruan data ataupun kehilangan data. The impact of the corona virus disease-19 has caused many companies to close and workers to be laid off. This also has an impact on the decline in economic growth and the level of welfare of the population in the affected areas. The need for labor management is an urgent and serious matter. The creation of the e-PTJOB application is a breakthrough to deal with this problem. This part-time job seeker application is made with a link and match model where job seekers are met with job seekers based on the needs or requests of job seekers who are not limited by education level. Jobs given by job seekers are temporary with payment based on duration of time, meanwhile prospective workers can choose work categories based on location, level of education and work to be done. The e-PTJOB application begins with registration of job seekers and job seekers where each actor provides data according to his capacity. Furthermore, job seekers will make a deposit on the application via transfer of a nominal amount that will be used to pay workers according to job criteria and work duration. Workers who have already done work will get paid according to the job offer. This e-PTJOB application will assist the government in dealing with cases of unemployment of productive age which are not limited by education level as well as increase the income level of the population in the region

Perguruan tinggi menjadi inkubator pengembangan ilmu yang akan di terapkan pada masyarakat sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang menjadi kompetensinya. Pada proses pembekalan ilmu kepada mahasiswa,seringkali terdapat kendala baik pada proses pembelajaran di kampus maupun proses transfer ilmu pada masyarakat. Sementara itu,peran dosen pembimbing akademik adalah memberikan masukan berupa ilmu yang telah diajarkan untuk membantu mahasiswa agar dapat menyelesaikan studinya di kampus maupun persoalan ilmu terapan pada masyarakat. Sejalan dengan itu maka dibutuhkan solusi untuk menjawab pertanyaan para mahasiswa dengan segera. Untuk menjembatani kebutuhan mahasiswa dengan dosen jurusan yang memiliki kesibukan akademik maka dibutuhkan aplikasi konsultasi bagi mahasiswa. Perancangan web ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan mahasiswa dan membangun motivasi belajar mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan pendidikannya tepat waktu meskipun terpisah ruang dan waktu. Selain itu,web konsultasi akademik dapat membantu pelayanan dosen menjadi maksimal, mahasiswa lebih termotivasi untuk menyelesaikan kuliahnya dan mengurangi tingkat kegagalan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan kuliahnya.

Sistem Informasi yang taerdapat pada perusahaan memiliki pengaruh besar dalam kemajuan perusahaan maupun instansi lainnya. Sistem informasi ini berkontribusi sebagai supplier sekaligus pengolah yang menghasilkan keluaran berupa data penting sebagai bahan kajian maupun analisis yang terusdiproses untuk menghasilkan sesuatu yang berkualitas. Misalnya,informasi penjualan,produksi dan bahan yang berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Oleh karna itu, keamanan informasi Virtual Private Server atau VPS pada database dan aplikasi penting perusahaan yang berisi data dan aplikasi untuk customer atauclient menjadi sangat penting untuk dipelajari dan selalu dikembangkan agar system informasi tetap terjamin. Model penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dimana aplikasi SQLMap dan Shell.php digunakan sebagai alat untuk pencobaan penetrasi website yang selanjutnya akan diteruskan sampai pembobolan VPS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis celah sekuritasVPS dan website yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pembobol atau hacker untuk melakukan tindakan yang bersifat merusak atau tindak pencurian data. Penelitian ini diawali dengan analisis yang akan digunakan sebagai acuan atau parameter dalam pengamanan server oleh developer maupun security tester. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah identifikasi permasalahan utama yang menjadi kendala perusahaan dalam mengamankan website dan VPS, celah keamanan yang teridentifikasi, langkah-langkah pengamanan serta dampak yang ada oleh karena pengamanan dan tanpa pengamanan

This study aims to improve the entrepreneurial character of STMIC Kuwera students with the knowledge management method. The application of knowledge management with an emphasis on strengthening the character of web-based entrepreneurs is expected to be a solution for the character education needs of STMIC Kuwera students to open up job opportunities for the business world by using technology according to their fields. This research will develop a knowledge management system model and design a prototype of the model developed on entrepreneurial character to be packaged as teaching materials for teachers for students. The methodology used is to perform a contingency factor analysis to obtain the knowledge management system model. The resulting knowledge management system model supports the Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI) process.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi berperan dalam peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan yang mengacu kepada peradaban modern. Institusi Pendidikan harus berupaya menselaraskan teknologi Pendidikan ke dalam visi dan misi institusi agar hasil lulusan dapat terserap ke dalam pangsa pasar yang berbasis teknologi. Hal ini menjadi dasar adanya perubahan kurikulum ke arah digitalisasi dengan kendaraan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Perkembangan Teknologi yang pesat harus menjadi perhatian serius bagi dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi untuk mendukung society 5.0. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan peran teknologi informasi, peraturan, fasilitas dan infrastruktur, regulasi dan manajemen sebagai kebutuhan dasar yang harus terpenuhi dalam Perguruan tinggi menggunakan value chain. Selanjutnya,sektor riil sebagai tujuan penyedia lapangan kerja pada dunia usaha dan dunia industry memiliki model rekruitmen yang berbasis teknologi sebagai jaminan dalam menerima karyawan karna adanya persaingan sumberdaya manusia yang mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Strategi Link and match berbasis teknologi menjadi penunjang keberhasilan perguruan tinggi dalam menyalurkan lulusan siap kerja pada era Society 5.0
