Abstract

MTs Al Ghazaly Bogor is a junior high school education institution located in Bogor City. To manage academic values, the school has been using manual methods and has no information system. As a result, value-processing processes often experience obstacles, especially for absent recap process, value inputs from study teachers, value-processing by classmates and reporting to principals. One way that can be done is to design a web-based academic value processing information system that will help teachers improve their performance. This research aims to design a web based academic value processing information system that will be implemented at MTs Al Ghazaly Bogor. Software system development is made using the waterfall method. The results of the study can be used to help teachers' performance and facilitate students access the academic final report based on the website.

Abstract

New Student Admission Data Management (PPDB) Cakrawala Bojonggede Vocational School Bogor is currently still using a manual system in which prospective students are required to come directly to school and meet face to face with employees to register new students. The use of a manual system that has been implemented has not been effective for the PPDB committee, especially for parents who are busy and want to enroll their children in vocational level schools such as the Cakrawala Bojonggede Vocational School in Bogor. Student acceptance website not only acts as a media of information but also to expand the area of educational development in order to reach registrants who are in the distance to get information about this school and visitors will get information on school activities without having to come directly to the school so that it makes it easier for prospective registrants or committees. The new online student acceptance website is created with the waterfall development method, and uses the PHP Codeigniter Programming Language and MySQL, so that the site display becomes more interactive, and makes it easy for servers to process data and new information quickly on the acceptance of new students.

Abstract

The diagnosis of diarrhea and dysentery diseases, is felt to be almost the same and there is no difference. Diarrhea is a disease that is still common in childhood and even becomes one of the many diseases that cause death in children. Dysentery is a digestive system disorder that occurs due to inflammation of the large intestine which is characterized by abdominal pain and defecation repeatedly and causes the sufferer to lose a lot of fluids. The initial symptoms before consultation with a doctor can be overcome by an expert system that can make conclusions and drug solutions that must be consumed to alleviate them so as to prevent death as well as a fatal result of diarrhea and dysentery. Data collection was carried out with observations from several previous journals relating to the expert system regarding diarrhea and dysentery. While the development method uses RAD (Rapid Application Development). The data analysis method uses forward chaining, which is continuous sequence (asking for symptoms and then concluding). The design uses several UML diagrams including use case and sequence diagrams and use ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) too. This research is expected to provide appropriate early treatment for children affected by dysentery or diarrhea. For further research, it is hoped that the process of adding a history of diarrhea and dysentery to all patients.

Abstract

The covid19 pandemic has resulted in teaching and learning activities to be carried out online using video conferencing. This study aims to determine the acceptance of video conferencing technology in the teaching and learning process. The research method uses TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). TAM is a model used to measure the extent to which the level of user acceptance of technology, especially information technology. The results showed that the online learning system using video conferencing could be accepted by students as a solution for distance learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat. Salah satu cara untuk melaksanakan tridharma perguruan tinggi adalah dengan melakukan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Pemerintaham Desa Kota Batu berada di Jalan Melati Desa Kota Batu Kecamatan Ciomas Bogor. Saat ini mitra memiliki kemampuan terbatas dalam memahami Microsoft Excel dan belum memiliki keahlian dalam pengolahan angka serta membuat laporan keuangan dengan Microsoft Excel. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa pelatihan yang bertujuan agar staff pemerintahan desa mempunya kemampuan untuk memahami Microsoft Excel, memahami fungsi dan dapat mengolah angka serta membuat laporan keuangan sederhana dengan Microsoft Excell. Luaran kegiatan akan ada dalam bentuk publikasi pada media massa nasional dan dokumentasi kegiatan dalam bentuk foto dan video kegiatan. Abstract

MSMEs are business actors who support economic growth and create new jobs for the community. Currently, many business actors use online shopping applications to market their products. One of the reasons is because now many buyers are switching to online shopping. There are many types of online shopping applications. However, research needs to be done to choose the right online shopping application to market their products so that they are right on target and can increase sales turnover. The AHP Topsis method is used to assist the decision making process. AHP is used to calculate comparison values and create a hierarchical structure, while topsis helps in the decision-making process based on the criteria and alternatives offered. The results showed that the final preference value was 0.51 for attractive promotions and the number of active users of the application. Then the alternative applications that can be used are the Shopee and Tokopedia shopping applications based on the five alternatives offered.

The government implements learning with a new paradigm called the independent curriculum. The government gives flexibility to schools to choose three implementation paths, namely Independent Learning, Independent Change and Independent Sharing. However, schools have difficulties in determining the appropriate model. This study aims to help schools decide on the most ideal independent curriculum implementation model to be implemented in schools. The research method uses TOPSIS, which is a decision support method that can help solve multi-criteria problems by providing results that are closest to the ideal. The results of the study show that respondents chose the Independent Changing path for the implementation of an independent curriculum in educational units by considering the readiness of educational units, the availability of information technology and the teacher's desire to change

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, a natural disaster caused many people to lose their homes, damage to public facilities and infrastructure, and the breakdown of transportation links connecting villagers, especially in 3 districts, namely Sukajaya, Nanggung, and Cigudeg. As a result of the disaster, many villages are isolated, and residents need a lot of logistical support to meet their needs. To overcome these problems, we need a system that can help the government and volunteers interested in the decision-making process so that assistance for victims of natural disasters can be right on target and by the urgency of basic needs and logistics needed. Decision support systems using the TOPSIS method are used to solve multicriteria problems by offering various alternative solutions to solve problems. The results obtained a final preference value of 0.68 from C3 criteria to prioritize residents with closed transportation access to channel disaster relief funds for victims of natural disasters in Bogor Regency.
