Abstract

Independent Teaching Platform is an application launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology aimed at teachers in the framework of adaptation to the independent curriculum. This application must be used by teachers to share information, good practices, aspiration videos and learning resources. The Merdeka Mengajar Platform is an application launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology aimed at teachers in the framework of adaptation to the independent curriculum. This application must be used by teachers to share information, good practices, aspiration videos and learning resources. However, the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has not been fully accepted by teachers because not all teachers have the ability to access information technology, inadequate infrastructure, difficulty accessing and lack of motivation in learning the new paradigm so that they enter into using the old paradigm in the learning process in class. This study uses the TOPSIS method, which is a multi-criteria method used to find the most ideal preference value in the decision-making process. The results of the study obtained a score of 8.35 for the Readiness of the Education Unit, which means that the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform in its implementation requires the readiness of the Education unit which consists of the Principal, Learning Committee and Teachers

Abstract

During the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020, many sectors were affected, one of which was the economic sector. Kotabatu Village, Ciobas District, Bogor Regency is a village that has been affected by social impacts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many people are forced to lose their jobs. Therefore, the Government provides cash social assistance. But the problem is that the provision of funds must be right on target only for the people who are affected. So that a decision support system is needed to determine the right policy. In this study, the TOPSIS method will be used as the best method for preference values and will be tested on 133 population samples. The results of the research conducted on the sample obtained a final score of 0.65, namely people who lost their jobs. So the provision of assistance can prioritize people who have lost their jobs in order to get help due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises have contributed to gross domestic product and help support the people's economy. However, there are many challenges in the era of digital transformation so that MSMEs must innovate so that their products can be accepted by the market more widely. This study aims to help MSMEs increase their sales by carrying out digital transformation through a website-based sales information system equipped with a chatboot facility based on natural language processing. The goal is to provide a different experience for customers in shopping online and convenience for MSMEs in providing customer service satisfaction. The implementation of artificial intelligence based on natural language processing is expected to help micro, small and medium enterprises in expanding the market, increasing sales and providing a different experience in shopping.

Abstract

The development of information technology changes the way customers view shopping. Currently, customers are more likely to make online shopping transactions through the marketplace. Significantly increased internet penetration, ease of transactions, seller reputation, speed of service, ease of access are factors that support customers in making shopping transactions in the marketplace. However, customers need to decide wisely before making a shopping transaction so that the products obtained are in accordance with expectations. This study uses the TOPSIS method, a method in the decision-making process to choose an ideal solution based on the criteria offered. The results of the study obtained a result of 0.85 for product reviews as an alternative preference in shopping online through the marketplace.

Abstract

Abstract

Heart disease is a major global health issue, highlighting the need for early and accurate prediction to reduce complications and improve patient outcomes. The Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) is a widely used method for heart disease prediction, but its performance relies heavily on proper hyperparameter selection, including neuron count, activation function, optimizer, and batch size. This study analyzed the impact of hyperparameter optimization on BPNN performance. A standard BPNN model was compared with an optimized version, where key hyperparameters were fine-tuned to enhance predictive accuracy and stability. Both models were trained and tested on the same dataset, and their performance was evaluated using Accuracy, Precision, Recall, Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Error (MAE). The results show that the optimized model achieves a slightly better accuracy (99.11% vs. 99.09%) and lower error rates (MSE and MAE of 0.0089 vs. 0.0091). It also demonstrates higher precision, reflecting an improved capability in correctly identifying heart disease cases. Although the performance gap was small, the optimized model showed a more balanced and consistent outcome. These findings highlight the importance of hyperparameter tuning for improving neural network models for medical prediction. This study contributes to the development of more accurate and reliable AI tools for the early diagnosis of heart disease. Future studies may apply advanced optimization techniques, such as Bayesian Optimization or Genetic Algorithms, and use larger and more diverse datasets to enhance model generalization.
