Abstract

Abstract  - More online transactions are increasing, causing some new technology in the financial sector, one of which is e-wallet. There are 38 recorded e-wallets in Indonesia that have been licensed by Bank Indonesia, one of which is OVO. As the second most popular e-wallet in Indonesia OVO continues to innovate to increase the use of OVO. This study discusses the great benefits, benefits of using and promoting the decision to use OVO e-wallet by the people in Depok. This research method is quantitative descriptive, with 100 respondents using convenience sampling method. Data processing uses multiple linear analysis. This study produced significant and significant conclusions both partially and simultaneously between the variables of expediency, ease of use and promotion of the decision to use the OVO e-wallet. Keywords : expediency, ease of use, promotion, decision on use, e-wallet

Abstract

Javasbabyboo merupakan salah satu usaha jasa penyewaan mainan yang terletak di Kebumen Jawa Tengah. Sasaran pelanggan dari Javasbabyboo saat ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai anak di bawah 5 tahun anak balita, yang mau berhemat, tidak sempat meluangkan waktu untuk memperhatikan perawatan mainan dalam jangka panjang, tidak mempunyai tempat penyimpanan khusus mainan, dan  ingin memberikan variasi permainan kepada anak. Selama pandemi ini omset Javasbabyboo cenderung menurun, hal inilah yang menjadi alasan pada penelitian ini sehingga diharapkan akan mendapatkan strategi bisnis yang baru dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) sebagai alat bantunya. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer pada 34 responden dari pelanggan Javasbabybo yang dipilih secara purposive serta data sekunder berupa laporan operasional tahun 2018 – 2020. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasi Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang sedang berjalan, kemudian menganalisa Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) dan yang terakhir menentukan BMC perbaikan berdasarkan analisa dari BMC yang sedang berjalan dan analisis SWOT. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa BMC yang sedang berjalan sudah cukup baik, tetapi perlu adanya penambahan item pada BMC perbaikan. Penambahan item tersebut terletak pada produk baru yang disewakan dan diadakan yaitu perlengkapan ibu menyusui dan kreasi event kompetisi permainan untuk anak balita pada value proposition. Penambahan tersebut tentunya berpengaruh pada elemen-elemen yang lain sehingga pada akhirnya akan penambahan sumber penghasilan yaitu disamping dari penyewaan mainan juga dari penyewaan perlengkapan ibu menyusui dan pendaftaran event kompetisi permainan anak balita. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah adanya BMC yang sedang berjalan disertai analisa SWOT yang tajam menghasilkan BMC perbaikan yang dapat digunakan oleh pemilik Javasbabyboo sebagai pedoman dalam menentukan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dari usaha ini. Javasbabyboo is a toy rental service business located in Kebumen, Central Java. The current target customers of Javasbabyboo are mothers who have children under 5 years old, who want to save money, don't have time to pay attention to toy care in the long term, don't have a special toy storage area, and want to provide a variety of games for children. During this pandemic, the turnover of Javasbabyboo tends to decrease, this is the reason for this research so that it is hoped that it will get a new business strategy using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a tool. This research is included in qualitative research, using primary data on 34 respondents from Javasbabybo customers who were selected purposively as well as secondary data in the form of operational reports for 2018 - 2020. This research begins by identifying the ongoing Business Model Canvas (BMC), then analyzing the Strengths. , Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) and finally determine the BMC improvement based on the analysis of the ongoing BMC and SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the current BMC is quite good, but it is necessary to add items to the improvement BMC. The addition of these items lies in the new products that are rented and held, namely nursing mother equipment and the creation of game competition events for toddlers in the value proposition. These additions certainly affect other elements so that in the end there will be additional sources of income, apart from toy rental, also from rental of equipment for breastfeeding mothers and registration of toddler game competition events. The implication of this research is that there is an ongoing BMC accompanied by a sharp SWOT analysis resulting in improved BMC that can be used by Javasbabyboo owners as a guide in determining policies to increase income from this business..

Abstract

Pet Shop is very important existence for animal lovers because it provides all the needs of animals from food to pet health. Therefore, each petshop competes in competing to maintain it. This can be done by regularly competing with each other for the quality of service from the petshop. One that conducts periodic evaluations is Petshop Indonesia. This is deemed necessary because there are still complaints submitted to employees regarding Petshop Indonesia services. The purpose of this study is the attributes that must be improved and maintained and to find out how big the consumer satisfaction index is. While the research method used is quantitative research with the analytical methods used are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfied Index (CSI). The research results obtained are that there are six attributes that need to be improved. The six attributes are the availability of boxes and criticisms, employee submissions, speed of responding to customers, confidentiality of customer data, paying attention to suggestions and criticisms, and services that do not differentiate status. The CSI obtained is included in the satisfaction criteria. The new thing in this research is that there is no servqual evaluation research in a petshop using the IPA and CSI methods.

Abstract

Brand equity in reality illustrates the value of a brand from consumer perceptions and experiences of the brand. There are four main categories that make up brand equity, namely brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. Brand equity is used to determine the marketing strategy that a company will carry out. Therefore research is needed to collect data and analyze it. This research on Brand equity in Elzatta's hijab fashion product aims to analyze the elements of Brand equity so that it is expected to contribute data to create a marketing strategy for the brand. The results showed that brand awareness was really at the top of mind. Meanwhile, the three impressions of the Elzatta brand association are quality fabric, good design / design and providing comfort to the wearer. The brand quality felt by Elzatta shows that most of the attributes of Elzatta's hijab fashion products have achieved high performance. Only for the attributes of the thickness of the material and the price it is necessary to increase and improve its performance. On brand loyalty, Elzatta obtained data on consumers who buy because the price is more than consumers who buy out of habit. This is an accident that consumers will switch brands from rising prices. As for consumers who buy because satisfaction is the most, this of course will affect consumer loyalty

Abstract

The Tajur Halang SME Forum is an organization that consists of business operators who reside in the Tajur Halang District of Bogor Regency.These operators face challenges in marketing their products, introducing them to customers, and securing business capital for ongoing operations.The aim of this community service is to offer training in digital marketing, social media utilization for product marketing, and accessible methods for acquiring business capital.The approach involves a series of training sessions that start with group forum discussions, a situational analysis of the partners, pre-tests, main training activities, and post-tests.The results of these activities show an improvement in the partners' knowledge, skills, and abilities in digital marketing, using Instagram for branding and brand awareness, managing engagement, and accessing business capital

Abstract

The Salimah Sisterhood is an organization whose members are mostly MSME owners in Bojong Gede District, Bogor Regency. The obstacle encountered by partners is a lack of knowledge and skills in making financial reports, so that profit and loss calculations are only based on rough calculations. The aim of this community service is to provide training in making simple financial reports using an accounting application in the form of Microsoft Excel, which is easy to use. The community service method is carried out in the form of training, starting with group discussion forums, partner situation analysis, pretests, main training activities, and posttests. The results of this community service activity show that there has been an increase in the knowledge, skills, and abilities of partners in preparing their financial reports.

Abstract

Shopee adalah marketplace jual beli online yang diminati masyarakat. Fitur Shopee PayLater merupakan layanan pinjaman onine tanpa kartu kredit yang memungkinkan konsumen membayar transaksi di kemudian hari, baik dengan mencicil atau sekali bayar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah data primer yang merupakan data diperoleh langsung dari responden dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan Shopee PayLater di Kota Depok. Variabel Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan Shopee PayLater di Kota Depok. Variabel keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan Shopee PayLater di Kota Depok. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda melalui uji F variabel kepercayaan, kemudahan, dan keamanan secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan Shopee PayLater di Kota Depok.

Abstract

The Energy sector is one of the sectors in the Indonesian economy and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 86 companies listed on the IDX. The sample is to 7 companies. The purpose of the study was to determine the Financial Performance Analysis of Energy sector companies listed on IDX for the period 2013-2022 using Economic Value Added (EVA). Based on calculations, EVA ADRO negative results (EVA<0) in 2013-2015 and 2020, positive EVA (EVA>0) in 2016-2019 and 2021-2022. AKRA's EVA from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA HRUM in 2014-2015 was negative (EVA <0), in 2016-2023 EVA was positive (EVA>0). EVA ITMG from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA MEDC in 2013-2021 is negative (EVA <0) and 2022 is positive (EVA>0). PGAS EVA in 2013-2014 was positive (EVA>0) and 2015-2023 was negative (EVA<0). PTBA's EVA from 2013-2022 are all positive (EVA>0). EVA>0 indicates the rate of return generated from company is greater than the cost of capital or it has succeeded in creating added value in that year. EVA<0 indicates the company's value has decreased or decreased where the rate of return is lower than the cost of capital it means fails to create the added value demanded by investors.

Abstract

Masyarakat adat Kasepuhan Cipta Gelar, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Adalah masyarakat adat yang masih mempertahankan pola hidup tradisionalnya yang kaya akan kearifan lokal dalam pengelolaan tanah, pertanian, dan sumber daya air. Namun penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular perlu disempurnakan lebih lanjut, seperti prinsip repair dan recovery pada penggunaan tanah dan sistem pertanian, serta prinsip recycle pada pengolahan air. Oleh karena itu, perlu peran Perguruan Tinggi untuk memberikan penyuluhan akan pentingnya hal itu. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan ada antusias pada masyarakat Kasepuhan Cipta Gelar untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular, terutama pada pengelolaan tanah dan pertanian. Masyarakat menggunakan polikultur, pupuk organik, dan bibit turun-temurun untuk menjaga kesuburan tanah dan meminimalisir limbah pertanian. Selain itu, air dimanfaatkan secara efisien, termasuk penggunaannya sebagai sumber energi listrik melalui PLTA dengan menggunakan turbin. Sehingga kedepannya, masyarakat adat Kasepuhan Cipta Gelar dapat dijadikan contoh bagi masyarakat lain dalam menerapkan konsep ekonomi sirkular. Keberhasilan mereka dalam memanfaatkan kearifan lokal untuk mencapai keberlanjutan lingkungan dan ekonomi regional merupakan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan model ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk is a domestic and international airline with low fares but has a variety of attractive offers and services. This study aims to find out and compare receivables turnover at PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk against Return On Assets. The research method used is quantitative analysis, processed using statistics to draw general conclusions. The hypothesis in this study is that accounts receivable turnover (X) has a positive effect on return on assets (Y). The data used is secondary data obtained in the form of financial reports received from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.co.id. Furthermore, the data is processed using classical assumption test data analysis, hypothesis, simple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS Ver. software. 22. The output of the SPSS conclusion results that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Then, from the test results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that accounts receivable turnover has significantly reduced the return on assets by 41.5%. Thus, it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence on Return On Assets (X) at PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk.
