Abstract

Data security issues become very important when the computer has been used as a communication tool on a global network (internet). One method that is quite popular for securing data from irresponsible parties is text-based steganography, where confidential data or information is hidden or inserted into other text media so as not to arouse suspicion from other parties. The text insertion model used is a dictionary based on 1,918 words consisting of 7-word classes that correspond to sentence patterns in Indonesian. In this study, confidential information in the form of text was successfully disguised into sentence patterns in Indonesian. For input data whose bit length is 8 the average output bit length is 20%, for the input bit length of 80 the average output bit length is 79.16%, and for the input bit length of 640 bits, the average output bit length is 95.24%. The meaning of the sentence is not fully understood.

Abstract

Document interception is the most feared thing by communication network users at this time. Currently, documents are very easy to be stolen, because the level of security of the document itself is often forgotten so that advanced security is needed in securing the document. One of the documents that will be secured is a PDF (Portable Document Format) file because the advantage is that it can be opened on any computer or even a smartphone without any changes to the data or contents. However, since the conversion from PDF to Word, many files have been manipulated so that PDF is very important to be safe. The increase in data theft, data piracy, and misuse of the data resulted in losses for the owner of the data, information, and documents. Cryptography is a good solution in securing data, cryptography has two techniques, namely encryption, and decryption where encryption is to change the data to be not understood while decryption returns the original data. There are many cryptographic algorithms such as Rijndael, Serpent, Twofish, MARS, RC6, MRC6, RSA, and others, Rijndael algorithm supports key lengths of 128 bits, 192 bits, and 256 bits. Lock length and block size can be selected independently. The encryption and decryption tests were carried out using the Android platform with the implementation carried out on an image measuring 300 x 300 pixels. Rijndael algorithm has image encryption speed is 174% faster. So, it can be concluded that the Rijndael Algorithm has advantages in doing encryption and decryption very quickly and better.

Abstract

Diseases or disorders of the bones can occur due to various things. One of them is a broken bone caused by an accident. There are also bone abnormalities that occur due to infection, joint disorders, attitude errors, and physiological disorders. However, many people do not realize the early symptoms of the bone disease they are experiencing so that the disease becomes more severe. Moreover, people's knowledge is minimal about the bone disease. Therefore, an Expert System is needed which aims to diagnose diseases of human bones to help patients to get early treatment of the disease they are experiencing. To overcome the problems described above, one of them is by building an expert system. With the help of computer technology, this expert system is expected to help make it easier to diagnose the symptoms of bone disease. To diagnose bone disease, this expert system uses the Forward Chaining method by entering disease data and symptoms. So that this expert system can make it easier for users to get information about symptoms and bone diseases. So that it can help the community in finding suggestions and solutions for bone diseases.

Abstract

In civil service law knowledge, what distinguishes the status of one employee from another can be seen from the system of appointment to serve in public services. There are two types of employment status in Indonesia: civil servants, now known as State Civil Apparatus (ASN), and contract or honorary employees. Honorary staff is people who are appointed by staffing officers or other officials in the government to carry out certain tasks in government agencies. A Decision Support System (DSS) is a way of organizing information (involving the use of databases) that is intended to be used in making decisions. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method for solving a complex situation that is not structured into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by assigning a subjective value to the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority in influencing the outcome of the situation. With the help of a decision support system in managing the placement of temporary workers by implementing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), it can work well. The results of the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the placement of temporary workers with 6 criteria against 3 data samples were 0,546; 0.315 and 0.314 With the help of a decision support system in managing the placement of temporary workers by implementing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) it can work well. Abstract

The Decision Making Process for the Selection of the Best Police NCO Selection Decision Support System Using the SAW Method at the SPN North Sumatra is currently still being done manually. In Determining the Selection of National Police Officers Who Have Criteria for Education, Health, Personality, High IQ (Psychology), Psychological and Physical. Where In Selection There Are Still Often Some Candidates For Police Officers Who Are Received Not By What They Want. In Determining the Selection of Candidates for NCOs, the Police Can Use a Decision Support System. The Research Method Used Is The Simple Additive Weighting Method. The result of this research is to find out that education, health, personality, high IQ (psycho test), psychology, and body influence in determining the selection of police officers.

Abstract

Use of bandwidth for Internet access can be maximized by using a proxy server usage. One is the Squid proxy server. The use squid as the proxy server will need to consider the operating system on the server and not known his best performance on what operating system. The study was conducted to compare the Squid proxy server response time when compared to its use on Windows servers and Linux servers. The test is to undertake the implementation of squid proxy server on Windows servers and Linux servers. Then, from the client computer done accessing the Internet from each server using a web browser Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. For simplicity, this study uses a client with 10 times the test site access from the server. From the results of tests performed, we concluded that the application of the squid proxy server on a Linux server timenya better response from the Windows server. This is evidenced from the results of experiments showing changes in response time of the greatest site access is done from a Linux server.

Abstract

Implementasi Algoritma Backpropagation untuk memprediksi bakat siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bakat siswa dalam pemilihan jurusan perguruan tinggi pada SMA Negeri 2 Perbaungan menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan berbasis algoritma backpropagation. Program yang di gunakan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa program php dan Mysql. Membantu orangtua/wali siswa mengetahui bakat agar lebih mudah mengarahkan siswa memilih jurusan pada perguruan tinggi. Kerangka kerja penelitian, menguraikan analisis dari sistem yang akan dibangun atapun analisa dari metode algoritma ataupun teknik yang diterapkan dalam pembuatan sistem. Penerapan hasil Analisa dalam sebuah sistem berbentuk capture yang sedang dijalankan dan disertai dengan penjelasan dan penggunaan sistem serta hasil pengujian perangkat lunak. Pelatihan ataupun pembentukan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan yang perlu dilakukan pertama kali adalah inisialisasi bobot awal. Perancangan sistem yang diusulkan digambarkan dengan menggukan Unified Modelling Laguage (UML), Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram.

Abstract

Aspek penyadapan data merupakan hal yang paling dikhawatirkan oleh pengguna teknologi komputer pada saat ini. Rivest Code (RC) digunakan sebagai standar algoritma kriptografi yang terbaru. Algoritma sebelumnya dianggap tidak mampu lagi untuk menjawab tantangan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi yang sangat cepat. RC sendiri adalah algoritma kriptografi dengan menggunakan algoritma Ron Rivest yang dapat mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi blok data sepanjang 128 bit dengan panjang kunci 0 – 2040 bit. Pembangunan perangkat lunak ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi dan pengujian. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada perangkat lunak ialah proses enkripsi/deskripsi dan keamanan penyadapan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kerja pada proses enkripsi/deskripsi berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan keamanan pesan dari percobaan penyadapan yang dilakukan pada jalur transmisi yang dilalui.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penerapan jaringan saraf tiruan dengan penggunaan metode backpropagation yang berdasar pada 10 penyakit pasien dengan tingkat kematian tertinggi di Puskesmas Lubuk Pakam, yaitu DBD, TBC, bronkopneumonia, pneumonia, stroke, hipertensi, jantung koroner, demam tifoid, diare, dan asma dari bulan Juli hingga bulan Desember tahun 2017, 2018, dan 2019. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 58% sehingga penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi berapa persen kematian akan penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien serta dapat mengurangi kesalahan petugas dalam pendataan penyakit pasien.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu sistem yang interaktif, yang membantu pengambil keputusan melalui penggunaan data dan model-model keputusan untuk memecahkan masalah yang sifatnya semi terstruktur maupun yang tidak terstruktur. Technique For Others Reference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) merupakan suatu model pendukung keputusan dalam SPK, Model pendukung keputusan ini akan menguraikan masalah multi faktor atau multi kriteria yang kompleks menjadi suatu hirarki, hirarki didefinisikan sebagai suatu representasi dari sebuah permasalahan yang kompleks dalam suatu struktur multi level dimana level pertama adalah tujuan, yang diikuti level faktor, kriteria, sub kriteria, dan seterusnya ke bawah hingga level terakhir dari alternatif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemanfaatan Topsis sebagai model sistem pendukung keputusan menentukan kelompok tani yang berhak menerima bantuan dan dapat membantu pemerintahan desa kubah sentang dalam menentukan kelompok tani penanam padi yang berhak menerima bantuan dengan proses pembobotan multikriteria dan seleksi dengan lebih cepat, cermat dan lebih efektif.
