Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu UMKM gula aren di Desa Margosari agar memiliki lambang atau logo dalam meningkatkan identitas merek dengan sebuah pelatihan. Dengan demikian, logo UMKM ini akan memungkinkan masyarakat untuk mengenal produk mereka dengan lebih baik, dan baik dalam pemasaran tradisional maupun dalam pemasaran digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Gula Aren dilaksanakan di kediaman tokoh pengrajin gula aren. Cara yang digunakan pada program PkM ini dengan penyuluhan interaktif dimulai dengan penyampaian materi menyesuaikan kemampuan pemahaman peserta dan dilanjutkan dengan materi tanya jawab mengenai strategi pemasaran digital. Evaluasi dilakukan sebagai tahap akhir pengadian untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang sejauh mana peserta mampu memahami materi yang disampaikan, baik itu materi paparan maupun materi tanyajawab. Lalu dilanjut dengan pelatihan pembuatan logo. Pelatihan sering dianggap sebagai aktivitas yang paling umum dan para pimpinan mendukung adanya pelatihan karena melalui pelatihan, para pekerja akan menjadi lebih trampil dan karenanya akan lebih produktif. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan apresiasi yang baik dari pelaku pelaku UMKM gula aren Desa Margosari Kecamatan Limbangan Kabupaten Kendal. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan tersebut pelaku UMKM gula aren Desa Margosari mendapatkan pengetahuan tambahan tentang penggunakan logo untuk pemasaran. Pelaku UMKM menilai bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan harapannya dapat berkesinambungan agar dalam menjalankan usaha lebih tertata dan terstruktur. Perkembangan usaha lebih meningkat serta berdampak pada pendapatan laba yang meningkat.

Abstract

Multimedia content has now become an integral element in the digital industry which continues to grow rapidly. Due to technological advances and the widespread spread of the internet, the way people interact with digital content, such as video, audio, images, and all of them combined, has undergone significant changes. Multimedia content plays a key role in influencing consumer behavior, building brands and creating engaging user experiences. Although technological advances have enabled the production of better quality multimedia content, competitive challenges remain. Content producers need to continue to innovate to produce works that are unique and interesting to their audience and stay abreast of the latest technological developments. In addition to fierce competition, there are various other problems that can hinder the positive impact of multimedia content, such as fragmented information, improper dissemination of content, difficulties in attracting audience attention, and lack of creativity in content development. Therefore, in this digital industry era, multimedia content producers must also consider the needs and preferences of an increasingly diverse audience.

Abstract

The use of language can be classified into some points. One of them is for criticizing. This paper focused in analyzing the use of language in criticizing. The data was taken from stand up comedy shows. Qualitative is used in elaborating the data of the research. There are 5 stand up comedy videos that was used as data. This papers used three dimensions of theories, those are context, presupposition and implicature, in order to know how the comic deliver a critique in their stand up comedy. As the result, the use of pragmatic can be showed how language can be applied in giving a critique. The information of context and presupposition support in understanding the implicature of the comics’ utterance. Briefly, I can conclude that Comic in this paper gave critiques to the government attitude, government policy and enforcer attitude.

Abstract

This paper discussed the phonological process of the Madurese dialect of Bangkalan. The Madurese language has 5 different dialects, namely the Madurese dialect of Bangkalan, Sumenep, Pamekasan, Sampan, and Kangean. The division of dialects is based on the number of areas on the island of Madura. Each dialect has its own characteristics and uniqueness. The focus of this research is how the phonological process that occurs in the Madurese grammar of the Bangkalan dialect. Furthermore, transformational generative was used as a theory in this research. The findings of this study, there are four phonological processes that occur in the Madurese dialect of Bangkalan, namely assimilation, deletion, main class change, and syncope.

Abstract

One of the initiatives to reduce MMR is to have health staff who are competent in emergency management, given the hurdles and challenges that exist on the islands. Island referral paths typically use both land and maritime routes. This study attempted to assess respondents’ satisfaction with the trial usage of si-PK3 as a midwife guide in addressing maternal crises on the islands. This research was quantitative research. Respondents were given one month to utilize the PK3 application. After one month, respondents were given a questionnaire measuring their happiness with the program using the End User Computing happiness (EUCS) approach. As a whole, the level of user satisfaction with the PK3 Application is 3.14, which was at level 4 (satisfied), indicating that the PK3 Application was generally regarded as satisfactory.

Abstract

Posyandu cadres are community elements that play an important role in the implementation of Posyandu activities. The cadre’s role includes monitoring the growth and development of children under the age of five. To do their job effectively, they must have strong monitoring knowledge and skills in order to detect complications or problems in toddlers early on. So that appropriate intervention and counseling can begin immediately. The ePoK application is an innovative smartphone application that helps cadres monitor the growth and development of toddlers. The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the ePoK application in terms of posyandu cadres’ knowledge and skills in monitoring toddler growth and development. This study was a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest and posttest design. This study was carried out in Tanjungpinang City. A total of 60 posyandu cadres responded. Respondents were given the ePoK Application to use for one month. Knowledge was assessed using a questionnaire, and skills were assessed using a checklist. The results showed that respondents’ knowledge and skills increased both before and after using the application (11.55 and 5.78, respectively). There was also a significant difference in the knowledge and monitoring skills of respondents before and after using the ePoK Application with a p value <0.05 (0.000<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the use of the ePoK application is proven to increase the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres on monitoring the growth and development of toddlers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of student discipline on learning achievement in fourth grade students of SD N Batursari 01 Mranggen in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This type of research is descriptive statistics. The population in this study were all fourth grade elementary school students, totaling 200 students. The research sample was selected by cluster sampling technique. The research data was collected using a questionnaire method given to 117 students from SD N Batursari 03 Mranggen, SD N Batursari 02 Mranggen, and SD N 01 Mranggen. The data obtained were tested using a simple regression test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 16.0 . program The results of this study indicate that student discipline is classified as very high with an average of 79.38. The test results show that the student discipline variable has a significant effect on the student achievement variable, with the results of the calculation tcount = 2,513 meaning tcount > ttable (ttable = 1.9808). Thus, one of the reasons for the high and low learning achievement of students is the discipline of students by 52%, but it is also caused by other factors of 48%, both internal and external factors.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat, memberikan banyak manfaat dalam meringankan pekerjaan manusia. Saat ini, pemanfaat teknologi informasi sudah dilakukan secara luas. Berkaitan dengan tugas RT/RW membantu kelurahan dalam penyelengaraan urusan pemerintahan, Tugas RT/RW sangat banyak dalam meningkatan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada Warga. Baik berkaitan dengan data kependudukan dan juga berkaitan dengan pelayanan berupa ijin serta surat menyurat yang dibutuhkan sehingga terselenggara urusan pemerintahan yang baik. Dalam setiap bulannya RT/RW dilingkungan kelurahan Paninggilan Ciledug. Harus memberikan rekap laporan bulanan berkaitan dengan data rekap jumlah data penduduk dan rekap layanan yang telah diberikan RT/RW kepada warganya. Rekap laporan bulanan RT/RW kepada kelurahan paninggilan ciledug, juga merupakan salah satu indikator bagaimana urusan pemerintahan dijalankan di tingkat RT/RW. Belum adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk menangani rekap laporan bulanan RT/RW kepada kelurahan paninggilan, menyebabkan tidak adanya arsip bulanan laporan yang disimpan dengan baik, serta kesulitan apabila akan dilakukan evaluasi kerena belum adanya pencatatan secara terkomputerisasi. Oleh sebab itu, didalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat saat ini, diadakan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam mengelola laporan rekan bulanan yang dilakukan RT/RW sehingga diharapan mampu memberikan pengetahuan ilmu komputer kepada RT/RW Paninggilan dan juga diharapakan dapat meringankan beban bekerjaan RT/RW dalam penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan dikelurahan paninggilan ciledug.

Abstract

Kinerja perusahaan menjadi hal yang penting yang harus dicapai oleh setiap perusahaan dimanapun, karena kinerja merupakan cerminan dari kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengelola dan menghasilkan sumber dayanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Komite Audit terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama lima tahun, dari 2018 hingga 2022, dan melibatkan seluruh perusahaan sektor Consumer non-cyclical yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pemilihan sample dengan tehnik purposive sampling menghasilkan 19 perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Data yang digunakan berasal dari sumber sekunder, yaitu situs web resmi perusahaan dan BEI. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi Eviews versi 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa green accounting secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Komite Audit secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja Perusahaan.
