One of the causes of a character crisis in children is due to inappropriate parenting factors, causing deviations in children's behavior. This study aims to represent parenting patterns and their influence on the formation of children's character values. This research was conducted in 2021, the research location in Kel. Bumi Ayu, Kec. Kec, Bengkulu City. The research method uses case studies. The results of the study obtained findings of parenting used by parents in instilling character values in their children using democratic parenting. The results of this study contribute as enrichment material both theoretically and practically regarding parenting patterns and their influence on instilling character values in children.

Kegiatan penelitian dalam dunia pendidikan (di sekolah) merupakan hal wajib untuk dilakukan oleh setiap guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merepresentasikan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) sebagai panduan praktis untuk guru di institusi pendidikan (sekolah). Desain penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature review (SLR). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024, objek penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian tindakan kelas (konsep teori dan praktik). Data-data yang dipilih dalam pengumpulan data yaitu data yang memiliki relevansi dengan objek penelitian yaitu hasil-hasil penelitian tentang metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur SLR dilaksanakan melalui delapan tahap, meliputi (1) perencanaan; (2) identifikasi literatur; (3) seleksi dan penyaringan; (4) evaluasi kualitas; (5) ekstraksi data; 6) analisis dan sintesis; (7) penyusunan laporan. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian mengungkap paradigma penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) didasarkan pada konsep teoretis-operasional penelitian tindakan. Penelitian tindakan kelas bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja profesional guru. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pengayaan dan sumber informasi pengetahuan bagi guru di sekolah dan para akademisi, serta sebagai bahan pertimbangan dan referensi baik secara teoretik maupun praktik bagi para guru dan mahasiswa terkait dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the problem that shows the low achievement motivation of students in school. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of using self-instruction techniques as a medium to increase student achievement motivation. The research design used pre-experimental design, the research method used one group pretest and posttest design. The research subjects were students of class XI SMA Adiguna Bandar Lampung with a total of 10 students, subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument uses; (1) treatment materials, (2) achievement motivation scale, and (3) observation guidelines. Data analysis used nonparametric analysis with Wilcoxom Signed Rank Test statistical test. The results of hypothesis testing show that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this result indicates that there is an increase in students' achievement motivation after being given self-instruction techniques. The conclusion of the research shows that the self-instruction technique is effective and can be used as a medium to increase students' achievement motivation.

This study aims to determine the optimism profile of students studied by exploring the tendencies of optimism and pessimism that exist in each student. The approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive survey type. Determination of the sample is done by random sampling of 154 students guidance and counseling. The research instrument uses an optimism scale which is an adaptation of the Life Orientaion Test (LOT) instrument. The data analysis technique uses descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results showed 63.64% of students had a high level of optimism, 35.06% in the medium category, and 1.30% in the low category. This finding shows that the majority of students have a high level of optimism. In addition, from various levels of optimism, it is also known that 92.21% of students have a tendency to be optimistic compared to pessimists, 4.54% tend to be pessimistic rather than optimistic, and 3.25% have a balanced tendency between optimism and pessimism for each individual. More in-depth discussion and research must be conducted to find out whether a high level of optimism has a positive impact or a negative impact on students, given the high optimism also needs to be balanced with a healthy level of realism.

This research was motivated by the low level of self-adjustment of students after the Covid-19 pandemic which was characterized by a lack of concern for friends, feeling inferior to friends, lack of socializing with friends and unable to work together. The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of REP group counseling services to improve students' self-adjustment after the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is an experimental method with a quasi-experimental form with the type of one group pre-test-post-test design. The research population consisted of 30 students with a sample of 8 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection uses a self-adjustment scale. Data analysis used paired sample T test. Statistical test results were obtained at a value (sig) ≤0.000 <0.05 and Z count -30,453 > Z table 1.860. This is indicated by the acquisition of an average pre-test score of 73.87 and a post-test score of 124.38. This value indicates an increase in the average score before and after being given group counseling services with the REP approach with an average difference of 50.51 so that the hypothesis is accepted and it can be concluded that group counseling services are effective on students' self-adjustment to the REP approach

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of efforts to improve student learning concentration using Self-management techniques through group guidance in class XI IPA 1 SMA Tamansiswa Teluk Betung in the 2022/2023 academic year". This research uses the Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) method which is carried out in two cycles. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the problem of learning concentration in students before obtaining group guidance services with Self-management techniques obtained 50.25% after getting group guidance services with Self-management techniques in cycle I reached 56.25% in the low to medium category. Thus it can be concluded that the Self-management technique is effective in increasing learning concentration, this is indicated by the acquisition of cycle II results implemented by researchers.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group guidance services in improving cognitive empathy among students at SDN 2 Kemiling. Cognitive empathy is a student's ability to understand the feelings and conditions of others and to put themselves in their shoes. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and an empathy scale. The results showed that implementing group guidance, consisting of six meetings, increased student activity and participation and improved cognitive empathy scores based on a scale distributed before and after the service. Factors such as cognitive development, mood, and parenting styles also influenced students' empathy levels. These findings indicate that group guidance is an effective strategy for fostering cognitive empathy in elementary school students.

Background: Religious awareness is a key factor in shaping students’ religious behavior, especially during the formative years of primary school amid growing moral and spiritual challenges. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of religious awareness as a moderator in shaping the religious behavior of primary school students. Method: A correlation study was conducted at SMA Adiguna Bandar Lampung during the 2023/2024 academic year. The research involved 80 randomly selected students. Data were collected using religious awareness and religious behavior scales. Instrument validity was tested using the product-moment formula, while reliability was assessed with Cronbach’s alpha. Data analysis employed the product-moment formula. Result: The findings indicate a positive relationship between religious awareness and religious behavior, demonstrating that religious awareness significantly influences students' religious life. Conclusion: Religious awareness plays a critical role in moderating and shaping students' religious behavior. It suggests that fostering higher levels of religious awareness can positively influence students’ religious actions and attitudes, potentially leading to a more spiritually engaged and conscientious student body. Contribution: This study provides novel insights and scientific information regarding the mediating role of religious awareness in fostering students' religious behavior.
