Abstract

This study aims to describe the power of money politics conducted by elite and middle social classes in the form of hegemony. The hegemony that occurs in the novel Namaku Subardjo y Hapsari Hanggarini is a total or integral hegemony without coercion. Hegemony occurs because the main character never realizes that he is a hegemony by his employees. Uniquely, Jojo's employees were hegemony by his party's acquaintances. The object of research or data source is the novel Namaku Subardjo by Hapsari Hanggarini. Data is obtained from sentences or dialogues, units of stories that lead to social class and money politics. The research procedures carried out are: 1) reading the novel as a whole, 2) collecting and making data sources, 3) inventing data based on theory, 4) analyzing data and interpreting data. Discussion of the data in the form of description. The instrument used was researchers who were assisted with books and other supporting media. The discussion in the novel is that there are social classes that influence hegemony, namely high and middle social classes. Money politics happens in the novel without violence and volunteers to do it. The strong hegemony that is done, makes the main character does not stop to do money politics.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the concept of nation and nationalism through four literary works with a European background. The approach of literary sociology in this study is used to look for forms of Indonesian nationalism in Europe. The aim is to find the source of self-depiction as an important element in constructing the concept of the nation. The results showed that the self-image as an Indonesian identity was aimed at citizenship, history, culture (language and food), race (ethnicity), and religion. Collective awareness about citizenship, history, culture, and race refers to the locally imagined community, namely the Indonesian people. Religion refers to the universal community. The five elements are at the same time a source of nationalism, both the nation in understanding local and universal communities.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep bangsa dan nasionalisme melalui empat karya sastra berlatar Eropa. Pendekatan sosiologi sastra dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mencari pembeda nasionalisme Indonesia di Eropa. Tujuannya adalah mencari sumber penggambaran diri sebagai unsur penting dalam mengkonstruksi konsep bangsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gambaran diri sebagai identitas keindonesiaan ditujukan dalam kewarganegaraan, sejarah, budaya (bahasa dan makanan), ras (etnis), dan agama. Kesadaran kolektif tentang kewarganegaraan, sejarah, budaya, dan ras merujuk pada komunitas terbayang lokal, yaitu bangsa Indonesia. Agama merujuk pada komunitas universal. Kelima unsur tersebut sekaligus sebagai sumber nasionalisme, baik bangsa dalam pemahaman komunitas lokal maupun universal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems of beauty and normality that develop in society. Women are often seen as objects that must be judged and contested for their beauty. Beautiful and normal is considered a solid and patent construction. However, the meaning of beautiful and normal is not stable. The purpose of this study is to deconstruct the structure that is considered to be established regarding beauty and normality. The method used to deconstruct this structure is the deconstruction method offered by Derrida. The data source of this research is the novel Maya by Ayu Utami, while the data in this study are words, phrases, sentences, and paragraphs that contain discourses of beauty and normalcy in the novel Maya. Furthermore, data analysis is carried out through the study of binary oppositions to then look for the hierarchical structure in the binary oppositions. After obtaining the binary opposition and hierarchical structure, then the deconstruction process is carried out. The results obtained in this study include the normative structure of beauty and normality in the novel Maya, binary opposition in the novel Maya, and the deconstruction of beauty and normal in the novel Maya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the social structures and the forms of power as well as their repetition from colonial era to New Order. This study used a sociological approach to literature with the theory of power hegemony proposed by Gramsci. This research was a type of descriptive-qualitative research. The data in this research are narratives, dialogues, and monologues quoted from the novel Balada Supri written by Mochamad Nasrullah. The results of this research showed that in the colonial era, th social structure consisted of colonizer and colonized group whereas in New Order era, there were government official group, which was supported by the capital owner group, and ordinary people group. In regard with the form of power, colonial era showed the dominance of violence and hegemony that was countered by native resistance through violence sas well. Meanwhile, in New Order era, there appeared to be violence and hegemony dominance with the resistance in the form of hegemony over intellectuals. On the other hand, the social structure and the form of power in the colonial era, particularly the dominance of violence, still continued in New Order era and was termed as neocolonialism.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan di MA Muhammadiyah Malang yang didasari masih terbatasnya guru dalam memperoleh pengetahuan dan pelatihan terkait dengan media pembelajaran. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi guru untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif sehingga diharapkan tercipta kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang yang berjumlah 10 orang. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan berupa focus group discussion, pelatihan dan pendampingan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Untuk mengukur kemampuan guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil pre-test diperoleh rata-rata 74,8% sedangkan hasil posttest diperoleh rata-rata 90,2%, sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 15% dengan tingkat ketercapaian sebesar 100%. Selain itu guru juga bisa membuat media articulate storyline 3 dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to identify the form of self-defense of the main character in the novel Lembata by F.Rahardi 2) to identify the conflict experienced by the main character in the novel. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research approach uses literary psychology theory related to self-defense mechanisms proposed by Sigmund Freud. The research data is in the form of story excerpts, sentences, paragraphs, or dialogues that show a form of self-defense. The research data source is the Lembata Novel by F.Rahardi. The results of this study found that there are several forms of self-defense in the Lembata novel as follows, 8 forms of repression, 4 forms of rationalization, 1 form of diversion, and 1 form of sublimation self-defense. Another data analysis found the existence of internal conflicts indicated that the character did not dare to break his vow, feelings of guilt from the character, the character's inner conflict with God, feelings of doubt or indecision, and the condition of loss felt by the character. The character's external conflict is found in the form of conflict between one character and another.

Abstract

Kurikulum pelajar Pancasila menuntut keterampilan dan kompetensi guru di berbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah penulisan proposal kegiatan. Proposal kegiatan digunakan sebagai Langkah awal pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum P5. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk penyegaran kompetensi guru di bidang penulisan proposal kegiatan. Keterampilan penulisan proposal kegiatan ini menjadi gudang pengetahuan guru ketika menjadi pembimbing kelompok siswa. Adanya relasi antara guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan projek tersebut menjadi bagian implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan ini didukung oleh pihak sekolah, yaitu kepala sekolah sebagai pemangku kebijakan tingkat sekolah. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran kepemimpinan dalam hal pengembangan kurikulum. Selain itu, peran guru-guru berbagai bidang pelajaran juga sangat berperan karena mereka sebagai pembimbing siswa. Hambatan atau kekuarang kegiatan ini adalah adanya pola pikir yang belum terbuka terhadap peran sumber-sumber internet sebagai penguat rasionalisasi urgensi isi proposal. Kata Kunci: Profil Pelajar Pancasila; proposal; pelatihan   Refreshing Teacher Competencies in Preparing Activity Proposals as P5 Curriculum Development at SMAN 2 Batu Abstract: The Pancasila student curriculum requires teacher skills and competencies in various fields, one of which is writing activity proposals. Activity proposals are used as the first step in learning according to the P5 curriculum. This activity aims to refresh teacher competence in the field of writing activity proposals. The skill of writing proposals for this activity becomes a repository of knowledge for teachers when they become student group supervisors. The relationship between teachers and students in the project activities is part of the implementation of the independent curriculum. This activity is supported by the school, namely the principal as a school-level policy maker. The principal has a leadership role in terms of curriculum development. In addition, the role of teachers in various fields of study is also very important because they are student mentors. The obstacle or prohibition of this activity is the existence of a mindset that has not been open to the role of internet sources as a reinforcement of the rationalization of the urgency of the proposal content.

Abstract

Kumpulan cerita pendek yang berbasis nilai agama merupakan luaran pelatihan penulisan sastra profetik yang diselenggarakan bagi siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah pertama, menyadarkan siswa akan pentingnya nilai agama dalam kehidupan dan penulisan karya sastra; ke-dua, pelatihan menulis terstruktur dengan menerapkan teknik sastra; ke-tiga, pendampingan dan pembimbingan dengan memberikan umpan balik; ke-empat, koreksi silang dengan sesama peserta pelatihan; ke-lima, penilaian dan refleksi diri. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara luring dan dilakukan secara sistematis sesuai dengan tahapan penulisan karya sastra cerita pendek. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama empat pertemuan, dilajutkan dengan proses kreatif siswa yang dipantau secara daring. Setiap pertemuan memiliki tujuan yang berbeda namun memiliki kesinambungan dengan tujuan utama penulisan karya sastra. Kegiatan ini mengaplikasikan model pembelajaran berbasis project dan dengan metode kooperatif-kritis. Program ini berdampak pada peningkatan kreativitas siswa dalam menuangkan ide kreatif dalam bentuk cerpen yang dilandasi dengan nilai agama. Kreativitas ini dikemas dalam bentuk buku kumpulan cerpen yang nantinya dapat menjadi bekal siswa dalam pengembangan kreativitas di masa mendatang.  Training in Prophetic Literature Writing for Students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang Abstract A collection of short stories based on religious values ??is the output of prophetic literature writing training held for students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The training methods used are first, making students aware of the importance of religious values ??in life and writing literary works; second, structured writing training using literary techniques; third, mentoring and mentoring by providing feedback; fourth, cross-correction with fellow trainees; fifth, self-assessment and reflection. This activity is carried out offline and carried out systematically in accordance with the stages of writing a short story literary work. The activity was carried out over four meetings, followed by the students' creative process which was monitored online. Each meeting has a different aim but is in continuity with the main aim of writing literary works. This activity applies a project-based learning model and a critical-cooperative method. This program has an impact on increasing students' creativity in expressing creative ideas in the form of short stories that are based on religious values. This creativity is packaged in the form of a book of short stories which can later become a provision for students in developing creativity in the future.

Abstract

Citra merupakan salah satu bentuk filsafat eksistensialis, sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, mencakup proses visual, verbal, dan nonverbal. Pada penelitian ini berfokus pada dongeng yang menceritakan tokoh perempuan. Adapun dongeng yang dipilih berjudul “Nelayan dan Putrinya” karya Lena D diterbitkan tahun 1996. Dongeng “Nelayan dan Puterinya” merupakan salah satu cerita pilihan yang dimuat dalam majalah Bobo Edisi 50 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan feminisme yang berfokus pada penggambaran citra perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik kepustakaan dan teknik baca-catat serta menggunakan metode membaca sebagai perempuan atau reading as a woman. Terdapat tiga bentuk citra perempuan yaitu citra fisik, psikis, serta sosial serta manfaat citra perempuan bagi pembaca anak-anak dalam dongeng “Nelayan dan Putinya” karya Lena D. Ketiga citra perempuan tersebut digambarkan melalui tokoh perempuan bernama Mutiara. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa sedari dini perempuan sudah dilabeli dengan citra tersebut. Adapun manfaat yang ditemukan pada penggambaran citra tokoh perempuan bagi pembaca diantaranya pemecahan stereotip gender, mendorong ambisi dan kepercayaan diri, dan membangun pemahaman tentang kesetaraan.
