Abstract

The research aims to find out the maximum profits in startup model business by using linear programming in simplex method. The type of research are field and literature based study by observation, examining journals, and text books in relation to the researched-project. The steps undergone within this research are: 1) Observing, interviewing, documenting 2) Curating the mathematics model and 3) Optimizing profits. The research was conducted at GoGoCourse in 2018. It has shown that the offline classroom program of GoGoCourse has not run optimally which can be seen from the profit earned in 2018 at only Rp.83.508.400,- however in optimal level, the profit could reach Rp.175.155.000,-. The calculation is summed up from the total of 21 advance TOEFL classes, 9 IELTS classes, and 26 short courses classes.

Abstract

Madinah Karyatani Modern Islamic Boarding School, a modern Islamic boarding school, is currently facing intensified competition from other educational institutions. This necessitates the adoption of effective educational marketing strategies to maintain and enhance its competitive position in the educational market. This study investigates the marketing strategies employed by Madinah Karyatani Modern Islamic Boarding School to promote its educational services. A qualitative research approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and observations with key informants, such as management, teaching staff, and students, was employed. The findings highlight the strategic use of Arabic and English in promotional materials, partnerships with other educational institutions, and the utilization of social media to attract prospective students from diverse regions. These strategies indicate a shift in the institution’s approach to education in response to a growing demand for value-based education in a globalized context. The novelty of this research lies in its exploration of modern marketing strategies in Islamic education and provides insights into responsive strategy development that addresses the dynamics of the educational market.

Abstract

Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung is committed to advancing green campus management as a proactive response to the challenges of increasing pollution and environmental degradation faced in Indonesia. This research investigates the specific initiatives undertaken by Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung in implementing green campus management. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data sources were drawn through in-depth interviews with twenty informants consisting of five university administrators, ten lecturers and students, and five operational staff selected by purposive sampling. To strengthen the results of the interviews, the author also collected data from expert opinions and highly reputable journals related to this research in the same context and issue. All data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis technique. This research found seven aspects of green campus management at Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung that successfully increase the awareness and participation of the academic community in environmental sustainability. These aspects include i) Institutional Management, ii) Policy and Regulation Management, iii) Education and Curriculum Management, iv) Student Participation Management, v) Reward and Motivation Management, vi) Human Resource Management (Cleaning Staff), vii) Cross-Unit Collaboration Management. This approach forms an environmentally friendly campus culture as a whole.

Abstract

Kematangan karier siswa yang sangat rendah menjadi masalah di dunia pendidikan dilihat dari siswa yang masih ragu tentang karier di masa depan dalam menentukan masa depan yang sesuai dengan mereka. masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah "apakah upaya bimbingan karir dalam meningkatkan kematangan karir Madrasah Kelas X Aliyah Qudsiyah Kotabumi Siswa Madrasah dapat ditingkatkan setelah konseling kelompok". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kematangan karier yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok untuk Siswa Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Kotabumi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Design One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa dari Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Qudsiyah Kotabumi Lmpung Utara, hasil skor tertinggi kematangan karier kuesioner adalah 25 item. Angket digunakan sebagai Pretest dan Posttest. Nilai rata-rata Karir Jatuh Tempo sebelum bergabung adalah 47,2 dan setelah mengikuti konseling, skor itu meningkat menjadi 73,3. dari hasil uji t dengan (df) = 9 taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 2,262. Karena nilai thitung ≥tabel (4,063 ≥ 2.262), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti ada pengaruh layanan informasi karier dalam meningkatkan kematangan karier secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier pada siswa di Madrasah aliyah qudsiyah Kotabumi , Lampung Utara. saran yang diajukan oleh peneliti adalah agar guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan memasukkan layanan informasi kepada siswa. dari hasil uji t dengan (df) = 9 taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 2,262. Abstract

Konsep diri sangat penting bagi kehidupan seseorang karena dengan konsep diri, seseorang dapat mengendalikan perilakunya dan dapat mengetahui mana yang baik dan buruk baginya. Masalah konsep diri siswa dapat dikategorikan sebagai masalah sosial pribadi, karena siswa yang memiliki konsep diri negatif tidak hanya mempengaruhi perkembangan mereka, tetapi juga mempengaruhi reaksi terhadap situasi di lingkungan mereka. Pelatihan Ketegasan adalah latihan keterampilan sosial yang diberikan kepada individu yang terganggu oleh kecemasan, tidak mampu membela hak-hak mereka, menjadi terlalu lemah, membiarkan orang lain merusak diri mereka sendiri, dan tidak mampu mengekspresikan kemarahan mereka dengan baik dan mudah tersinggung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelatihan ketegasan pada konsep diri pada siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental, menurut sifatnya penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah pertama mengedit, coding, entri data, dan pembersihan kemudian untuk mengetahui keberhasilan percobaan dengan menggunakan uji t dan dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa, konsep diri siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung dapat dipengaruhi oleh konseling asertivenes pelatihan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan: perubahan sikap dari sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan dengan konseling asertivenes traing, dan berdasarkan uji pengaruh dengan uji t dapat dihitung t> dari t tabel atau (4,004>

Abstract

School counseling and counseling services are a support service for either individual or group learners in order to solve the current problem. In the implementation of the service activities on the program that has succeeded by the supervising teacher by paying attention to the needs and problems of the learners. At the end of the service, one of the stages that must be performed by the supervising teacher is the evaluation. The problem in this research is how the implementation of guidance and counseling service program in overcoming the behavior of ditching students in High School YP Unila Bandar Lampung. This type of qualitative research is field research (field research) with the type of descriptive research. The population in this study are all students of class X, principal, student waka, and tutor. Data completion technique using interview method, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate the implementation of evaluation activities guidance and counseling program in addressing the behavior of ditching class X students at YP Unila Bandar Lampung High School.

Abstract

To improve the learning achievement of students in school, it is necessary to provide assistance that can overcome them in the learning process. But it is not easy. It is better to help learners in overcoming learning difficulties, the number of occurrences of participants who have learned difficulties. Measuring the prevalence of learning difficulties in madrasas is necessary, as this will be related to the diagnosis of learning difficulties and what programs are appropriate to learners. By knowing the prevalence of learning difficulties learners in madrasah, it will help teachers in providing appropriate assistance to these learners. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri I Bandar Lampung is a madrasah Aliyah which has a lot of students. Based on the results of interviews with teachers counseling and guidance in the madrasah there are numbers of students whose learning achievement are low and have difficulty learning (Interview with Miss Dina Kurniasih). The formulation of this research problem: How to profile students's learning difficulties in MAN I Bandar Lampung? and How much is the prevalence of learning difficulties in MAN I Bandar Lampung? Based on the results of data analysis, this study can be concluded that the prevalence of learning difficulties in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri I Bandar Lampung is 26, 2%. The prevalence of learning difficulties is more prevalent in Gentelmant students than in female students. While the residence of students and departments does not determine the prevalence of learning difficulties. It may be said that place of residence and departement of students do not show differences in the prevalence of learning difficulties experienced of the students

Abstract

Language development must be given since children are early, because language is one aspect that must be developed in early childhood education. Children are directed to be able to use and express their thoughts by using the right words so that children's language skills can develop optimally. The purpose of this study is to find out the language skills of early childhood through tutoring services with audio visual media. The population of this study was the sun class students at Al Rizky Bandar Lampung PAUD with a sample of n = 20 students taken randomly. There is language development in early childhood after conducting tutoring services with audio visual media. Tutoring services with audio visual media can develop early childhood language.

Abstract

Decision making requires courage and confidence from individuals to be able to make decisions even though it has consequences where self-efficacy is a factor because people believe in their ability to make decisions. This study aims to determine the correlation of self-efficacy with decision making continuing studies in college students at Islamic based universities. The study population was college students of the Raden Intan State Islamic University, Lampung, with a random sampling method. The total sample of 504 college students. The instruments in this study were the scale of self-efficacy, and the scale of decision making. Data analysis using the Karl Spearman correlation test was assisted by SPSS software for Windows 23. The correlation score from the results of the study was 0.628 which showed a strong relationship between self-efficacy and respondent decision making so that the Self-Efficacy of Raden Intan College students of the State Islamic University has strong in making decisions in continuing their studies

Abstract

Each individual must have different motivation to learn, some are low, and some are high. Students' motivation to learn can be expressed from outside or within the individual. The result of low learning motivation is not being excited during the learning process. Low learning motivation can work for anyone. This problem occurs in 29 State Junior High School, Bandar Lampung students experience low learning motivation with characteristics such as chatting, sleeping, not paying attention while in the learning process. So it is necessary to increase the motivation to learn by using hypnotherapy. This study aims to reveal the effect of hypnotherapy on learning motivation, followed by students. This research is quantitative with a Quasi-Experimental research type, and One group pretest-posttest design research design. The results show the difference between before and after being given hypnotherapy. So it can be denied that hypnotherapy affects learning motivation in students. Hypnotherapy can arouse students' enthusiasm in learning and can suggest various positive things that aim to increase self-confidence, motivation, and a positive self-image.
