Abstract

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic first occurred in China in December 2019 which has become a public health problem. WHO has declared Covid-19 a global pandemic. Almost all countries in the world are affected by Covid-19. Research objective: to review the experience of breastfeeding mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This scoping review method consists of several steps, namely Identifying Scoping Review Questions, Identifying Relevant Literature Sources, Literature Selection, Compiling, summarizing, and reporting the results. Results: based on critical appraisal, 14 articles were obtained. The results found 3 themes, namely emotional burden, impact on breastfeeding practices, support and social needs. Conclusion: the experience of breastfeeding mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic can foster confidence and self-confidence for mothers to continue giving breast milk to their babies. The findings from this study can be used as a basis or input for future researchers to support breastfeeding practices and overcome challenges that arose during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women remains a public health problem with a high prevalence. WHO data from 2022 shows that 37% of pregnant women worldwide suffer from anemia, and in Indonesia the figure remains high. In Lampung Province, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women reached 5.98%, while in Trimodadi Village, North Lampung, 10 out of 25 pregnant women experienced anemia. This condition poses risks to both the mother and the fetus, necessitating prevention through nutrition education and the use of local foods. This community service activity aims to increase pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and introduce moringa pudding as a nutritious local food innovation. The method used was a pretest-posttest on 30 pregnant women at the Anggrek Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Trimodadi Village, North Lampung, on October 21, 2025, with data collection through questionnaires, educational leaflets, and a demonstration of making moringa pudding. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge from an average of 50.53 to 78.10 (p-value = 0.000). Therefore, education accompanied by demonstrations is effective in increasing understanding and interest in consuming nutritious local foods and has the potential to be an anemia prevention intervention at the Posyandu level.

Abstract

Abstract

It has been conducted a research to analyze the scrap metals as voltaic cells. The research objective was to utilize scrap metals as an alternative source of electrical energy and as a voltaic cell to the battery. The materials required consist of a electrode copper (Cu), iron (Fe), aluminum (Al) and zinc (Zn), solution of CuSO4.5H2O, solution of ZnSO4.7H2O, solution of Al2(SO4)3.7H2O, solution of FeSO4.8H2O, jelly powder, and salt NaCl. The electrode couple are Cu-Al, Cu-Fe, Cu-Zn, Al-Zn, and Fe-Zn. Volume variation are 20 ml, 25 ml, 30 ml, 35 ml, and 40 ml. Data of the voltage and current taken using a multimeter on each cell, without a load, with a load, and additional load. The results of the research were analyzed the value of power, current, and voltage with the greatest results in Cu-Zn electrode pair. The results are 14,949 mW, 3,05 mA, and 4,96 V.

Abstract

Objective: This study analyzes the mediating mechanism of women's leadership in the transformation of post-crisis higher education governance based on a synthesis of literature and empirical findings from the University of Lampung. Identify the indirect pathways of women's leadership's contribution to institutional outcomes through strengthening organizational performance and institutional innovation. Theoretical Framework: Based on transformational leadership and authentic leadership that place value change, integrity, and the formation of a collective vision as the basis for organizational effectiveness. Literature Review: The literature shows that women's leadership is characterized by collaborative, participatory, and relational leadership that strengthens social cohesion, symbolic legitimacy, and the adaptive capacity of organizations in a post-crisis context. Method: Qualitative research with a systematic literature review and thematic analysis of 45 publications from 2015–2025, combined with reflective interpretation of empirical findings from the University of Lampung as an anchor case. Results: The contribution of women's leadership does not occur directly, but is mediated through three main channels, namely relational (institutional cohesion and trust), structural (organizational performance and institutional innovation), and cultural (value transformation and governance legitimacy). Implications: The findings emphasize the importance of strengthening the capacity of organizational systems based on social relations, leadership distribution, and internalization of integrity values to support the restoration of sustainable institutional legitimacy. Novelty: This study formulates a conceptual model of post-crisis women's leadership based on systemic mediation mechanisms that integrate relational, structural, and cultural dimensions as the foundation for the transformation of public organizational governance.
