Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan pemahaman guru mengenai AKM yang masih rendah dan guru belum dapat mendesain pembelajaran yang selaras dengan AKM sehingga pengimplementasian AKM dalam pembelajaran belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan AKM pada pembelajaran Biologi Kurikulum Merdeka, serta mengetahui kendala dan solusi dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan berupa purposive sampling. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum pada pembelajaran biologi aspek perencanaan pelaksanaan AKM, guru dan siswa telah mendapatkan sosialisasi serta sebagian besar guru sudah merubah RPP berorientasi AKM. Aspek implementasi AKM dalam pembelajaran, rata-rata guru telah menerapkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan AKM. Aspek penilaian dan evaluasi capaian hasil belajar, rata-rata siswa sudah mencapai kompetensi baik literasi maupun numerasi. Aspek sarana dan prasarana pendukung AKM menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan AKM sudah optimal karena sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Aspek teknis pelaksanaan AKM, rata-rata guru memiliki buku panduan dan menerapkan pembelajaran sesuai dengan buku panduan. Dan aspek kendala pelaksanaan AKM menunjukkan guru merasa terkendala karena kurangnya literasi guru dan siswa, pemilihan media dan model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat, pemahaman siswa yang berbeda-beda, serta rendahnya motivasi belajar pada siswa.

Abstract

The authentic assessment of Biology learning in the Merdeka Curriculum is a relatively new assessment. Authentic assessment in the Merdeka curriculum has three domains, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Authentic assessment of Biology learning in the Merdeka Curriculum has been implemented in Public High Schools throughout Batang Regency, but this has not been implemented optimally. This is due to the teacher's lack of understanding of the assessment that is being carried out. Research aims; 1) to find out the implementation of authentic Biology learning assessments in the Merdeka Curriculum in Public High Schools throughout Batang Regency. 2) to find out the obstacles that occur when implementing authentic Biology learning assessments in the Merdeka Curriculum in Public High Schools throughout Batang Regency. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The subjects of the research were Biology teachers in State Senior High Schools in Batang Regency totaling 6 teachers through questionnaires and interviews while students took questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive analysis consisting of reduction, data display, and verification. This research resulted in the finding that the implementation of authentic assessments in public high schools throughout Batang Regency received a very good category. In addition, the obstacles that occur when implementing authentic assessments of Biology learning in the Merdeka Curriculum in Public High Schools throughout Batang Regency are the many aspects that must be assessed together with learning, inadequate infrastructure in schools, and the heterogeneous conditions of students from various aspects.

Abstract

Kreo Cave is one of Macaca fascicularis habitats in Central Java Province. Kreo Cave has been used as a natural tourist spot in the city of Semarang since 2014. One of the attractions for visitors is the presence of monkeys in the area, especially around the cave. Macaca fascicularis is a type of non-human primate whose distribution is very wide. Macaca fascicularis have an important role for an area, one of which is as a eater of fruits and seeds found in the area, thus helping in the distribution of seeds in order to maintain the balance of nature. The purpose of this research is to describe the types of food eaten and can be used as medicine for Macaca fascicularis. The results showed that Macaca fascicularis in the Kreo Cave Tourism Area ate several plants in the area such as Tamarindus indica, Musa paradisiaca, Psidium guajava, Mangifera indica, Nephelium lappaceum, Leucaena leucocephala, and Morinda citrifolia. When visitors brought bananas, several monkeys came closer and then the visitors threw them at the monkeys. The faster monkey will get the bananas. After the banana is in his hand, Macaca fascicularis takes him to a quiet place or away from their friends.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to compare the quality of black pots and soft pots on the vegetative growth of the Dendrobium sonia ersakul orchid. The method used was perfect randomization with one treatment, namely black pot and soft pot. Data analysis used a two-way t-test at the 5% level. The results of the research show that using different types of pots can make a real difference to the parameters of plant height, length of shoots and number of new roots, but does not make a real difference to root length. The difference in the quality of the two pots is influenced by the level of water supply to the plant, plant drainage, and the level of oxygen absorption in the roots. Abstract

This research aimed to find out what variations in fertilizer doses are optimal to stimulate the growth of orchids in the seedling phase. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with one factor, namely the concentration of Grow More leaf fertilizer with 3 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments given were fertilizer concentrations of 0.2 g/200 mL, 0.4 g/200 mL, and 0.6 g/200 mL. The data obtained were analyzed using Anova analysis with an accuracy of 0.05. The research results showed that variations in fertilizer doses had no significant effect on the research parameters of plant height, new shoot height and new root length. Meanwhile, it has a real effect on the parameters of the number of new roots. In conclusion, a fertilizer concentration of 0.6 g/ 200 mL is the optimal concentration for the growth of the number of new roots of Dendrobium orchids in the seedling phase. Abstract

Angiospermae adalah tumbuhan berbiji tertutup yang bakal bijinya selalu dikelilingi oleh badan yang terbuat dari karpel yang disebut bakal biji. Angiospermae memiliki lebih dari 250.000 spesies (sekitar 90% dari semua spesies tumbuhan), dan merupakan tumbuhan yang paling melimpah dan tersebar luas dari semua tumbuhan. Oleh karena itu, telah dilakukan penelitian identifikasi keanekaragaman tumbuhan Angiospermae di Kawasan Air Terjun Tirtowati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keanekaragaman tumbuhan Angiospermae di Air Terjun Tirtowati, Kabupaten Semarang. Melalui survei lapangan, diidentifikasi 10 spesies tanaman Angiospermae yang mencakup beberapa suku tumbuhan yang berbeda, seperti Myrtaceae, Poaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae, Malvaceae, Rubiaceae, Musaceae, dan Thymelaeaceae. Keanekaragaman tumbuhan ini menunjukkan adanya kondisi lingkungan yang mendukung kehidupan dan pertumbuhan tanaman di sekitar air terjun. Hasil identifikasi ini memberikan pemahaman tentang keanekaragaman hayati di wilayah tersebut, serta potensi untuk konservasi dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam. Informasi ini juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat untuk mengenal dan memanfaatkan tanaman-tanaman Angiospermae di sekitar air terjun Tirtowati. Penelitian lebih lanjut tentang ekologi dan kegunaan tumbuhan ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan berkontribusi pada pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Ornamental plants have aesthetic roles and environmental benefits, but their care often requires chemicals that are less environmentally friendly. This study aims to evaluate the potential of young coconut water (Cocos nucifera) as a natural plant growth regulator (PGR) through a literature study. Coconut water is rich in nutrients, growth hormones (auxins, cytokinins, gibberellins), and other bioactive compounds, which can support various aspects of ornamental plant growth. The literature study included 15 relevant studies from 2016–2024, which evaluated the effect of coconut water concentration on various parameters, such as number of leaves, root length, and number of shoots in various ornamental plant species. The results showed that coconut water provided significant benefits, especially at concentrations of 15–20%, although plant responses varied depending on species and environmental conditions. In the in vitro culture method, coconut water was shown to replace synthetic hormones such as cytokinins with high effectiveness. The combination of coconut water with other ingredients, such as peptone and gibberellins, also increased plant growth, although some studies noted insignificant effects under certain conditions. These findings confirm that coconut water can be an economical and sustainable natural PGR alternative to enhance the growth of ornamental plants. However, further research is needed to optimize its use in various types of plants and environments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify various types of epiphytic Pteridophytes and their host trees. This study used an exploration method or direct exploration method and obtained the types of Pteridophytes found in the Paninggaran Village Forest. Plant observations were carried out by observing morphological characters in plants including leaf shape, leaf color, leaf length, and leaf width. The identification results were then matched with references, namely Flora books, Plant Taxonomy, and Plant Morphology. The application used Google Lens and the Global Biodiversity Information Facility/GBIF website. Plant observations were carried out by observing morphological characters in plants including leaf shape, leaf color, leaf length, and leaf width. Based on the results of the study, 10 species were found in the Paninggaran Village Forest and divided into 7 families and 5 types of host plants.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the possibility of rice laundry water as a source of ZPT and additional nutrients in hydroponic systems. The method used in this study is a narrative review with a focus on scientific articles published between 2015-2025 that discuss the potential of rice washing water to increase plant growth hydroponically. Rice washing water has the potential as a source of natural growth regulators and nutritional additives in hydroponic cultivation. The nutrient content in rice washing water will increase when its use is combined with other nutrients and processed by fermentation. Increasing nutrients in rice washing water will provide optimal results for hydroponic plant growth.
