Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian semua pegawai BPBD Kabupaten Jember yang berjumlah 63 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, sampel jenuh merupakan penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinereritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan Uji t dan Uji f. Hasil dari penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa (H1) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dalam Pengujian hipotesis kedua (H2) untuk pengaruh motivasi extrinsik (X2) tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Dalam pengujian hipotesis kegtiga (H3) untuk pengaruh komitmen (X3) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan variabel bebas (X), motivasi intrinsik (X1), motivasi ekstrinsik (X2), komitmen (X3) secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat, kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kinerja Kelompok Tani Hutan yang merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung pembangunan sektor kehutanan, kurang efektifnya kinerja organisasi dalam hal ini Kelompok Tani Hutan berakibat belum bisa secara optimal dalam melaksanakan kegiatan rehabilitasi hutan dan lahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kelompok Tani Hutan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena sifat penelitian ini menguraikan dan menjelaskan (descriptive explanatory). Objek penelitian anggota Kelompok Tani Hutan Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah Jember di wilayah kerja Kabupaten Bondowoso, populasi 129 responden, analisis data dan permodelan persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0.  Penelitian ini menjawab tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan diantaranya, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

The hospital is an organization that provides health services carried out by professional medical personnel who are organized both from permanent medical facilities, medical services, continuous nursing care, diagnosis and treatment of diseases suffered by patients. This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction and hospital image on patient loyalty with patient trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research are inpatients who seek treatment at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in March – April 2022. The number of respondents is 100 people. The results showed: Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty which is strengthened by patient trust as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of talent management and knowledge management on organizational effectiveness through organizational performance. This research was conducted in April – May 2022. The number of respondents was 100 people. The sampling technique used a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of talent management on the organizational performance of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. There is a positive and significant influence of knowledge management on the organizational performance of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. There is a positive and significant influence of talent management on the organizational effectiveness of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of interpersonal communication, professionalism and competence on the monitoring system and paramedic performance. This research was conducted on nurses and midwives who work at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The research was conducted in April-May 2022. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire. The results showed a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of professionalism on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of competence on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of nurses. There is a positive but not significant effect of professionalism on the performance of nurses. There is a positive but not significant effect of competence on the performance of nurses. There is a positive and significant effect of the monitoring system on the performance of nurses. Abstract

Scientific learning is entrusted learning from the K-13 curriculum which includes the 5 Ms, namely (observing, asking, reasoning, communicating and presenting). Scientific learning education was attended by 12 teachers from various subject areas. This learning model is very important to be implemented in schools with the aim of building a critical attitude of students, learning becomes conducive and harmonious, motivating and encouraging students to communicate. Scientific learning education for MI As Shofa teachers is the main goal to provide changes in everyday learning. The method of implementing this service uses demonstrations related to scientific designs. Assistance in the preparation of the learning framework is carried out with the implementing team and evaluating the results. The results of this implementation show the motivation and enthusiasm of teachers in socialization activities and the responses of teachers in observing media images and being able to provide appropriate responses. At the end of the implementation, the teachers designed lesson plans for each subject using a scientific approach that applied the 5 M.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Taman Krocok Health Center, Bondowoso with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality and infrastructure on patient satisfaction mediated by the competence of officers. The objects of the study were residents who were registered as inpatients at the Taman Krocok Health Center. The number of respondents was 125 people. The results are service quality had a positive and significant effect on the competence of officers at the Taman Krocok Health Center. Facilities and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the competence of officers at the Taman Krocok Health Center. Service quality had a positive but not significant effect on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Taman Krocok Health Center. Facilities and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Taman Krocok Health Center, Bondowoso. Competence has a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction at Taman Krocok Health Center, Bondowoso. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction through the competence of Taman Krocok Health Center officers, Bondowoso. Facilities and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction through the competence of Taman Krocok Health Center officers.

Abstract

The main issue related to malnutrition is parental knowledge. Education also affects parents' mindset regarding health issues. Higher education levels among parents influence their ability to correctly receive or understand information about maintaining their own health and that of their children, especially in providing adequate nutrition. Parents who are sensitive to education will strive to seek information to enhance their knowledge. Malnutrition issues generally occur in children of preschool age. This research was conducted at the Tamanan Health Center with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction, mediated by the competence of the staff. The research subjects were parents with preschool children participating in nutrition service programs at both the Tamanan Health Center and the integrated health posts (Posyandu) within the Tamanan Health Center's working area. The study was conducted from March to May 2025, involving 140 respondents. The results show that the provision of supplementary food has a positive and significant impact on the health program for preschool children at the Tamanan Health Center. Nutritional counseling has a positive effect but is not significant for the health program at the Tamanan Health Center. The provision of supplementary food positively impacts but is not significant for the nutritional improvement targets for preschool children at the Tamanan Health Center. Nutritional counseling positively and significantly affects the nutritional improvement targets for preschool children at the Tamanan Health Center in Bondowoso. The health program positively and significantly influences the nutritional improvement targets for preschool children at the Tamanan Health Center in Bondowoso. The provision of supplementary food has a positive and significant effect on nutritional improvement targets through the health program at the Tamanan Health Center in Bondowoso. Nutritional counseling has a positive effect but is not significant for the nutritional improvement targets through the health program at the Tamanan Health Center in Bondowoso.

Abstract

The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) is designed to improve the overall quality of public health while providing protection to individuals and families from the burden of high health care costs. The quality of National Health Insurance (JKN) services which are supported by human resource competencies such as speed, response to patient needs, and professionalism of medical personnel will improve employee performance and ultimately, this will have a positive impact on patient satisfaction. This study aims to examine how the quality of JKN services at Puskesmas plays a role in influencing patient satisfaction. This is important for understanding the connection between national health policies and patient experiences at the primary care level. Additionally, the study investigates the role of Puskesmas staff performance as a mediator between JKN quality and patient satisfaction, which could provide new insights into the importance of human resources in improving patient experiences.This research was conducted at the Rambipuji Jember Community Health Center with 100 BPJS patients as respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM PLS. The research results show that: JKN quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, JKN quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, Employee performance has a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction, Competence has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. JKN quality has a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction through employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction through employee performance.
