Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen terhadap budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai baik yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil maupun Pegawai Kontrak.  Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis path yang merupakan pengembangan dari analisis regresi dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dimensi dari setiap variabel dari setiap pengujian hipotesis memiliki hasil positif baik secara langsung antara variabel terikat terhadap variabel bebas atau melalui variabel perantara. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh yang sigifikan terhadap variabel perantara dan variabel terikat. Kata Kunci: motivasi, komitmen, budaya organisasi dan kinerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 87. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (2) Kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Secara tidak langsung lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi. Abstract

This research is motivated by several gaps or differences in research results with expert opinions, also supported by data on research problems, namely based on the results of employee performance evaluations in 2020 which were less than optimal, where the realization of performance achievements did not reach 90 at the end of the fiscal year. Evaluation data for filling out the E-application Performance shows that as many as 38% or about 900 employees do not fill in e-Kinerja to 100%. So the phenomenon of this research is the lack of effectiveness of employee performance in increasing competence, especially in the use of IT-based e-performance. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of evaluating performance based on the e-Kinerja application and employee competence on employee job performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Structural Employees of the Bondowoso Regency Government. The total population of this study was 2,405 employees, while the number of samples was 168 using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that e-performance based performance appraisal and employee competence have a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) e-performance based performance appraisal and employee competence and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) e-performance based evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of competence and education and training on employee performance through work commitment as an intervening variable at the East Java Provincial Forestry Service. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. By number of samples104 respondents. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests while the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS. The results of data analysis show that the employee competence variable is0, 927significant effect on work commitment of 0,900, Education and Training of 0, 931 significant effect on work commitment of 0,900, employee competence of 0, 927 significant effect on employee performance of 0, 934, education and training have a significant effect on employee performance, work commitment is 0,900 significant effect on employee performance of 0, 934.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of rewards andpunishments and training on employee performance through organizational commitment as anintervening variable at the Bondowoso Regency Environmental and Transportation Agency. Thenumber of samples in this study was 114. The analytical technique used was the StructuralEquation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that the variablerewards and punishments have a significant effect on organizational commitment, training has asignificant effect on organizational commitment, rewards and punishments have a significanteffect on employee performance, training has a significant effect on employee performance,organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Rewards and Punishments, Training, Commitment and Performance

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused new paradigms and changes in lifestyle in various aspects of life, including education. The Covid-19 pandemic changed the learning system that was previously carried out face-to-face, after the Covid-19 outbreak, learning had to be done online (online). This condition is undoubtedly a challenge for each school to continue the learning process. As a teacher, you must have a professional attitude and continue to innovate learning in various conditions. This study aims to analyze the effect of professionalism and mastery of technology for public high school teachers on the quality of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with a case study at a public high school in Lumajang Subistrict, Lumajang Subdistrict. The methods used to analyze this research include descriptive analysis, test the validity and reliability of the instrument and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that professionalism, mastery of learning technology, and teacher performance have a positive and significant influence on the quality of online learning at SMA Negeri in Lumajang Subdistrict, Lumajang District.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh Inovasi pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB melalui kepatuhan wajib pajak sebagai Variabel intervening pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 83 dengan menggunakan teknik penentuan sample random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, Inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB, kepatuhan wajib pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB. Abstract

The hospital is an organization that provides health services carried out by professional medical personnel who are organized both from permanent medical facilities, medical services, continuous nursing care, diagnosis and treatment of diseases suffered by patients. This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction and hospital image on patient loyalty with patient trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research are inpatients who seek treatment at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in March – April 2022. The number of respondents is 100 people. The results showed: Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty which is strengthened by patient trust as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengusulkan dan menguji model konseptual untuk memecahkan suatu kesenjangan antara penelitian tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Kami mengadopsi teori kinerja Malcolm Baldrige Criteria untuk sebuah keunggulan kinerja yang ada di perusahaan. Penghargaan ini dikelola oleh Lembaga Standar dan Teknologi Nasional (The National Institute of Standard and Technology). Data dikumpulkan dari 107 sampel karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sebagai sampel kami untuk menguji model penelitian yang diusulkan, menggunakan perangkat lunak pemodelan persamaan WarpPLS 7.0. Tujuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk menguji koefisien jalur langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme pegawai dan Standard Operating Procedure terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variable intervening. Populasi penelitian yaitu semua masyarakat Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu 97 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Profesionalisme pegawai dan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan perizinan UMK di Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Profesionalisme pegawai, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)  dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat terkait perizinan UMK di Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Profesionalisme pegawai, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui kualitas pelayanan. Dengan nilai pengaruh tidak langsungnya lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsungnya. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui kualitas pelayanan. Dengan nilai pengaruh tidak langsungnya lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsungnya.
