Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo memiliki permasalahan dimana pihak sekolah memiliki kesulitan dalam penyediaan data alumni lulusan yang terbaru yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai pelacakan alumni. Hal ini dikarenakan pembuatan data alumni masih dilakukan secara offline dimana data diisikan pada saat siswa dinyatakan lulus dan diterima di universitas yang didaftarkan melalui sekolah, sedangkan untuk siswa yang melakukan pendaftaran secara mandiri banyak yang tidak terdata serta kurang informasi terbaru dari alumni yang melakukan perpindahan universitas dan tidak memberikan informasi tersebut kepihak SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo yang menyebabkan informasi yang sudah ada tidak ter-update. Hal ini menyebabkan pihak sekolah kesulitan dalam melakukan evaluasi perguruan tinggi, tracer study untuk akreditasi, mencari narasumber untuk memberi motivasi bagi siswa yang akan memasuki perguruan tinggi, serta melakukan kerja sama antara sekolah dan perusahaan tempat alumni bekerja. Berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan mitra yang dilakukan pada sistem lama ditemukan beberapa kekurangan seperti kinerja sistem yang kurang efektif, tingkat penyediaan informasi data alumni yang kurang baik, susahnya dalam melakukan pendataan dan kurang dalam pelayanan dalam penyediaan informasi. Berdasarkan persoalan yang telah diuraikan, maka tim mengusulkan pengabdian untuk pembuatan Sistem Informasi Alumni SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo Berbasis Web

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Gadingrejo yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1984 merupakan mitra binaan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Mitra memiliki permasalahan yaitu (1) kurangnya minat guru dan siswa untuk membaca dan menulis tentang karya ilmiah, (2) keterbatasan kesediaan bahan bacaan yang bisa menjadi sumber referensi, (3) tidak adanya rasa percaya diri dan kurangnya pengalaman untuk menulis karya tulis, (4) rendahnya motivasi guru dan siswa untuk menulis (5) Kurangnya pemahaman tentang penggunaan perangkat lunak untuk mempermudah penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Berdasarkan pada analisis situasi Mitra yang dikemukakan sebelumnya, maka diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap guru dan siswa. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat atau Mitra tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan studi pendahuluan hubungan korelasi motivasi belajar dan pemahaman matematis siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis ditemukan masih banyak siswa yang pemahaman matematisnya kurang dan motivasi belajarnya rendah, akibatnya hasil belajar yang didapat siswa kurang memuaskan atau kurang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to select the head of the school organization using the SAW method and PIPRECIA-S weighting, so that the assessment results in the weighting of criteria are more objective based on calculations from the PIPRECIA-S weighting method. The results of the election of the head of the school organization using the SAW method and the weighting of PIPRECIA-S recommended Jamaludin as a candidate for the head of the school organization because the final results of the ranking got Rank 1 with a total score of 1,821. Rank 2 was obtained by Bustomi with a final score of 1,763, rank 3 was obtained by Budiman with a final value of 1,698. The test results based on filling out questionnaires from each category 73% strongly agree, 25% agree, 2% are sufficient, and 0% disagree, so that they can be used in determining candidates for organizational chairman.

Abstract

The choice of modem is an important decision in accessing the internet, because a modem is a key device that connects a computer device or network to internet services. The Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method is an approach used in multi-criteria decision making to balance various factors related to a problem. This study aims to apply the Combined Compromise Solution method in modem selection so that users get a modem that meets their needs well, provides a stable and fast internet connection. The results of alternative ranking using the Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method gave the results of Rank 1, namely the MQ531 Modem with a final value of 6.3689, Rank 2, namely the Huawei E5577 Max Modem with a final value of 6.3689, Rank 3, namely the Telkomsel Orbit Star A1 Modem with a final value of 5.8796.

Abstract

Determining the best customers is a critical process in customer management where companies seek to identify and assess customers who contribute most significantly to business success. The problem that occurs in determining the best customer is that there is no method used in determining the best customer, so far only based on the number of purchases from customers without any other aspects that are decisive. This study aims to apply and compare the determination of the best customers using the SMART and MOORA methods so as to provide better insight to decision makers about the choice of method that best suits the characteristics and complexity of the decision at hand. The ranking results show that the best customers are obtained by Sulistia with rank 1 either using the SMART method or the MOORA method. A comparison of ranking results between the SMART and MOORA methods can provide useful insight into the extent to which both methods are effective in addressing multi-criteria decision making. Based on the results of the ranking comparison between the SMART and MOORA methods, there are differences in rankings in 2 data, namely on behalf of Handoko with the SMART method getting rank 3 and with the MOORA method getting rank 2, and on behalf of Subagio with the SMART method getting rank 2 and with the MOORA method getting rank 3. The results of the comparison between the SMART and MOORA methods in determining the best customers recommend the MOORA method compared to the SMART method, because the results of the conformity level of the MOORA method get a value of 99.996% higher than the SMART method which gets a value of 99.995%.

Abstract

Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) is an approach used in decision making to select the best alternative from a number of given criteria or attributes. This research aims to apply the TOPSIS method in selecting the best marketing staff so that it can become a reference and benchmark for companies in selecting the best marketing staff using a decision support system model. The results of the ranking of the selection of the best marketing staff who got rank 1 with a value of 0.644, namely Ahmad, rank 2 with a value of 0.539, namely Hermawan, rank 3 with a value of 0.529, namely Santoso, rank 4 with a value of 0.443, namely Jayanti, rank 5 with a value of 0.399, namely Heru.

Abstract

The selection of exemplary employees is a crucial stage in building a productive and high-performing team. The criteria for assigning exemplary employees involve a number of important factors, including dedication to the job, communication skills, integrity, and willingness to continue learning and improving. This study aims to recommend exemplary employees to companies by applying a decision support system model using the SMART method based on criteria namely experience, communication, length of work, responsibilities and abilities. The ranking results of exemplary employees using the SMART method recommend Rank 1 with a final value of 0.6729 obtained by Nurdin, Rank 1 with a final value of 0.636 obtained by Jonni, Rank 3 with a final value of 0.58802 obtained by Ahmad, Rank 4 with a final value of 0.2505 obtained by Galih, Rank 5 with a final value of 0.24636 obtained by Santoso.
