Abstract

The development of industrial business in Indonesia is currently growing very rapidly. This can be seen from the many industries that are competing to win the hearts of consumers, through improving product quality and other things. The developments that have occurred have resulted in increasing competition. The business competition that has occurred has motivated business people to create strategies to make consumers satisfied with the products and services offered, because consumer behavior can change at any time for certain reasons. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of product, price, promotion and location on purchasing decisions for Estona Coffee MSMEs. This type of research is causality research. The population in this research is consumers/customers of MSMEs of Estona Coffee. The sample used was 140 respondents using purposive sampling. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that product, price, promotion and location have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Estona Coffee MSMEs. Abstract

Menganyam merupakan kerajinan tangan yang masih banyak dilakukan masyarakat. Berbagai motif anyaman menjadi bukti adanya kekayaan tradisi dan budaya Indonesia. Bahan yang di gunakan dalam kerajinan anyaman adalah tumbuhan bambu, karena hasil kerajinan anyaman bambu memiliki fungsi praktis, dan juga fungsi estetis. Kecamatan Sumberjambe Kabupaten Jember merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Jember yang secara geografis merupakan dataran tinggi yang memiliki sumber daya alam tanaman bambu yang melimpah dan terkenal sebagai centra buah durian. 2 komoditas yang dimiliki oleh Kecamatan Sumberjambe inilah yang pada akhirnya memunculkan ide usaha kerajinan anyaman bambu berupa keranjang durian yang dibangun dengan melibatkan kerja sama dari berbagai pihak yang memiliki kesamaan visi dan misi. Ide usaha ini sudah melalui banyak pertimbangan dari berbagai aspek, diantaranya yaitu bahan baku yang mudah didapatkan, harga-harganya relatif murah dan menjadi kerajinan yang memiliki kualitas yang baik dan mudah didapatkan oleh seluruh masyarakat. Maka dari itu perlu adanya manajemen usaha kerajinan anyaman bambu berupa pembinaan dan pelatihan agar nilai ekonomis bambu bisa meningkat serta menjadi sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Sumberjambe.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of religiosity, culture, financial literacy, and social environment on the savings behavior of generation Z, with a case study of high school students in Ambulu District. This study is motivated by the high level of consumptiveness in generation Z, which affects savings habits. Data from the Katadata Insight Center (KIC) shows that most generation Z rarely save or separate savings from daily expenses. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, this quantitative study collected data through questionnaires distributed to 100 high school students. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the impact of independent variables on savings behavior. The findings show that the level of religiosity, culture, financial literacy, and social context have a significant influence on savings behavior. Religiosity forms financial discipline and responsibility; culture encourages thrift and planning; financial literacy helps decision making; and a supportive social environment encourages interest in saving. This model is able to explain 73.4% of the variation in savings behavior, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model, such as personal motivation, education, economic conditions, or other external influences.

Abstract

Personal financial management is a systematic and structured approach to managing various aspects of personal finance. For students, personal financial management includes monitoring income and expenses related to basic needs, including education costs, transportation, food, and other basic needs. Using variables such as fintech payments, lifestyle, and the overall educational environment, this study will examine personal financial management at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember. Overall, 380 people were part of this quantitative study. To analyze the data, SPSS 28 was used along with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that fintech payments, lifestyle and school environment each have a good and significant influence on the personal financial management of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember.
