Abstract

Turnover retention refers to the tendency or desire of an employee to leave the current job or organization. This may reflect the employee's thoughts, feelings, or plans regarding leaving the position in the near future. This study aims to see how the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on turnover intention of PT. Jaya Teknik Artha Makmur. This study consists of three variables, namely job satisfaction, work environment and turnover intention. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with primary data collection techniques with data collection in the form of questionnaires distributed to 41 employees as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive, data instrument test which includes validity and reliability tests, classic assumption test which includes normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests includes t test, F test and test of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable i.e. work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.031 <0.05 and job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention with a significant value of 0.039 <0.05 and the adjusted R squared value obtained is a 36.7%, which means that the influence between work environment and job satisfaction on turnover intention is in the low category.

Abstract

Human resources are the driving aspect of a company's operations. The performance of human resources, namely employees, is an essential factor in achieving company goals. Providing proper compensation and motivation will influence employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Jaya Teknik Artha Makmur Tangerang. A non-probability technique of 41 employees chose the sample, and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicates that partial compensation does not significantly influence employee performance, but the coefficient value is positive. This result showed the value of t count -0,102 < t table 1,685 with a significant level > 0,919. In comparison, motivation significantly affects employee performance with a positive coefficient value. The t count also indicates the t count 5,349 > t table 1,685 with a significant level < 0,000. Simultaneously compensation and motivation affect performance.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an attitude and a sense of fulfillment that employees feel towards their jobs, which arises from the company's ability to meet all employee needs adequately. Employee job satisfaction is an essential component of human resource organizations and serves as a benchmark that companies need to improve to foster trust in the organization and ensure peak performance. This is also the case with PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Bintaro Jaya Branch, which has experienced suboptimal work-life balance and work environment conditions, causing employees to feel uncomfortable in their jobs. This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work environment in enhancing job satisfaction among employees at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Bintaro Jaya. A sample size of 53 respondents was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method. This research employs a quantitative method with data analysis conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25.0. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Public sector financial performance requires evaluation as a form of evaluation so that financial performance is more optimal. The financial performance of the Tangerang Regency Government in this study uses the Value for Money (VfM) approach with factors from three main factors, namely economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in 2014 to 2023. Based on the analysis of the public sector financial performance of Tangerang Regency, it is very economical with an average of 101.33% and very efficient with an average of 112.93%, but its efficiency is still low with an average of 98.54%. The results of this analysis can be used as evaluation material for the Tangerang Regency Government to carry out efficiency in public sector financial performance, so that the Tangerang Regency Government can optimize the quality of service to the local community.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of compensation and leadership style on employee performance. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from a saturated sample of 32 employees at PT. Gerbang Mandiri Sukses Jakarta through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the robustness of the research instruments. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that both compensation and leadership style have a significant and positive impact on employee performance, with leadership style demonstrating a stronger influence. The results highlight the importance of fair compensation systems and effective leadership in enhancing productivity and achieving organizational goals. This research provides practical insights for improving human resource management strategies, particularly in creating a motivated and high-performing workforce. These findings emphasize the critical role of strategic HR practices in supporting organizational success.

Abstract

PT.XXX is one of the companies in cikarang engaged in Electrical Supply and Maintenance Service that has many projects in various regions of Indonesia. To be able to know what influences can affect the resulting performance. Then the company also needs to know whether the motivation that has been given has an effect on performance and whether work discipline is prioritized in carrying out work. The research method used is a quantitative statistical method by doing reset and questionnaires to collect data. In this writing using analytical techniques consisting of several multicollinearity test that get the value of 2.286 < 10 which means that the regression model does not occur multicollinearity problem, Hetereskeasticity test that produces images with point spread which means that the regression model can be used, normality test that produces the value of sig 0.127 > 0.05 which shows that normality is met. Multiple Linear regression test results in the value of Y=11.916 – 0.002 + 0.571 which shows that motivation and discipline are constant motivation variable if having an increase of 1 will decrease by -0.002 in the discipline variable will increase by 0.571, the T test shows that motivation does not affect performance while discipline affects performance, the F test shows that the independent variable together affect the dependent variable, the coefficient of determination test shows that the value of R 0.599 which means it is quite strong and the value of R square is 0.359 which shows that 35.9% is influenced by motivation and discipline.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenge of identifying potential stocks for long-term investment within the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) amid dynamic market conditions and regulatory changes impacting the capital market. The research aims to develop a systematic approach to stock selection based on fundamental analysis, utilizing the Stockbit application’s Stock Screener feature. The method involves several stages, including defining screening criteria based on market capitalization, profitability, revenue growth, Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), debt levels, and dividend consistency. Stocks are further evaluated through valuation metrics such as Price Earnings Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to identify potential discounts of over 20% relative to their five-year historical averages. The screening process shortlisted four issuers: KLBF, TLKM, ASII, and UNTR, all of which meet both quality and valuation criteria, and are currently trading at attractive discounts. These findings offer valuable insights for investors, providing a practical framework for initial screening and deeper financial analysis, including examination of the companies’ financial statements and business models. The study concludes that integrating digital tools like Stockbit with fundamental analysis enhances decision-making for investors and suggests further research to explore advanced screening techniques and integration with sharia compliance considerations.

Abstract

PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) merupakan perusahaan dengan operasi usaha pada sektor pertambangan batubara, perniagaan dan jasa lainnya. Aktivitas yang berkaitan seperti infrastruktur batubara dan logistik di Indonesia. ADRO dibentuk pada tanggal 28 Juli 2004, awalnya bernama PT. Padang Kurnia. Pada 18 April 2008 ADRO melakukan perubahan nama menjadi PT. Adaro Energy Tbk. Sebagai perusahaan bermodal besar maka menjadi hal yang menarik untuk mengamati pergerakan angka pada laporan keuangan perusahaan ini selama pandemi covid 19 sepanjang tahun 2020 silam.Melalui perhitungan dan pengukuran Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Aktivitas dan Rasio Profitabilitas dapat diamati hubungan ekonomi yang terkait dengan kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui perolehan informasi yag bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan studi pustaka dengan mengacu pada data keuangan perusahaan. Metode penelitian dalam tulisan ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisa rasio. Hasil pengukuran rasio, sejumlah kinerja keuangan bisa dikatakan baik, sebagian rasio lainnya harus ditingkatkan lagi agar posisi rasio bisa berada diatas rata-rata standar industri.

Abstract

PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) atau biasa disingkat WIKA merupakan salah satu perusahaan kontraktor terbesar dan terbaik di Indonesia. Dibentuk dari proses nasionalisasi perusahaan Belanda, pada tanggal 11 Maret 1960 bergerak dengan nama Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja. Perkembangan signifikan pertama terjadi pada tahun 1972 yang mana pada saat itu nama Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja berubah menjadi PT Wijaya Karya. Mengamati pergerakan angka pada laporan keuangan perusahaan bermodal besar ini selama pandemi covid 19 sepanjang tahun 2020 silam menjadi hal yang menarik untuk dicermati. Pengamatan hubungan ekonomi yang terkait dengan kinerja perusahaan tersebut dilakukan melalui perhitungan dan pengukuran Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Aktivitas dan Rasio Profitabilitas. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui perolehan informasi yang di dapat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia maupun studi pustaka dengan mengacu pada data keuangan perusahaan. Dalam tulisan ini metode penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisa rasio. Hasil pengukuran rasio, sejumlah kinerja keuangan bisa dikatakan terdapat berada diatas rata-rata standar industri, sebagian rasio lainnya harus ditingkatkan lagi agar posisi rasio meski di masa pandemi ini tetap bisa berada diatas rata-rata standar industri.

Abstract

Media use of letters has been known in human civilization for a long time. A letter is a means for delivering information in the form of a written statement to another party both on its own behalf (personal) and because of an official. The position of the letter can be said as a representation in the form of an expression or statement from the sender in communicating the matter conveyed. In brief, it can be stated that the letter is an important communication tool in the administration of work. Continuous correspondence relations, it is common for this activity to be referred to as correspondence or correspondence. the handling of correspondence activities both in the incoming letter and in the outgoing letter in the form of an effort to receive letters, grouping letters, directing letters and the process of efforts to record letters, distribute letters and send letters. The findings of the secretary's assignment in handling incoming letters and outgoing letters are found to be facts. Management of incoming letters has not been optimal and the outgoing mail has not been running optimally.
