Abstract

Indomaret is one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia. Indomaret is widespread in Indonesia and has developed rapidly, more specifically in the Jakarta area. The aim of this research is to find out whether price and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Mangga Dua Square, specifically at Mangga Dua Square Mall, North Jakarta. Customer satisfaction is one of the key factors in improving company quality. The method used was to use a questionnaire totaling 97 people for the October-January period using Lemeshow's theory.  This research uses a quantitative approach. The data results and samples of this research were processed using SPSS 24 software with multiple linear regression analysis techniques which include instrument tests, partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. The results of this research show a significant positive influence on Indomaret Mangga Dua Square. Partially or simultaneously, the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction has a very positive influence on customers at Indomaret Mangga Dua Square

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Politeknik Enjiniring Pertanian Indonesia (PEPI). Fokus penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya tantangan kinerja pegawai yang dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya motivasi serta pelanggaran kedisiplinan seperti keterlambatan dan ketidakhadiran tanpa keterangan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap seluruh populasi berjumlah 81 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,361 > ttabel 1,990 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dengan thitung 3,871 > ttabel 1,990 dan signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 29,262 > Ftabel 3,11 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,429 menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja bersama-sama menjelaskan 42,9% variasi kinerja pegawai, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem penilaian kinerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, yang akan meningkatkan  keberhasilan organisasi. Keberhasilan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan tugas dalam rangkai mencapai suatu tujuan tidak hanya bergantung pada prasarana, sarana, dan kemampuan teknologi yang tersedia saat ini, tetapi juga pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia yang tersedia. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan metode Behaviourally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) digunakan untuk membantu pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan nilai akhir perankingan alternatif terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menerapkan metode BARS dalam mendukung penilaian kinerja karyawan, dengan teknik pendukung keputusan dapat membantu pengambil keputusan menghasilkan keputusan secara obyektif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan 5 kriteria penilaian dan 10 karyawan, metode BARS terbukti menghasilkan keputusan untuk karyawan terbaik dengan nilai 3,85 pada karyawan pertama. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah menambahkan Behaviour Anchor pada setiap kriteria untuk membuat hasil perankingan lebih obyektif .

Abstract

PT Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia is a distributor for European gearbox and electric motor manufacturers. PT Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia is one of the sole agents of electric motor/gear motor products and one of the largest gear companies. Based on the objectives and form of the research conceptual framework, the approach used in this research is quantitative. In this study, simultaneously the level of attendance and incentives has a significant effect on employee performance with the F test value obtained of 28,286 with a sig value. 0.000 because the probability is below 0.05 or 0.000 0.05, the multiple linear regression model can be used to predict employee performance or it can be said that the Attendance Rate (X1) and Incentives (X2) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y).PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to implement an effective and efficient employee attendance attendance system, so as to facilitate the human resource management process, save costs and time and increase employee productivity and assess employee performance by considering factors such as attendance and incentive levels, so as to provide a more complete picture of employee performance.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an attitude and a sense of fulfillment that employees feel towards their jobs, which arises from the company's ability to meet all employee needs adequately. Employee job satisfaction is an essential component of human resource organizations and serves as a benchmark that companies need to improve to foster trust in the organization and ensure peak performance. This is also the case with PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Bintaro Jaya Branch, which has experienced suboptimal work-life balance and work environment conditions, causing employees to feel uncomfortable in their jobs. This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work environment in enhancing job satisfaction among employees at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Bintaro Jaya. A sample size of 53 respondents was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method. This research employs a quantitative method with data analysis conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25.0. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Public sector financial performance requires evaluation as a form of evaluation so that financial performance is more optimal. The financial performance of the Tangerang Regency Government in this study uses the Value for Money (VfM) approach with factors from three main factors, namely economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in 2014 to 2023. Based on the analysis of the public sector financial performance of Tangerang Regency, it is very economical with an average of 101.33% and very efficient with an average of 112.93%, but its efficiency is still low with an average of 98.54%. The results of this analysis can be used as evaluation material for the Tangerang Regency Government to carry out efficiency in public sector financial performance, so that the Tangerang Regency Government can optimize the quality of service to the local community.

Abstract

In the current era of economic development, Indonesia is focused on how the government maximizes state revenues, government agencies or the Directorate General of Customs and Excise need to expand performance or targets in order to face economic competition, that import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City in 2020-2022 did not reach the target set by the State Budget which is still increasing and decreasing. This study aims to see how much influence the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts on the target of partial and simultaneous import duty receipts. The study used a quantitative approach, information in the form of secondary data, namely time series data totaling 36 samples, data collection techniques using obseration and documentation. This study used the classical assumption test analysis method of multiple linear regression with SPSS. The acquisition of research shows that the value of imports has a positive and significant effect on the target of import duty receipts, while the realization of import duty receipts has a positive and insignificant effect on the target of import duty receipts. Simultaneously, the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts have a significant effect on the target of import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City. For future researchers, it is better to conduct studies in more than one region or port so that the results of the study can represent the overall condition in Indonesia in order to obtain accurate, representative and complete data so that the analysis and findings in the study become more valid.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of earnings per share (EPS) and price-to-earnings ratio (P/E ratio) on the stock price of PT Astra International Tbk during the 2020–2024 period. Addressing the research gap in post-pandemic valuation studies within Indonesia's automotive sector, this research employs a quantitative approach using quarterly secondary data obtained from official financial reports and stock market records. Classical assumption tests confirm that the regression model satisfies the criteria for normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and autocorrelation, ensuring the robustness of the analysis. The results demonstrate that both EPS and PER have a positive and significant impact on stock prices, indicating that profitability and valuation measures are critical determinants of market value. These findings underscore the importance of fundamental analysis in informing investment decisions and provide empirical evidence for investors and financial analysts seeking to assess corporate performance in emerging markets.

Abstract

The performance of an employee is the ability of each employee to perform the tasks assigned to them. Employee performance can affect the stability of the business. Where good employee performance affects the performance of the company. So, companies should pay attention to things that can improve employee performance like work environment and work motivation. This study aims (1) to determine the effect of work environment on employee performance of PT Bumi Asri Pasaman (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT Bumi Asri Pasaman (3) to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance of PT Bumi Asri Pasaman. This study aims (1) to determine the effect of work environment on employee performance of PT Bumi Asri Pasaman (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT Bumi Asri Pasaman (3) to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance of PT Bumi Asri Pasaman. This study uses a quantitative approach method with a sample population of 47 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, there are 47 respondents in this study. The data analysis method used is instrument test, test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of the research work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work environment and motivation together have a significant influence simultaneously on employee performance. While the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²) are known to be 0.419 or 41.9%, which means that the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance is only 41.9% while the remaining 58.1% can be influenced by other variables not explained in the study.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya memahami bagaimana motivasi kerja dan pelatihan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT Mouris Sinergi Indonesia di Kota Tangerang Selatan untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat motivasi kerja dan pelatihan yang dijadikan sebagai variabel independent dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependent. Penelitian ini dikaji untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Mouris Sinergi Indonesia baik secara pasrial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Mouris Sinergi Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Mouris Sinergi Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang dan sampel penelitian ini juga berjumlah 40 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 29.0 dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa t terdapat pengaruh yang negative dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukan dari hasil thitung sebesar -4,848 dengan signifikansi 0,001. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukan dari hasil t hitung sebesar 4.515 dengan signifikansi 0,001. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan dan motivasi kerjaterhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil Fhitung sebesar 17.154 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Hasil nilai Adjusted R-squared sebesar 48,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
