Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan bersama mitra Instituta Hak Asasi Perempuan (IHAP). Dalam fungsinya sebagai salah satu LSM yang melakukan penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan ragam identitas gender dan seksualitas, IHAP mengalami kesulitan dalam pendokumentasian kasus kekerasan dari korban atau penyintas terutama di masa pandemi yang tidak memungkinkan untuk mendokumentasikan kasus secara langsung. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada media atau sarana yang dapat diakses korban dimanapun dan kapanpun. Selain itu, fungsi pendampingan terhadap korban kekerasan sering seringkali mengalami kendala waktu serta korban yang enggan berkomunikasi langsung dengan konselor karena merasa malu. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya aplikasi yang dapat mengakomodir permasalahan tersebut. Untuk sampai pada implementasi aplikasi tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan proses requirement engineering sebagai dasar bagi pembangunan aplikasi. PkM ini menghasilkan dokumen SRS (Software Requirement Specification) yang disepakati bersama untuk menjadi blue print bagi pembangunan dan implementasi aplikasi pelaporan dan konseling pada korban berbasis gender.

Abstract

The development of indoor sports fields is expanding in Salatiga in tandem with the growth of sports activities among millennials and generation Z. This "Sports City" still faces a number of challengest, including discovering the sports hall's location on a map, locating facility details, making bookings quickly, and locating teams to practice with. Therefore, to overcome this problem, the researcher proposed an online reservation UI/UX design which made into a prototype. Using the design thinking method and Single Ease Question (SEQ) testing on respondents aged 18-28 years, researchers explored user needs and created solutions for improving service quality. According to user feedback, this application's UI/UX is effective and simple to use (average score of 6-easy). It also satisfies learnability, efficiency, and satisfaction. As a result, the research helps to build a sports facility booking software that can improve comfort and accessibility for Salatiga community members and students.Keywords: Sport Centre; User Interface; User Experience; Design Thinking AbstrakSeiring dengan maraknya aktivitas olahraga milenial dan generasi Z di Salatiga, pembangunan sejumlah lapangan olahraga indoor pun semakin berkembang. Namun, kota yang disebut sebagai “Kota Olahraga” ini masih memiliki beberapa kendala, seperti kesulitan menemukan lokasi gedung olahraga di peta, pencarian informasi fasilitas, pemesanan yang efisien, serta menemukan tim untuk berlatih. Oleh sebab itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti mengusulkan rancangan UI/UX reservasi online yang selanjutnya dibuat menjadi prototype. Menggunakan metode design thinking dan pengujian Single Ease Question (SEQ) terhadap responden berusia 18-28 tahun, peneliti mengeksplorasi permasalahan kebutuhan pengguna dan menciptakan solusi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Hasilnya adalah pengguna berpendapat bahwa UI/UX aplikasi ini mudah dimengerti dan efisien dengan skor rata-rata 6(mudah) dan memenuhi beberapa dimensi usability yaitu learnability, efficiency, dan satisfaction. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam merancang aplikasi pemesanan fasilitas olahraga yang dapat meningkatkan aksesbilitas dan kenyamanan bagi mahasiswa maupun masyarakat di Salatiga.

Abstract

To encourage consumption and demand for MSME products in the form of goods and services, Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (DinKopUKM) of Salatiga City is taking steps by organizing activities that will provide stimulus in the form of gifts in the form of goods and gifts in the form of shopping vouchers. To expedite this program, an integrated aid distribution system was built, one of the applications in which is a web-based Aid Distribution Monitoring Application. This application functions to monitor voucher distribution. The application was built using the CodeIgniter framework and consists of six main features. The applications that have been built are tested using black box testing and user acceptance testing methods. From the testing process, it was found that the functional application was running as expected and users strongly agreed that the application that was built made it easier to monitor the distribution of aid to MSMEs.Kata kunci: Monitoring Aid Distribution; Web; Blackbox Testing; User Acceptance Testing; MSMEs AbstrakUntuk mendorong terjadinya konsumsi dan kebutuhan akan produk-produk UMKM baik berwujud barang maupun jasa, Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Salatiga (DinKopUKM) melakukan langkah dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan yang akan memberikan stimulus berupa hadiah berwujud barang dan hadiah berwujud voucher belanja. Untuk memperlancar program ini, maka dibangunlah sistem distribusi bantuan terintegrasi dimana salah satu aplikasi didalamnya adalah Aplikasi Monitoring Distribusi Bantuan berbasis web. Aplikasi ini berfungsi untuk melakukan pemantauan distribusi voucher. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan terdiri dari enam fitur utama. Aplikasi yang telah dibangun diuji menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan user acceptance testing. Dari proses pengujian, didapatkan bahwa fungsional aplikasi telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan pengguna sangat setuju aplikasi yang dibangun memudahkan proses monitoring distribusi bantuan kepada UMKM.Kata kunci: Monitoring Distribusi Bantuan; Web; Blackbox Testing; User Acceptance Testing; UMKM

Abstract

This encourages the diffusion of digital technology in society. One of them is the organization of events such as seminars and workshops that must continue to take place from the needs of the community. The platform commonly used in conducting virtual events is Zoom Meeting. However, there are several features that have not been accommodated in Zoom Meeting. In this study, user experience and user interface design for the EventGo visual event application were designed. Design on user experience on Zoom Meeting. Therefore, an evaluation of the UX of the Zoom Meeting application was carried out using UEQ. The UI/UX design of the EventGo application also uses UEQ. From the evaluation results, it was found that there was an increase in the average UX aspect of the EventGo application design.

Abstract

The development of technology is very helpful in agriculture by using the internet to get the information we need. The problem that farmers think of is that they cannot easily and quickly get information in the form of light intensity, precipitation, soil pH, soil moisture, soil temperature, humidity and air temperature. When farmers get the information they need from agricultural land, they usually get information through the internet so they are considered less efficient as it is quite time consuming. To solve this problem, a system is designed using the research and development method (RnD). A new Android-based application that can display data in text and graphics that are more easily accessible to farmers. This study creates an Android-based mobile application based on tests using the Android interface to display information about agricultural land conditions and display graphical data that is updated every 5 minutes. Abstract

The number of universities in Indonesia continues to grow. This condition certainly makes the flow of new student admissions increasingly competitive between universities, thus encouraging universities to do branding, show quality, and do the right positioning. Therefore, it is important for universities to adopt a data-driven approach that can provide in-depth insights into prospective students and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to design and build an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipeline to collect, process, and analyze prospective student data as part of the business intelligence (BI) system to be built. The proposed ETL architecture design supports automated microservices-based data transformation in data cleaning, normalization, and integration. In addition, it can also be used as a solution to increase the scalability and flexibility of data mobilization in the BI system. This study introduces a novel approach by designing an ETL pipeline within a business intelligence framework aimed at enhancing university marketing efforts. Unlike prior research, which has primarily applied business intelligence tools to evaluate academic activities within learning management systems, this work shifts the focus to marketing analytics. Additionally, while existing studies on higher education marketing often center around digital marketing techniques and the marketing mix, this research fills a gap by proposing a technical infrastructure that supports data-driven marketing through automated ETL processes. The resulting ETL was tested using several methods, namely Source to Target Count Testing, Source to Target Data Testing, Duplicate Data Check Testing, and Data Transformation Testing. Abstract

Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) is the primary language used by the Deaf community in Indonesia. However, the lack of interactive learning media has become a barrier in the learning process, both for Deaf individuals and hearing people who wish to learn BISINDO. This study aims to design a more intuitive and user-centered mobile application interface (UI) for BISINDO learning by applying the Design Thinking method. Design Thinking is a user-centric approach consisting of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This study uses a qualitative research method through interviews, observations, and prototype testing with prospective users. The findings reveal that UI design using the Design Thinking approach significantly improves content readability, navigation ease, and overall user experience compared to conventional design approaches. These results indicate that Design Thinking is an effective approach for developing inclusive and adaptive learning application interfaces for both the Deaf and hearing users. This research contributes to the development of more empathetic, functional, and accessible sign language learning applications. Namun demikian, keterbatasan media pembelajaran interaktif menjadi kendala dalam proses pembelajaran, baik bagi individu Tuli maupun pendengar yang ingin mempelajarinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) aplikasi mobile pembelajaran BISINDO yang lebih intuitif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dengan menerapkan metode Design Thinking. Design Thinking merupakan pendekatan yang berpusat pada pengguna dan terdiri dari lima tahapan: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pengujian prototipe bersama calon pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan UI dengan pendekatan Design Thinking memberikan peningkatan signifikan dalam hal keterbacaan konten, kemudahan navigasi, serta pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan jika dibandingkan dengan desain konvensional. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan berbasis Design Thinking efektif dalam menciptakan solusi antarmuka pembelajaran yang inklusif dan adaptif bagi komunitas Tuli dan pendengar. Dengan hasil ini, penelitian memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa isyarat yang lebih empatik, fungsional, dan mudah diakses oleh berbagai kalangan pengguna.

Abstract

The Cooperatives and SMEs Service (DinKopUKM) under the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs play a vital role in coordinating the implementation of tasks, coaching and providing administrative support for MSMEs. In this research, a portal for managing MSME data and Sales Revenue reporting was carried out to support transparent information management, monitoring MSME business implementation, and encouraging orderly administration in MSMEs so as to optimize efforts to empower MSMEs. The portal was developed using Laravel technology for the backend and NextJS for the frontend, with a responsive web design so that it can be accessed from various devices. Apart from that, to support data integration and data communication with resources that have been built in previous research, OAuth 2.0 was implemented. The development process is in accordance with the Prototyping process model. The portal developed was tested using the black box testing method. It was found that this portal was in accordance with the needs and design of the system. The portal developed helps DinKopUKM in carrying out its duties of data collection on MSMEs, monitoring MSMEs, and encouraging MSMEs to maintain orderly administration

Abstract

Informasi Tekstual menjadi salah satu cara untuk deteksi emosi. Namun, ekstraksi emosi menjadi tantangan tersendiri dikarenakan makna implisit dan eksplisit yang terkandung dalam teks. Pendekatan Ekstraksi makna emosi berbasis teks sudah banyak dilakukan dengan model deep learning. Meski begitu, performa komputasi dan akurasi model sering kali kontradiktif dikarenakan model yang kompleks. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan eksperimental model deep learning menggunakan BERT Model Language untuk deteksi emosi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan model deteksi emosi yang optimal dan akurat yang dapat memberikan performa komputasi yang rendah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data collection, data pre-processing, arsitektur BERT, BERT Model Comparison, dan Model Evaluation. Model deteksi emosi terbaik ditemukan pada model DistilBERT dengan akurasi 0.9425 dan nilai F1 0.942. Berdasarkan evaluasi proses pembelajaran model DistilBERT, terdapat loss trend menurun sehingga model semakin mampu untuk melakukan prediksi emosi yang baik terhadap unseen data. Model deteksi emosi yang diusulkan, menghasilkan performa lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan model deteksi emosi menggunakan deep learning pada penelitian sebelumnya dimana model ini dapat meminimalisir kompleksitas model deteksi emosi, mengurangi komputasi namun tetap memberikan performa yang optimal.
