Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Sangkapura faces serious operational constraints due to its manual administration system. The offline and physical New Student Admission (PPDB) process slows down workflows and is prone to data errors. Furthermore, the absence of a centralized and integrated alumni tracking (tracer study) system causes graduate data to be scattered, unstructured, and complicates the fulfillment of school accreditation data. This research aims to design and build a functional and responsive WordPress-based school website. Specifically, this website is designed to integrate three main functions: (1) school information and promotion media, (2) a structured online PPDB system, and (3) a centralized alumni tracer study platform. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall development model, which includes stages of needs analysis, system design (UML), implementation (WordPress), and testing. Data collection used observation techniques, in-depth interviews with school staff, and document studies. Data analysis and system evaluation techniques used Black-Box Testing for functional feature validation and Usability Testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument to measure the feasibility and acceptance of end-users. The result is a school website that is proven to be functional, responsive, and meets user needs with an average usability score of 83. The implementation of the online PPDB system has successfully replaced the manual process, making the registration flow more efficient, transparent, and widely accessible. The tracer study feature has also successfully centralized the alumni database, which was previously fragmented, providing a more professional and structured tracking mechanism to support accreditation needs.

Abstract

The manual submission of employee complaints often leads to slow handling, disorganized documentation, and limited transparency regarding complaint progress. These issues hinder internal communication and reduce the effectiveness of administrative processes. This study aims to design and implement a Web-Based Employee Complaint Submission System using PHP and the Bootstrap framework to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing complaints. The system supports three main categories of complaints: payroll, occupational safety and health, and work facilities. It also enables employees to track complaint status through request, approved, and rejected indicators. Administrators can manage user accounts and generate official follow-up letters. Implementation results show that the system improves data recording, enhances documentation order, and increases transparency in complaint handling. Overall, the system facilitates more structured, efficient, and traceable communication between employees and management, supporting better corporate governance.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged organizations to implement computerized systems to improve document management efficiency and security. At PT Petrokimia Gresik, import document archiving was previously conducted using Google Drive and physical storage, which caused issues such as limited access control, risk of data loss, and slow document retrieval during audits. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Import Document Archiving Information System using the waterfall development method. The system was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. The results indicate that the system improves archiving efficiency, enhances data security, accelerates document search, and supports structured monitoring and validation processes.

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out to address the problem of low utilization of interactive technology in mathematics learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Digital Content Class, Padang Bandung, Dukun District, Gresik Regency. The purpose of this activity is to improve the competence of teachers and students in designing innovative learning media thru the development of artificial intelligence-based educational games. The implementation methods include workshops, hands-on practice, group discussions, and intensive mentoring. Participants are trained to design game flow, integrate simple artificial intelligence concepts, and apply mathematical logic in Scratch. The evaluation results show an average increase of 35.8% in participants' knowledge scores between the pre-test and post-test. Additionally, based on the satisfaction survey given to teachers and students. From 92% of teachers who felt the training was very beneficial for the development of their teaching skills, and 88% of students stated that this activity was fun and made them more interested in learning mathematics, showing high enthusiasm and being able to produce educational game prototypes relevant to mathematical material. This activity is expected to serve as a model for sustainable training in optimizing the use of artificial intelligence-based technology for more engaging and practical mathematics learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan dan pengembangan sistem pendaftaran peserta magang berbasis website pada PT Cipta Nirmala Gresik menggunakan framework Laravel. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai kendala pada proses pendaftaran manual, seperti keterlambatan verifikasi, kesalahan input data, serta ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan dokumen fisik. Model pengembangan yang diterapkan adalah Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, sehingga sistem disusun agar dapat mendukung tiga peran utama, yaitu admin, pendaftar, dan peserta magang. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan arsitektur MVC pada Laravel serta dilengkapi dengan flowchart, use case diagram, dan ERD untuk menggambarkan alur proses dan struktur basis data. Implementasi dilakukan dengan Laravel 11 dan MySQL, menghasilkan fitur seperti pendaftaran daring, pengisian formulir, unggah berkas, verifikasi admin, serta pembatasan akses berbasis peran. Pengujian menggunakan metode black-box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama berjalan dengan baik tanpa kesalahan signifikan pada tahap prototype. Sistem yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi data, dan kerapian administrasi pendaftaran magang dibandingkan proses manual sebelumnya, sehingga mampu mendukung digitalisasi proses administrasi magang di PT Cipta Nirmala.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pengelolaan limbah air rumah sakit merupakan aspek krusial dalam menjaga kualitas lingkungan dan mencegah dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Skripsi ini mengembangkan sistem pemantauan kualitas limbah air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dilengkapi dengan klasifikasi otomatis menggunakan algoritma Decision Tree C4.5. Sistem memanfaatkan sensor untuk mengukur parameter penting seperti pH, Kekeruhan dan Suhu yang datanya dikirim secara real-time ke platform monitoring. Data tersebut kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kategori kualitas air, yaitu Baik, Cukup Baik, dan Berbahaya, berdasarkan aturan keputusan dari algoritma C4.5. Evaluasi sistem menggunakan Confusion Matrix menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 100%, membuktikan efektivitas algoritma dalam mengidentifikasi tingkat pencemaran limbah air. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan sebagai alat bantu pengawasan limbah air rumah sakit secara efisien, akurat, dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci : Pemantauan; Kualitas; Limbah Air; Rumah Sakit, Decision Tree, Internet Of Things Abstract -. The management of hospital wastewater is a crucial aspect of preserving environmental quality and preventing adverse effects on public health. This thesis develops a hospital wastewater quality monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT), equipped with automatic classification using the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm. The system utilizes sensors to measure key parameters such as pH, Turbidity and Temperature with data transmitted in real-time to a monitoring platform. The collected data is then classified into three categories of water quality: Good, Fair, and Hazardous, based on decision rules derived from the C4.5 algorithm. System evaluation using a Confusion Matrix indicates an accuracy level of 100%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the algorithm in identifying pollution levels in wastewater. These findings suggest that the developed system holds significant potential as an efficient, accurate, and sustainable tool for hospital wastewater monitoring.Keywords : Hospital Wastewater; Quality Monitoring; Decision Tree; Internet Of Things;

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem presensi satpam di Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterlambatan input data kehadiran, kurangnya integrasi antara presensi, penjadwalan, dan perizinan, serta validasi lokasi yang belum akurat. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian jadwal antarshift, keterlambatan dalam proses persetujuan izin, dan menurunkan efektivitas pengawasan terhadap personel keamanan di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem presensi satpam berbasis GPS yang terintegrasi dengan fitur penjadwalan dan perizinan digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam administrasi kehadiran. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan kesesuaian fungsi sistem dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan teknologi React.js pada sisi frontend, Node.js dengan Express.js pada sisi backend, serta Microsoft SQL Server sebagai basis data utama. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memverifikasi kehadiran berdasarkan koordinat GPS secara akurat, mengelola jadwal kerja dan perizinan secara daring, serta mendukung peningkatan efektivitas dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan personel keamanan di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik.Kata kunci : Sistem presensi; GPS; algoritma Haversine; penjadwalan perizinan; Waterfall; Abstract - The security attendance system at Petrokimia Gresik Hospital still faces several challenges, such as delays in attendance data input, lack of integration between attendance, scheduling, and leave management, as well as inaccurate location validation. These issues lead to schedule mismatches between shifts, delays in leave approval, and reduced effectiveness in monitoring security personnel on duty. This study aims to develop a GPS-based security attendance system integrated with digital scheduling and leave features to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in attendance administration. The development process adopts the Waterfall method, which includes stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using the Black Box Testing method to ensure the system’s functionality meets user requirements. The application is built using React.js for the frontend, Node.js with Express.js for the backend, and Microsoft SQL Server as the main database. The implementation results show that the system can accurately verify attendance based on GPS coordinates, manage work schedules and leave requests online, and enhance the effectiveness and accountability of security personnel management at Petrokimia Gresik Hospital.Keywords: Attendance system; GPS; Haversine algorithm; scheduling; leave management; Waterfall;

Abstract

AbstrakKemunculan berbagai game online di smartphone, pasar game online terus meningkat hingga saat ini. Industri game di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sejak tahun 2016 - 2020. Di mana, mampu meraup pendapatan sebesar USD 1,1 miliar atau sekitar Rp 15,7 triliun. Indonesia dengan pencapaian tersebut, saat ini merupakan pasar Industri game terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Selain itu, juga menduduki peringkat ke-17 dunia, di mana tercatat sebanyak 52 juta penduduknya merupakan gamer. Oleh sebab itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat program studi Teknik Informatika melakukan kegiatan berupa pelatihan, pengembangan, pendampingan dan workshop pembuatan game android untuk siswa SMK YPI Darussalam. Tujuannya mereka dibekali pengetahuan dan keahlian tersebut supaya mereka dapat menjadi creator game atau developer game lokal. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan tersebut berupa metode workshop dan pelatihan (ceramah dan diskusi-informasi). Dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan, pengembangan, pendampingan dan workshop pembuatan game android didapatkan bahwa siswa-siswi SMK YPI Darussalam Cerme memahami dengan baik dan dapat membuat rancangan scenario game dan kemudian membangun game dengan framework Unity. Kata kunci: game; unity; workshop; artificial intelligence Abstract The emergence of various online games on smartphones, the online game market continues to increase to this day. The gaming industry in Indonesia has experienced a significant increase from 2016 - 2020. It was able to generate revenue of USD 1.1 billion or around IDR 15.7 trillion. Indonesia, with these achievements, is currently the largest gaming industry market in Southeast Asia. Apart from that, it is also ranked 17th in the world, where 52 million people are gamers. For this reason, the community service team for the Informatics Engineering study program carries out activities in the form of training, development, mentoring and workshops on making Android games for YPI Darussalam Vocational School students. The goal is that they are equipped with this knowledge and expertise so that they can become game creators or local game developers. The methods used in this activity are workshop and training methods (lectures and information discussions). From the results of training, development, mentoring and Android game creation workshops, it was found that YPI Darussalam Cerme Vocational School students understood well and were able to design game scenarios and then build games using the Unity framework. Keywords: game; unity; workshop; artificial intelligence

Abstract

Technology is very embedded in our lives and our daily activities. The development of this technology makes many jobs easier. This technology can also solve many problems, one of which is business problems. The solution to the problems at the Mbledeq Restaurant can be overcome by creating a Website-Based Payroll System, which includes calculating employee salaries according to attendance, inputting employee data, and reporting employee pay slips. Building a web-based application system that can be used to meet the needs of Mbledeq Restaurant employees, this website-based website is expected to help the Admin process Mbledeq Restaurant payroll data and display details of salary slips received during one month of work. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD ). RAD is considered very suitable for this research because it is known to be fast in developing information systems. The method in this research consists of requirements planning, system design, and implementation. By considering the design, implementation, and objectives of creating an employee salary information system at MbledeQ Cafe&Resto Gresik, it can be concluded that building an employee salary information system at MbledeQ Cafe&Resto Gresik so that the employee salary information system becomes a comfortable place for employees to find their pay slips. The salary information system generates attendance reports, salaries & pay slips, which can be given to future employees and also makes it easier for admins to calculate employee salaries.
