Abstract

The web-based student value data processing system is one of the systems that give the student’s associated value and activation information online, so it can reinforce the speed and quality of the student’s assessment. The problem with data processing at the high school private valentine diski is currently in manual. This research is aimed at quickly establishing value information systems in check, logging and computerized. In addition, using web-based data processing information can be accssed at any time. This application USES xampp as a server for system designers and mysql as database. The login menu design consists of the homeroom teachers, admin, principal and students have separate access when it will open applications so that the program’s security is protected. The system works the insertion of data, the storing of data, and the processing of data assessments presented by the school. The study has produced a value data processing system that helps performance from both the administration and the homeroom teacher, thus facilitating the use of well-conveyed value processing processes. In addition, system interfaces are implemented according to existing report CARDS so that systems can be used easily and generate accurate value calculations.

Abstract

In running a business, a system is needed that is able to support every operational activity of the business. Rooster Brood as one of the businesses in the culinary field that currently does not have a system that can work optimally, especially in the sales department. In the sales data management process, which still uses a recording system using a book, it can cause errors in inputting order data and other errors so that the resulting sales reports are not very accurate. The author in this case the opportunity to make a sales information system design based on the results of research that has been done. The design of this system is carried out using a programming language and several software with the aim of creating a system that provides information, input data and performs data management and produces reports that can be accessed easily through electronic devices. It is hoped that the design of this system can be useful for Rooster Brood in its business activities, especially in the sales department so that the data and information provided are more structured and accurate.

Abstract

An effective tuition payment system will trigger the performance of schools to be better than before. For this reason, it is necessary to have a system that is able to handle the process of paying tuition fees that can help the performance of the school treasurer in his work. Currently, the SPP payment process at Trisakti 2 Medan Catholic Junior High School is still using a manual system by recording it into a booklet and then recaping it in the tuition payment ledger. The problem that arises is that the payment recapitulation process is carried out several times, causing a process that takes a long time to process.

Abstract

State Vocational High School 1 Pantai Labu is a vocational school located on Jl.Pasar XII Desa Durian. The student attendance system still uses it manually in the form of sheets of paper. Student absenteeism often occurs in one room, so it is difficult for schools and parents to submit reports on their children's attendance. Because parents understand their children's attendance reports when taking report cards, so there are some students who skip school. This problem is certainly troublesome for schools and parents. based on the problem, of course for parents that their children are in school, want to monitor their children who are participating in learning activities. Observing the above problems, it is necessary to have a web-based student attendance system with whatsapp gateway. The waterfall method is divided into several terms, namely planning, analysis, design and implementation. Data collection will use literature review, field review and interview methods. PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript programming languages. The author will build a Web-Based Student Attendance Information System using the Whatsapp Gateway. In the system, it has been used as student attendance at school while controlling the level of student attendance at school in real time by sending WhatsApp messages. Abstract

In this modern era, developments in technology are very fast as in the present, there are in the government or private fields which are required to be followed or known to the way of information in all fields, especially in the field of computers or technology. The development of technology at this time is the result of technology that uses computers in order to process exact data in searching for data and can reduce errors or human errors in searching population data. Population data processing is a task within the Regency/City government, which is carried out starting from the main one, namely the kelurahan by recording population data. Processing data in various government places as needed so that they can process real, fast and precise information. The dependence of society on a technology continues to advance so that the level of information can improve in processing. So it is necessary to design an information system that can manage data in order to make it easier for employees to complete their work and can help residents get services faster and without requiring a lot of time.

Abstract

Majority of people now search the internet for news or information topics. The growth of the internet and social media has led to the emergence of hundreds of portals or online news with very diverse news topics. Searching for headlines manually is an ineffective and time-consuming method. In this study headlines modeling was used using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Prior to the application of the LDA model, supporting processes such as tokenization, lemmatization, tf-idf factorization and non-negative matrix factorization were also applied. The results showed that the LDA can be applied to model the news topic well with a loglikelihood score of -13615,912 and a perplexity score of 378,958. In addition to using LDA, topic modeling is also done in the form of clusters by applying k-means clustering. With the elbow method, the ideal number of clusters for k-means clustering is 5 clusters and the silhouette performance is 0.62

Abstract

SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat is a junior high school located in Ndokum Siroga Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. Information Technology has developed very rapidly with a variety of software created to modern hardware. Technological developments from time to time are getting more advanced, we can see in various aspects of life, one of which is in registering for a school, it is enough to connect to the internet and enter the intended school's website page, then we can register, so that all the activities we do become easier and more efficient. This study aims to build a school website where new students can be accepted through online media and this website is developed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. This website can make it easier for prospective students to register for school because they only need to be connected to the internet, and registration can be done anywhere and anytime. It is also easier for schools to record new student acceptance data reports because they can check applicant data directly through the website.

Abstract

PO. SAMPRI is a company engaged in the field of bus transportation services where the presentation of ticket orders, departure schedule information, and payment transactions is still manual. So that it is difficult for consumers to get bus ticket reservation information and it is less efficient in terms of time and costs because consumers have to come directly to the PO counter.SAMPRI.  For this reason, a mobile-based information system for ordering bus tickets was built with the aim of providing information and services to customers  regarding online ticket ordering. The methods used in this research are the field method and the system design method. The field method is divided into three parts, namely observation, interview and literature study, while the analysis system design method consists of system, system design and system implementation. The expected result is to simplify PO. SAMPRI in providing services to customers and facilitating customers in the process of ordering tickets.

Abstract

Kutamale Village is an area that provides sales facilities for dayang sports crafts located in Kutamale Village. The sales system in Kutamale Village is still carried out manually, namely by visiting Kutamale Village directly. The aim of this research is to make it easier for customers to purchase bodyang handicrafts without having to come directly to Kutamale Village, so in this research a website will be created to make it easier for customers to make purchases online. Programming tools were used to build the Kutamale Village sales website, built using Sublime Open Resources based on HTML, PHP and MySQL database. With a web-based sales system, all transactions can be carried out more easily without being limited by distance or time. This sales information system was provided to Kutamale Village to become a sales promotion media to increase Kutamale Village's income and make it easier to create detailed and detailed sales reports. The research results show that a web-based sales system will make sales transactions and business processes easier.

Abstract

In this modern era, technological advances are developing rapidly, especially information technology. Information technology really helps people in getting information quickly and easily and makes work easier. Where activities include recording inventory of goods for inventory at the Zending HKBP colportage, making a list of purchases of goods, up to making sales reports and the problems that occur in carrying out inventory records of goods and making a list of purchases of goods is only done manually, while for making purchase and sales reports only relying on the existing application, namely Ms.Excel, but all of these recording processes often go wrong, require a long time and inaccurate data in making reports, so that reports are submitted late to the head of the HKBP Zending Bureau. So that in making a web requires collaboration between the above programs. This book ordering information system can make it easier for consumers or buyers to search books according to the category / type of book and make online purchases. With this web-based book ordering information website running on the internet network to make it easier for consumers without being limited by time, distance and weather.
