Abstract

Abstract School administration payments as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process, administrative payments that are still manual must be supported by a computerized system. The research method I use is a data collection technique consisting of observation, interviews and literature study, while the software development method is the waterfall method. The waterfall method consists of software requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and support. The author builds a school administration payment information system using the Java NetBeans IDE 8.1 programming language. By building a computerized system, it is hoped that it will be able to produce more precise and accurate information to help minimize errors. Information systems can run well with the support of technology, work procedures and good human resources Keywords: Information System, Payment, Waterfall Abstrak Pembayaran administrasi sekolah sebagai sarana penunjang berjalannya proses belajar – mengajar, pembayaran administrasi yang masih manual harus didukung dengan system yang sudah terkomputerisasi. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu teknik dalam mengumpulkan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi Pustaka sedangkan metode pengembangan software adalah metode waterfall. Metode waterfall terdiri dari analisis untuk kebutuhan perangkat lunak, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Peneliti membangun sistem informasi pembayaran administrasi sekolah menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java NetBeans IDE 8.1. Dengan membangun sistem terkomputerisasi diharapkan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat dan akurat guna membantu meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan. Sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan dukungan teknologi, prosedur kerja dan sumber daya manusia yang baik. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pembayaran, Waterfall

Abstract

PT Malka Makarya Selaras Jakarta is a human resource management consulting services company. Problems in the salary calculation process such as making payslips and the absence of a company database are only paper document archives, over time there are often typos and lost files. Researchers build an employee payroll information system that is displayed on the company's internal website page where the manager is only a special payroll officer. The software development method in this research is the waterfall model. The results of the study obtained that the salary calculation process can be carried out on the employee payroll information system so as to produce faster and more accurate information, payroll can directly print salary slips as official evidence between the company and employees, payroll information systems as a benchmark for technological progress so as to facilitate the company's performance in decision-making.   Keywords: Information Systems, Payroll, Waterfall.   Abstrak   PT Malka Makarya Selaras Jakarta merupakan perusahaan jasa konsultasi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Masalah dalam proses perhitungan gaji seperti pembuatan slip gaji dan tidak adanya database perusahaan hanya berupa arsip dokumen kertas, seiring dengan waktu berjalan sering terjadi kesalahan ketik dan kehilangan arsip. Peneliti membangun sistem informasi penggajian karyawan yang ditampilkan dalam halaman website internal perusahaan dimana pengelolanya hanyalan petugas khusus penggajian. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak pada penelitian ini adalah model air terjun (waterfall). Hasil penelitian diperoleh proses perhitungan gaji dapat dilakukan pada sistem informasi penggajian karyawan  sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat,  penggajian  dapat secara langsung  mencetak slip gaji sebagai bukti resmi antara perusahaan dengan karyawan, sistem informasi penggajian sebagai tolak ukur kemajuan teknologi sehingga mempermudah kinerja perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan.   Kata kunci: Penggajian, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall.

Abstract

The development of information technology has penetrated all areas of life in all parts of the world, which is triggered by the increasing complexity of business activities and the increasing need for financial information. Processing of financial data on CV. Akbar Motor is recorded manually using sheets of paper so that the recording still does not work optimally. In addition, manual data processing is quite time-consuming, labor-intensive, and large costs which causes late financial statements. Researchers process financial data manually then continue using Zahir Accouting Software Version 5.1 as a comparison. The research methods used in collecting data consist of observations, interviews and literature studies. Comparison between manual processing of financial data with Zahir Accounting version 5.1. aims to find out the financial condition of an enterprise in a certain period in the hope that it can be used in decision making quickly and accurately. Keywords: Comparative, Finance, Reports, Zahir   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah merambah di segala bidang kehidupan di seluruh belahan penjuru dunia, yang dipicu dengan meningkatnya kompleksitas kegiatan usaha dan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan informasi keuangan. Pengolahan data keuangan pada CV. Akbar Motor dicatat secara manual menggunakan lembaran–lembaran kertas sehingga pencatatan   masih  belum  bekerja secara  maksimal. Selain itu  pengolahan  data secara manual cukup memakan   waktu,   tenaga,   dan biaya besar yang menyebabkan terlambatnya laporan keuangan. Peneliti melakukan pengolahan data keuangan secara manual kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Software Zahir Accouting Versi 5.1 sebagai komparasinya. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam mengumpulkan data terdiri  dari  pengamatan,  wawancara  dan  studi  pustaka. Komparasi antara pengolahan data keuangan secara manual dengan Zahir Accounting versi 5.1. bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi keuangan suatu perusahaan ini dalam periode tertentu dengan harapan dapat di gunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan secara cepat tepat dan akurat Kata kunci: Keuangan, Komparasi, Laporan, Zahir

Abstract

Currently, competition between is increasing, including in retail trade. With the rapid development of technology, retail needs to be more responsive. Retailers must be able to run their business efficiently if they want to compete with global. This is due to the fact that many traditional retailers start opening contemporary retail stores, such as Aneka Furniture. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a method that can be used to integrate existing systems in an enterprise. ERP divides information into two parts, that is, within and between business processes, and running a business digitally. ODOO is an Enterprise Resource Planning software that can be used as an enterprise system that can integrate existing systems in the company. The research used the Inventory Module and found that some ODOO software features, such as product input, receipt input, shipment and return, and report printing, were used. It is expected that this research will help inventory recording in Aneka Furniture. Keywords: Entreprise Resource Planning, ODOO, Inventory   Abstrak Saat ini, persaingan antar bisnis semakin ketat, termasuk dalam perdagangan retail. Dengan teknologi yang berkembang pesat, ritel harus lebih responsif. Pengecer harus dapat menjalankan bisnis mereka dengan efisien jika mereka ingin bersaing dengan perusahaan global. Hal ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa banyak peritel tradisional mulai membuka toko ritel kontemporer, seperti Aneka Furniture. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) adalah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan sistem yang ada di perusahaan. ERP membagi informasi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu di dalam dan antar proses bisnis, dan menjalankan bisnis secara digital. ODOO adalah perangkat lunak berbasis Enterprise Resource Planning yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem perusahaan yang dapat mengintegrasikan sistem yang ada di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Modul Inventarisasi dan menemukan bahwa beberapa fitur software ODOO, seperti input produk, input penerimaan, pengiriman dan retur, dan mencetak laporan, digunakan.
