Abstract

Utilization of Information and Communication Technology, one of which is a computer, is increasingly being used day by day. Various applications on the computer make it very easy for users, especially to complete daily tasks. The Kopia Insani Foundation in the South Jakarta area has not experienced the maximum use of computers. Weaknesses in data processing at the Kopia Insani Foundation can be seen in managing foundation data, due to a lack of technological knowledge and no use of computers in managing the Foundation, and a lack of human resources in operating computers. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training to improve computer operation, as a form of understanding technology and information within an organization or company. The results of this training activity are to improve the operation of computer programs, namely Microsoft Office applications, in the form of increasing the skills of trainees towards more detailed knowledge about using Microsoft Office, which can be used in data processing accompanied by various case exercises.

Abstract

Currently, competition between is increasing, including in retail trade. With the rapid development of technology, retail needs to be more responsive. Retailers must be able to run their business efficiently if they want to compete with global. This is due to the fact that many traditional retailers start opening contemporary retail stores, such as Aneka Furniture. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a method that can be used to integrate existing systems in an enterprise. ERP divides information into two parts, that is, within and between business processes, and running a business digitally. ODOO is an Enterprise Resource Planning software that can be used as an enterprise system that can integrate existing systems in the company. The research used the Inventory Module and found that some ODOO software features, such as product input, receipt input, shipment and return, and report printing, were used. It is expected that this research will help inventory recording in Aneka Furniture. Keywords: Entreprise Resource Planning, ODOO, Inventory   Abstrak Saat ini, persaingan antar bisnis semakin ketat, termasuk dalam perdagangan retail. Dengan teknologi yang berkembang pesat, ritel harus lebih responsif. Pengecer harus dapat menjalankan bisnis mereka dengan efisien jika mereka ingin bersaing dengan perusahaan global. Hal ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa banyak peritel tradisional mulai membuka toko ritel kontemporer, seperti Aneka Furniture. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) adalah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan sistem yang ada di perusahaan. ERP membagi informasi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu di dalam dan antar proses bisnis, dan menjalankan bisnis secara digital. ODOO adalah perangkat lunak berbasis Enterprise Resource Planning yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem perusahaan yang dapat mengintegrasikan sistem yang ada di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Modul Inventarisasi dan menemukan bahwa beberapa fitur software ODOO, seperti input produk, input penerimaan, pengiriman dan retur, dan mencetak laporan, digunakan. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan hibrida yang menggabungkan Decision Tree (DT) dengan Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) untuk deteksi dini Penyakit Ginjal Kronis (PGK). Kami mengidentifikasi permasalahan dalam akurasi yang kurang maksimal dalam prediksi PGK dengan menggunakan metode DT padahal metode DT dapat ditingkatkan, sehingga kami mengusulkan solusi dengan mengintegrasikan kejelasan interpretasi DT dan kemampuan optimasi PSO. Melalui analisis data klinis CKD, kami menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam akurasi dan AUC dari 98.25% menjadi 98.50% dan 0.931 menjadi 0.984, masing-masing. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan presisi dari 98.04% menjadi 98.71%. Pendekatan hibrida DT+PSO menawarkan kemungkinan aplikasi praktis dalam manajemen dan prognosis PGK, serta unggul dalam akurasi prediksi dan interpretasi model. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam pemahaman dan penanganan PGK secara dini.

Abstract

The use of the website has led to all fields, every company uses the website as a media liaison between the community and the company. Website is online information that can be accessed anytime and anywhere by connecting to the internet network. PT data management The main mainstay of automotive transportation is still manual, errors often occur when data is exchanged or even lost, resulting in errors in sending and delays in reports. Using the prototype method, the researchers developed a goods delivery service website supported by XAMPP 3.2.2 software, Sublime Text, PHP programming language and MySQL database. PT. Andalan Utama Transportasi Otomotif improves goods delivery services, making it easier for customers to access goods delivery information and delivery status updates.

Abstract

PT Malka Makarya Selaras Jakarta is a human resource management consulting services company. Problems in the salary calculation process such as making payslips and the absence of a company database are only paper document archives, over time there are often typos and lost files. Researchers build an employee payroll information system that is displayed on the company's internal website page where the manager is only a special payroll officer. The software development method in this research is the waterfall model. The results of the study obtained that the salary calculation process can be carried out on the employee payroll information system so as to produce faster and more accurate information, payroll can directly print salary slips as official evidence between the company and employees, payroll information systems as a benchmark for technological progress so as to facilitate the company's performance in decision-making.

Abstract

The development of information technology has penetrated all areas of life in all parts of the world, which is triggered by the increasing complexity of business activities and the increasing need for financial information. Processing of financial data on CV. Akbar Motor is recorded manually using sheets of paper so that the recording still does not work optimally. In addition, manual data processing is quite time-consuming, labor-intensive, and large costs which causes late financial statements. Researchers process financial data manually then continue using Zahir Accouting Software Version 5.1 as a comparison. The research methods used in collecting data consist of observations, interviews and literature studies. Comparison between manual processing of financial data with Zahir Accounting version 5.1. aims to find out the financial condition of an enterprise in a certain period in the hope that it can be used in decision making quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Technological developments have been used to support the company's performance in various fields. Company data processing related to cash outlays and cash income on CV. Green Iroha Bekasi which is still manually applied using accounting software, namely Zahir Accounting Version 5.1. Processing using Zahir Accounitng version 5.1 aims to ensure that all financial data in the company are not overlooked starting from estimates, recording, accounting to reports so that the company can find out the company's financial position in a certain period of time. Abstract

The role of information technology is very important because the existence of information technology can facilitate operations in their business fields. One of the information that is needed by the company is financial report to find out how the company is developing. The financial statements are information used by management for the decision making of the Bekasi Amanah Telaga Harapan Cooperative having its address at Danau Duta Utara Blok D1, Harapan Baru Sub-District, North Bekasi District. Currently the Amanah Telaga Harapan Bekasi Cooperative in making financial reports for the period every month is still manua.. The computerized system is able to produce more precise and accurate information to help smooth daily work. By using the zahir accountuing application version 5.1, companies can easily and quickly obtain Financial Statements and Financial Statement Analysis that are beneficial to the company and its business management and face competition. By analyzing the financial statements the company can identify some of the company's financial strengths and weaknesses. Financial Statement Analysis is also useful as a tool for predicting / estimating assets, debt, capital, cash flow, profit sharing in the future, and predicting the bankruptcy of a company in the future. The use of this application program can be beneficial for the company, so the company can evaluate the financial position and financial performance of the company so that it can improve services to members of the cooperative, related parties, determine corrective measures so you can win the competition and make the best profit. Abstract

One of the changes in the field of communication can be seen from the speed at which people obtain information. The speed of obtaining this information is influenced by the emergence of communication technology facilities, namely computers and the internet. Internet technology can make it easier for people to communicate, as well as convey information more effectively and accurately. The delivery of interactive information within the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit organization, Tegal Parang Subdistrict, South Jakarta, has not been optimally felt by the community. This community service activity takes the form of training in creating blogs as an interactive information medium, to improve communication and information within an organization. The target training participants are members and the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit. The training is carried out face to face with the hope that the material presented will be easier for the training participants to understand and put into practice. Participants are given material about the definition and function of a blog, how to create one and how to manage the blog so that it becomes an interactive information medium. As a result of this training, participants have a simple blog, as a form of digital communication to send, receive and share information with the public.
