Abstract

Utilization of Information and Communication Technology, one of which is a computer, is increasingly being used day by day. Various applications on the computer make it very easy for users, especially to complete daily tasks. The Kopia Insani Foundation in the South Jakarta area has not experienced the maximum use of computers. Weaknesses in data processing at the Kopia Insani Foundation can be seen in managing foundation data, due to a lack of technological knowledge and no use of computers in managing the Foundation, and a lack of human resources in operating computers. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training to improve computer operation, as a form of understanding technology and information within an organization or company. The results of this training activity are to improve the operation of computer programs, namely Microsoft Office applications, in the form of increasing the skills of trainees towards more detailed knowledge about using Microsoft Office, which can be used in data processing accompanied by various case exercises.

Abstract

The prediction of student graduation plays a crucial role in improving higher education efficiency and as-sisting students in graduating on time. Neural networks have been used for predicting student graduation; however, the performance of neural network models can still be enhanced to make predictions more accurate. Genetic algorithms are optimization methods used to improve the performance of neural network models by optimizing their parameters. The problem at hand is the suboptimal performance of neural networks in predict-ing student graduation. Thus, the objective is to leverage genetic algorithms to improve the accuracy of stu-dent graduation predictions, measure the improvements obtained, and compare the accuracy results between the genetic algorithm-optimized neural network model and the neural network model without optimization. The training process of the neural network model is conducted using training data obtained through experiments, and the accuracy results of the neural network model with and without genetic algorithm optimization are compared. The research findings indicate that by harnessing genetic algorithms to optimize the parameters of the neural network model, the accuracy of student graduation predictions increased by 2.78%. Furthermore, the Area Under the Curve (AUC) also improved by 0.037%. These results demonstrate that integrating genetic algorithms into the neural network model can significantly enhance prediction performance. Thus, this study successfully utilized genetic algorithms to improve student graduation predictions using a neural network model. Experimental results show that prediction accuracy and AUC values significantly increased after opti-mizing the neural network model's parameters with genetic algorithms. Therefore, the use of genetic algorithms can be considered an effective approach to improving student graduation predictions, thereby assisting educa-tional institutions in improving efficiency and helping students graduate on tim.

Abstract

Assessment of the performance of the teaching assistant as a form of real behavior displayed by each assistant as a work achievement is carried out every year. The evaluation parameters of lecturer assistant performance are taken from the UCI Machine Repository where these parameters are English speakers, course instructors, courses, summer or regular semesters and class sizes. The evaluation process requires a model as the best feature selection, in this case we propose a co-evolutionary particle swarm optimization method to improve the accuracy of the mechine vector supprot method. Testing the dataset using the Rapid Miner software of various validation criteria starting from the accuracy test, precission test, recall test and then presented in the AUC curve. The results of the development of co-evolution based mechine vector-particle swarm optimization methods provide good classification and increase the validation value so that it can be used as a periodic control in evaluating the performance of the teaching assistant.

Abstract

The school library becomes a benchmark of the students' progress. Management and service in the library should always be controlled, for example when adding books, adding members, borrowing transactions and return transactions up to the report. Data members and data books that have not been stored properly, the transactions of borrowing and returns are still manual so that no detection of fine either penalty delay, damaged and even lost. Therefore, the authors build school library information system using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. The author builds a computerized system in order to know the suitability between the borrowing time and the payback time as well as the amount of the fine imposed upon the return of the book. Development of a computerized system using Unified Modeling Language (UML). By building a computerized system it can process and store data well so that it provides complete, accurate and timely information.

Abstract

Technological developments have been used to support the company's performance in various fields. Company data processing related to cash outlays and cash income on CV. Green Iroha Bekasi which is still manually applied using accounting software, namely Zahir Accounting Version 5.1. Processing using Zahir Accounitng version 5.1 aims to ensure that all financial data in the company are not overlooked starting from estimates, recording, accounting to reports so that the company can find out the company's financial position in a certain period of time. Abstract

The role of information technology is very important because the existence of information technology can facilitate operations in their business fields. One of the information that is needed by the company is financial report to find out how the company is developing. The financial statements are information used by management for the decision making of the Bekasi Amanah Telaga Harapan Cooperative having its address at Danau Duta Utara Blok D1, Harapan Baru Sub-District, North Bekasi District. Currently the Amanah Telaga Harapan Bekasi Cooperative in making financial reports for the period every month is still manua.. The computerized system is able to produce more precise and accurate information to help smooth daily work. By using the zahir accountuing application version 5.1, companies can easily and quickly obtain Financial Statements and Financial Statement Analysis that are beneficial to the company and its business management and face competition. By analyzing the financial statements the company can identify some of the company's financial strengths and weaknesses. Financial Statement Analysis is also useful as a tool for predicting / estimating assets, debt, capital, cash flow, profit sharing in the future, and predicting the bankruptcy of a company in the future. The use of this application program can be beneficial for the company, so the company can evaluate the financial position and financial performance of the company so that it can improve services to members of the cooperative, related parties, determine corrective measures so you can win the competition and make the best profit. Abstract

PT. Sinar Mulia Sejahtera merupakan distributor resmi penjualan sepeda motor honda serta suku cadang (spare part) yang di kelola langsung oleh PT. Daya Adicipta Motor. Dalam PT Sinar Mulia Sejahtera menggunakan teknologi yang ada, namun tidak semua proses bisnis yang ada menggunakan teknologi informasi yang lebih efisien terhadap karyawan salah satunya adalah presensi. Permasalahan yang muncul pada PT. Sinar Mulia Sejahtera berkaitan penggunaan presensi melalui mesin fingerprint yang kurang efektif karena beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keakuratan sidik jari seperti luka pada jari karyawan montir dan basah pada saat musim hujan yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan presensi pada karyawan lain. Dalam kegiatan penelitian, penulis mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode prototype. Sistem dengan model prototype memungkinkan pengguna melihat bagaimana sistem berjalan dengan baik. Untuk membantu proses perancangan, penulis menuangkan hasil rancangan ke dalam bentuk Unified Modeling Languange (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Logical Record Structure (LRS) sebagai alat bantu. Solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut, penulis merancang sistem presensi berbasis selfie wajah dan lokasi. Hasil dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada karyawan mengenai sistem presensi digital ini dapat diketahui bahwa jumlah responden yang menjawab tidak setuju (2,5%), tidak setuju (6,25%), cukup (7,5%), setuju (36,25%) dan sangat setuju (47,5%).

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah mengubah cara manusia dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas termasuk dalam proses penyelenggaraan acara dan manajemen kegiatan. Penyelenggara acara musik QnF sering menghadapi kendala dalam prosedur pendaftaran, presensi dan pelaporan yang masih manual sehingga mengganggu dalam kelancaran acara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Manajemen Perencanaan Event Berbasis Website. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah model Waterfall. Adapun dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk memodelkan, merancang, dan mendokumentasikan sistem perangkat lunak meliputi usecase diagram, activity diagram dan class diagram. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python, HTML dan Postgresql sebagai databasenya. Hasil evaluasi dengan blackbox testing menunjukkan sistem berfungsi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna selain itu pengujian usability menghasilkan persentase rata-rata 86% yang menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan pengguna dalam kategori " setuju"
