Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, Toko Sepeda Ali Jaya menghadapi tantangan memperluas jangkauan pasar di tengah persaingan ketat dan pergeseran konsumen menuju transaksi digital. Pengembangan sistem penjualan berbasis e-commerce menjadi langkah strategis penting untuk mempromosikan produk, meningkatkan pelayanan pelanggan, dan mengoptimalkan proses penjualan. Metode Agile dipilih karena fleksibel, memungkinkan perubahan cepat sesuai kebutuhan, meningkatkan kolaborasi tim, mengurangi risiko, dan menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi dalam waktu lebih singkat. Hasil dari implementasi sistem menunjukkan kepuasan tinggi terhadap sistem e-commerce Toko Sepeda Ali Jaya, dengan skor rata-rata 4,7/5 untuk navigasi dan 4,8/5 untuk UI/UX. Kepuasan pengguna meningkat dari 60% menjadi 85% setelah implementasi. Efisiensi proses penjualan juga meningkat, dengan waktu proses berkurang dari 1-2 hari menjadi kurang dari 1 jam dan jumlah pesanan harian meningkat dari 10-15 menjadi 30-50 pesanan. Fitur manajemen produk dan dashboard yang user-friendly diapresiasi pengguna, bersama dengan sistem checkout yang efisien. In today's digital era, Toko Sepeda Ali Jaya faces the challenge of expanding its market reach amidst fierce competition and consumer shifts towards digital transactions. Developing an e-commerce-based sales system is an important strategic step to promote products, improve customer service, and optimize the sales process. The Agile method was chosen because it is flexible, allows for rapid changes as needed, improves team collaboration, reduces risk, and produces high-quality products in a shorter time. The results of the system implementation showed high satisfaction with Toko Sepeda Ali Jaya's e-commerce system, with an average score of 4.7/5 for navigation and 4.8/5 for UI/UX. User satisfaction increased from 60% to 85% after implementation. The efficiency of the sales processes also increased, with processing time being reduced from 1-2 days to less than 1 hour and the number of daily orders increased from 10-15 to 30-50 orders. The user-friendly product management and dashboard features were appreciated by users, along with the efficient checkout system.

Abstract

Insiden keamanan siber terus mengalami peningkatan baik dari sisi frekuensi maupun dampak yang ditimbulkan, sehingga analisis berbasis waktu menjadi penting untuk memahami pola serangan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren serangan siber global menggunakan pendekatan time series analysis dengan metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Dataset yang digunakan berasal dari data ancaman keamanan siber global periode 2015–2024 yang telah diagregasi menjadi data runtun waktu tahunan berdasarkan jumlah insiden serangan. Metodologi penelitian meliputi proses agregasi data, pengujian kestasioneran melalui differencing, penentuan parameter ARIMA berdasarkan analisis autocorrelation function (ACF) dan partial autocorrelation function (PACF), serta evaluasi model menggunakan Akaike Information Criterion (AIC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ARIMA mampu merepresentasikan pola temporal dan tren peningkatan serangan siber global secara efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemanfaatan analisis time series berbasis ARIMA untuk memahami dinamika historis serangan siber sebagai dasar analisis keamanan siber berbasis data.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of Islamic preaching in the digital sphere, particularly through YouTube, calls for a deeper understanding of communication ethics as reflected in user responses. This study analyzes the sentiments expressed in comments on Islamic preaching videos to identify patterns of digital ethics within online communities. The research employs a Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification model with TF-IDF feature representation. Data were collected from YouTube comments and processed through several preprocessing stages, including text cleaning, case normalization, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming, before being manually labeled into three sentiment categories: positive, negative, and neutral. Testing on 22 data samples shows that the SVM model achieved an accuracy of 77.27%, with the highest performance observed in the neutral category. Misclassification in the positive and negative categories was mainly influenced by data imbalance and linguistic variations commonly found in religious discourse. These findings indicate that SVM combined with TF-IDF is reasonably effective for sentiment analysis in the context of digital Islamic preaching; however, improvements in data balance and the incorporation of contextual features are necessary to enhance classification performance. Overall, this study provides an initial insight into audience response patterns toward digital Islamic preaching and contributes to the development of digital ethics research in Islamic communication studies.

Abstract

East Java's macroeconomic stability is vulnerable to external shocks, particularly imported inflation, which impacts domestic price formation. This study aims to develop an inflation forecasting model using the AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average with Exogenous Variables (ARIMAX) approach as an Early Warning System instrument for regional policymakers. This study uses monthly time series data for the 2015–2024 period. Exogenous variable selection was conducted through the Granger Causality Test, which showed that only import volume had a significant effect on inflation, while exchange rates and exports were insignificant. The estimation results show that the ARIMAX(1,0,1) model is the best model with a forecasting accuracy level based on the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 10.40%, which is categorized as good. East Java's inflation projection for the 2025–2029 period shows an increasing trend from 1.99% to 3.28%, indicating the need for vigilance for policymakers in strengthening import supply chain management to mitigate the risk of future price pressures. Based on the theoretical and empirical review, this study hypothesizes that the exchange rate and international trade indicators have a significant predictive relationship with the inflation rate in East Java Province. This study aims to develop an inflation forecasting model for East Java using the ARIMAX approach, considering the exchange rate and international trade variables as candidate exogenous variables.
