Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a scientific field to observe and overcome student problems. Furthermore, to strengthen the character values in the Pancasila student profile, students are expected to gain more active, interactive, situational, and direct experiences in everyday life. Inconsistent implementation of P5 can lead to uneven results across schools and districts. This research aims to determine the implementation of P5 in PJOK subjects in public high schools throughout Bojonegoro Regency and to identify the obstacles faced in implementing P5 in PJOK subjects. The research method used in research is quantitative descriptive research. The techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the study and discussions that have been carried out, it is concluded that implementing P5 students in PJOK subjects in public high schools in Bojonegoro province is in the "sufficient" category with a percentage of 31.84%. Supporting factors for implementing P5 in PJOK subjects are the principal, deputy principal, public relations officers, other subject teachers, and their students. Inhibiting factors in implementing P5 in PJOK subjects include inadequate facilities and infrastructure, especially in schools located in remote villages, and support from internal or external sources.

Abstract

Movement / physical activity is a very important matter for a child's life to support the performance of the movement itself, from the child as a student or the child becomes an athlete, when the child becomes an athlete, movements that already exist or have been studied must be monitored for stability and maximum of a movement that leads to skill. The purpose of the research is to describe and examine the movement activities of elementary school-level athletes throughout Surabaya during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of quantitative descriptive research because in this study more emphasis on calculations of the data obtained through the google form. Discussions that occur in elementary schools in Surabaya are mostly non-athletes, there are about 87.2% who are students or ordinary students, and for athletes 12. 8% of the number of schools based on the division area between West, East, Central Surabaya. , north and south. This shows that it is quite good for the activities of the child who has this level of growth, amounting to 58.1%, this shows that these elementary school children are indeed good activities, above 50%. Movement activities by elementary school students can be said to be various movements, in general the exercises are aerobic and anaerobic, while the descriptions are jogging, running, cycling, sit-ups, push-ups, planks. Abstract

Problem based learning is a learning method that has critical thinking skills so that it can overcome problems by finding the right approach. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Problem based learning model on the learning outcomes of variations and combinations of passing and Dribbling in class X soccer. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses a Non-Randomized Control Group Pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Buduran Sidoarjo using classes. X Clothing 3 as the experimental class and X Tourism Service Business as the control class. The instruments used are knowledge tests and skills tests. In this research, data analysis techniques were used, namely descriptive statistics, kolmogorov-smirnov normality test, homogeneity and non-parametric test (Mann-Whiteney U test). Based on data that has been tested using the Mann-Whiteney U test, the results obtained in the post-test value aspect of knowledge and passing skills for the control class & experimental class have a sig value (0.492 > 0.05) and the results for the post-test value for knowledge and Dribbling skills the control class & experimental class have a sig value (0.836 > 0.05). Based on these results, it was concluded that there was no influence between the Problem based learning model on the learning outcomes of variations and combinations of passing, Dribbling in class .

Abstract

This research uses literature review method with technical literature using a synthesis matrix. The synthesis matrix is a review technique using a table consisting of columns of reference sources, samples, methods, interventions, and findings. The literature referred to comes from previous research journals published from 2011-2021. Previous research journals were selected based on the focus of learning the circuit method in maintaining physical fitness, so that the keyword search for the journal was based on learning the circuit method or teaching circuit method. The referred journal pages come from google schoolar, science direct and researchgate. The results of this study indicate that there are 7 national journals and 1 international journal that have been reviewed based on reference sources, types of samples, research methods, given interventions to the findings about learning the circuit method in maintaining physical fitness.

Abstract

Physical education (PE) has the potential to support both motor and cognitive development; however, structured integration of numeracy within PE remains underexplored. This study investigated the effects of Embodied Numeracy Play (ENP), a movement-based instructional approach grounded in embodied cognition, on primary school students’ fundamental motor skills (FMS) and critical thinking (CT). A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest design was employed involving 57 third-grade students who participated in either ENP-based PE lessons or conventional PE instruction over a four-week period. FMS were assessed using the Test of Gross Motor Development–Second Edition (TGMD-2), while CT was measured using a validated observational rubric. Data were analyzed using multivariate and univariate analyses. Students in the ENP group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in both outcomes compared with the control group. The intervention produced a large effect on FMS development and a moderate effect on CT. A positive association was also observed between gains in motor skills and critical thinking. The findings indicate that integrating numeracy reasoning into physical play can simultaneously enhance motor competence and higher-order thinking. This study provides empirical support for embodied cognition and highlights the potential of cognitively enriched PE as an integrative learning approach in primary education.

Abstract

The development of motor skills in early adolescence is crucial for supporting physical activity and health. However, play patterns are increasingly shifting toward technology use, potentially affecting movement quality. This study aims to analyze differences in motor skills based on play patterns and to evaluate the relationship between play patterns and motor skills. This research employed a quantitative method with a comparative descriptive design involving 90 adolescent samples selected via purposive sampling from a population of 211 students at SMP Labschool Unesa. Data were collected using motor tests and questionnaires. The Kruskal-Wallis test results (0.153) indicated no significant difference in motor skills based on play patterns. Meanwhile, the Eta test results with play patterns as the dependent variable (η = 0.991) and total motor skills as the dependent variable (η = 0.221) demonstrated that motor skills have a weak relationship with play patterns, whereas play patterns serve as a strong predictor for motor skills. The study concludes that while play patterns do not yield significant differences in motor skill levels, a balance of play activities remains necessary to support adolescent motor development.

Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators and learning resources in a learning environment. PJOK is a place to determine and look for talent in students. Students can determine which sports are mastered. This study used a questionnaire instrument which was then processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study aims to determine the factors that cause burnout and which factors are most dominant in student-athletes at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya. The research sample was made to fulfil the thesis namely student-athletes at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya as many as 66 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis and research conducted, social support does not affect burnout, motivation has a significant effect on burnout, reward does not affect burnout, and fatigue has a significant effect on burnout. Based on the results of the F test of social support, motivation, and rewards. and fatigue simultaneously has a significant effect on burnout. Based on the results of the regression test of social support, motivation, and reward. and fatigue to burnout. Motivation has a regression coefficient value that stays away from the number 0, this means that the variables that have the most dominant influence are social support, motivation, and rewards. and burnout are motivational variables.
